i bought a new HTC One SV today and i found out there is no Farsi language in it
how can i add it to my phone?

Try download app called More Locale 2 from Play store. If that won't help then you're out of luck.

Is it normally included in stock Sense roms?

it's included in ROM and more locale 2 helped me to change language to Farsi (or Persian).
but the keyboard layout is English yet.
i installed another keyboard (called smartkeyboardpro).
is there any Rom available for my phone which has these features in it when i install it?

Farsi is mostly speaks in Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan and some other countries. Also known as Persian. Unfortunately Persian language is removed by HTC from google's stock jelly bean rom when they were cooking Sense. Only a few HTC phone models made specially for Iran have included Persian language in their rom.
"More local" does not do any good for rom localization because Persian, Arabic, Hebrew are essentially right to left languages. Perfect localization also provide Hejri (Shamsi or Khorshidi) calendar for the regions mentioned above.

But there is not much i can do for you. Only thing you can try is this mod.
Its ParfieldIME, but for ics so i don't know if it will work for you.
Be careful! Don't flash the zip there, it has other mount points as our phone!
Unzip it, copy with root explorer to the folder where it belongs and set permission like other files in the folder.

Are these ROMs for international version or Chinese version? And why Huawei is not posting these ROMs on it's English website? I am so confused and I hate Huawei for all these confusions...

Problems after Nougat update

I am using S7 with Nougat. I am facing few problems-
- Whenever I open Samsung Theme store to download new themes or icon packs, the photos/screenshots of the same does not load. Hardly the screenshots of 1 or two themes/icon pack loads and that too not all of them. Check the following-

- I downloaded Batman theme from the internet. When I try to purchase it, I get this error-
- I downloaded an icon pack, Black_Onyx, how to uninstall/delete the same. I was not able to find any option for the same (check no signal of the service provider)-
- The mobile signal automatically goes off for a few seconds, 10-40 seconds, randomly many times when I am using the phone and then automatically comes back-
- Any help regarding this too-

i have the same signal problem in BTU with 6.0.1 and 7.0 in Argentina, so i flash the ZTO (Brazil) and in my region a have not any problem with signal in 6.0 but 7.0 ota its unaviable, so i think that its a region problem with the Stock Rom.
sorry for my poor english.

So it's not just me. Even I have issues with signal. But only on my secondary SIM. I have dual SIM 935FD S7

Hi, firt I flash marshmallow from brazil ZTO, then I flash nougat ARO but in CSC i use HOME-CSC of marshnmallow ZTO. The signal problem disappeared completely. :victory::victory::victory::victory::victory:

Do you have any idea how long HTC normally takes (e.g. on other devices) to run through the stages? Are we talking about a few days/weeks or even some months again?
If i'm asking already: does HTC support firmware updates by custom ROMs or does one have to flash stock bootloader+ROM first? Huawei had something like that and 'just' updating was never as fast as I wish it would have been

Its usually from when it starts rolling out a couple weeks till everyone gets ota... unless something goes wrong
