What Samsung Gear VR games are you guys working on/playing? - Android Apps and Games

Hi guys,
I'm new to the forum, I have a keen interest in VR, so thought I'd open my first thread in the hope of starting a discussion about games for the Samsung Gear VR.
If you guys are working on any games then I would love the hear about them. Or if you're more of a consumer than a developer then I would love to hear about the games you are playing?
Hope this thread is acceptable here. As I say, I'm new to the forum, have read the rules but may not be nuanced on the etc given my newbness, if this turn out to be the case then I'm more than happy to move the thread (if a mod hasn't already)
That said, nice to e-meet you all.

Welcome Don to the forum glad to have ya

hello from your new forum mod

Hi Folks
Thought I’d post a quick message to introduce myself
I’m Chris - your new Forum Moderator
I’m here keep an eye on things and help where I can. We all benefit when the forum runs smoothly and everyone helps each other.
Potted history of me:
Married with 5 Kids – first grandchild on the way (it keeps me busy!!)
I’ve been a member on XDA since 2007. I’ve learned, asked questions (yes, some in the wrong place), and I’ve developed for phones too.
As I’ve seen both sides. I know what it’s like to want help, and what it’s like to post your work and get flamed
Everyone makes mistakes and everyone deserves help so I tend to take the soft view over issues and try to help. Everyone needs to follow the rules though
I don’t tend to post a lot as I’m a fan of listening first, talking second.
Even though i'll try to keep an eye open i cant spot every issue without help
If you’ve any questions or any issues, drop me a message, (email, Skype etc) . I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. (Please consider things like time zones, work, sleep, Wife & Kids) it’s not always possible to reply immediately.
devs, i'll aim to drop you folks a pm in the next few days
please feel free to say ‘Hi’ chatting is part of the community
Look forward to getting to know you
Chris

Hello Everyone!

I am EVO-Synopsis and i have been at XDA for about 3-4 months now. I finally took the time to register and hope that i am able to help the community in any way i am able =D.
I do YouTube video commentary and am in need of a video intro. I am not good with 3d art or i would make it myself. If you are willing to help, there are just 2 requirements that i ask.
1) It is either a general theme (video games, hacking, very general stuff) or Themed towards XDA or The Mafia Underground (can't post link, but look Google search tmuservers and you should find it.
2) It looks nice, but not gross or disturbing =D
If you want to help, either shoot me an E-mail or PM me on the forums here.
Thank you so much in advance
-Synopsis
Sir, please use the proper forums to say your hello/hi.

[DISCUSSION] MoDoCo rom switch for galaxy s4

The HTC one had this cool thing that allows you to switch between roms. According to what I read on Android authority it will be coming to the s4 as well as other devices. Here is the article.

I am always on the mobile app and am always 'trying' to help others and moderators on the forum and learning something new everyday. I make stupid posts sometimes, but I never repeat a mistake more than once. I may not be a developer, but I know alot of stuff, so feel free to messsge me any questions and I'll be happy to answer them to the best of my ability.

I'm starting a video game company with my friend where we will be making Android games. message me for more info or go here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2290843

Cant wait till this arrives, seen the demo of it on the htc one and it looked good. Perfect for those who cant choose (or want an easy option to choose) between pure android and the extra functions/skin that manufacturers add on.
Sent from my GT-I9505 using xda app-developers app
Saw him releasing it for the One and got jealous. Glad hes helping us as well =)
Contributed btw!

[Completed] Hello. New here - please help (Note 3 SM-N9005)

Hello xda forum. I recently joined this comunity. Heard of it on a youtube video by C4AEtech in the same day that I have rooted my phone - Samsung galaxy note 3 SM-N9005.
Please dont be hars on me, I dont know where to post, so if I'm in the wrong category please move my topic, i'll learn from mistakes.
Since I'm new to rooting and dont wanna do anything by my own cuz there are risks and dont want to intentionally burry my phone, I would like some guidance.
Basicly I have some questions
-I play this game called Taichi Panda and I lagg really hard sometimes, and yeah, my phone has 3gb ram and a strong cpu. With my old phone I had an octa core with 1gb ram and it was same. The issue here is that my old phone was running at 720p and note3 at 1080p . Is there something that I can do to switch my graphics from 1080p to 720p ? (only to this game) I want to record and make some youtube videos and I'd like to be lagg free for extra video quality. The difference between 720p and 1080p is not that big of a deal, and if it helps my game to run lagg free it will be great. P.S. I play only on wifi and I have 50mbs up and down.
-I saw here something about custom roms and kernels. I dont know what are those, but I want to improve my phone in a good way and get the most of it. I would like it to run well, not to lagg somethimes, not to freeze and stuff. I'd like to OC my CPU to a safe limit (what I saw is about 2.7 ghz). I would also like something custom that will improve my phone to perform better.
Offtopic: Recently my phone had some problems (before root). When I plug it it for charging , sometimes it doesnt charge at all and sometimes it charges for 1 sec than for next 2 sec it doesnt and so on. I dont know if its my battery fault of my charger, mabye I have killed it with that game Could you recommand me a program where I can see my battery life remaining ?
Any tip and tricks are welcome, I'm opened to any suggestions. I just want my phone to run better and this comunity just rocks -been searching for stuff in past days but cant do anything on my own.
Best wishes

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
We cannot provide technical support nor can other members reply to your posts here on XDA Assist but fortunately there is an XDA area dedicated to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 at http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-3 which would be a good starting place. I suggest you post your questions with all relevant details in the friendly Q&A forum there at http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-3/help where the experts familiar with your device will be best able to guide you.
Good luck!

Hello again.
Since you seem to have several separate somewhat unrelated concerns, it would best for you to start separate threads in that forum if you still have questions after reviewing the information already available there.
Once again, good luck.
