Samsung Galaxy A8 SM-A800F

Hi, bouught Galaxy A8 in Thailand for my Polish mum, there is no polish lang for her.
Is it any chance to flash it with some firmvare with polish language?
All I can find is asian firmvares http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=SM-A800F
Poland = PL
or any other european one, should have polish lang...
Anyway around it please?

There is no polish.
Its asian firmware
Its got thai chinese indonesian malesian and such
No polish german czech slovakian slovenian norway
I need to flash it but seemes there is no eu firmvare

Does A800F have NFC or not? Some sources say it does, some that it doesn't. Can someone who has bought the phone in Europe confirm that there is a version with NFC, please?

If @matale0 You still have this problem and You are 100% sure that it is A800F - flash it by Odin with official software for UAE (CSC: XSG, current version A800FXXU1AOJ1) and after that do factory default.
I just bought A800F from UAE and with this firmware it has got polish lang (after flashing You will have only to download polish dictionary for spell checking and uninstall 2 apps).
PS: it's really pity that there is not much about A8 on XDA. It is great Samsung product, one of their best smartphones which is really good competitor to their Galaxy S and Note series (not joking!) Also pity that it is not on sale in Europe but I think that it is because price for older A7 is still high here thus A8 would have to be even more expensive which would be not competitive to prices for Galaxy S/Note.
I had both A7 and A8, Samsung did good job and A8 has got a lot of improvements over A7 :good:

Hey guys, been using the A8 for 3 weeks now and the experience has been nice. the only problems I have are that the battery discharges by 1% every 3mins when I'm using the phone moderately. also, there's occasional stuttering when sliding through home screen..I don't know what to do again

Good evening everyone, I have a problem I can not solve in any way.
I mean, I have a Mate 7 gold dual SIM,
MT7 TL10 with Android 4.4.2 ... firmware MT7-TL10V100R001C00B130
I unlocked the bootloader and root permissions.
Everything comes because I wanted to install a custom rom KangVip, being based on Android 5.1 and 3.1 emui my recovery "TWRP" for Android 4.4. I do not allow the flash, so I decided to upgrade to the lollipop mate, later install the TWRP for Android 5.1 and then kangVip ... The problem here does not make me upgrade, via Ota tells me any updates available, I downloaded MT7-TL10_Firmware_C900B324_Android 5.1.1_EMUI 3.1
Extracted and placed in the external sd ... Started the update but stops with error, tried using the Force update ... There comes almost at the end but freezes and remains locked them ... Obviously I put the stock recovery ... Nothing tried with recovery stock 5.1 to nothing, tried to do the unroot nothing ... I have no way to upgrade ... What do you suggest? I try to change firmware lollipop...i download Another? I mistake the sequence of the firmware? I'm going crazy ... I place my situation ... If software and hardware can be useful to understand ... It happens to me a strange thing ... When I do a backup naDroid recovery rename him as MT7-L09 ... but I Have a TL10 ....

i stopped reading after i saw that KangVip, it's not compitable with mt7 , it doesn't install here too.
just sownload b324 or b326 and use it

I know the kangVip is compatible with MT7-TL10 c 'is also a thread on xda ... or am I wrong?

You must do ONLY the SIM Chip on the Memorycard...

I have heard that once the two sims and the micro SD are in the device it is nearly impossible to take them out without damaging the device. What is you experience with that?

Yes it is possible l did a Honor 7 (European one)
What l also did was to file the top and underside of the Micro SD card with a fine flat file. A nail file should also be ok for this. You only need a few strokes on both surfaces of SD card and use a good quality branded adhesive. You only need a thin layer of adhesive. I also used a wooden clothes peg to hold and keep some pressure on sim card and memory card while it set.
The tray comes out with ease no force... This method works for most but one has to be gentle on the file otherwise one damaged Sd card

I have the Firmware B103. here I can't do call records. I try some apps from the playstore. But they records only my own voice. someone have a idea how I can do call records?

IMHO NXT-L29 models don't natively allow call recording not to infringe possible local privacy laws.
Many other manufacturers do the same, I don't agree, but that's it...

that shouldnt differ from the "other L29" version though, except perhaps in offered languages. although i presume all L29 roms have the same amount of languages...

On this forum I've seen many different NXT-L29 ROM versions:
NXT-L29C432Bxxx
NXT-L29C636Bxxx
NXT-L29C185Bxxx
NXT-L29C000Bxxx
NXT-L29C900Bxxx
It would be interesting to identify on which Mate 8 L29 models they are originally installed, for example
NXT-L29C432Bxxx is for the European 3/32 model.

- Record Format: WAV
- Tune Audio Route: Group3

Mi Global store already unlocked?

Hi everyone,
I bought my Mi Mix 2s (M1803d5xa Global) over AliExpress from Mi Global Store a month ago. I wanted to skip the 15 days for unlocking the bootloader If i ever want to do it, but it seems like it's already unlocked.
The Splashscreen while booting says unlocked and in Developer Options OEM-unlock is greyed Out with (Bootloader is already unlocked) text. The unlock Tool isn't detecting my device.
Is this normal ? I bought it there, Cause i thought it's a trustable source.

Was the box sealed? I got my xa from them and it came locked.

I bought mine from them too and it came in a sealed box with a locked bootloader. Some sellers on Ali Express unlock the bootloader to switch ROMs--flashing the Global ROM on the Chinese model is done by some of the less scrupulous sellers. I didn't have any issues with Mi Global Store but you might want to look at the model number and make sure they didn't do something like that.

But inside MIUI, in phone info, does it say XA or XE?

I placed my order with Mi GLobal Store, just waiting for it to arrive. They say that it comes with play store installed in the listing, must that mean that they reflash it with global ROM?
I presume can relock the booloader so my banking app will work if my one arrives unlocked?

Everything is working fine so far. Rooted it now with magisk and my Banking App still works without relocking .. it's just a bad Feeling for me to get an already unlocked device without telling the customer .. and If they offer a global device they should say that they use flashing to get the global Rom on it
