no 4g after flashing 23.4.a.1.232 MEA ftf

After got my phone back from repair, an older version of Android 5.1.1 was installed. So I have flashed my Xperia Z3 with a stock 5.1.1 FTF, the 23.4.a.1.232 MEA. My preferred network is set WCDMA(preferred/GSM. Before repair I normally got to see the 4G indicator. Now after repair and the mentioned flash, I don't see this anymore. Any clue?
I live in NL and have a Vodafone subscription.

then you wont get 4g, you have to set it to 4g(prefered)/wcdma/gsm, if you don't have that option you need to flash a different rom that will have it

Damn, I was afraid of that. Which one do I need then? Nordic, German?

Can you also please provide a link where I can download the stock FTF 23.4.A.1.232 which has 4g in it? Thnx!!!!!
I just checked and found it in Xperifirm. Is Nordic Combined fine? I want a 5.1.1 Unbranded and 4g of course!

Try this as well.
Open dialer and dial *#*#SERVICE#*#*
Service Settings > Network Mode > Choose LTE_ONLY and see if that works

Thanks but in the meantime I have flashed my phone with the 232 Nordic version. In there the 4g(preferred)/3g/gsm is normally available, finally. I have a fine phone again and as always happy with my Z3. And, lessons learned, never flash a MEA ftf anymore.

Android Security Patch is updated to June 1, 2017.

patch came through 6/29/2017.
update went smooth. Everything seems stable.

Hi all. This update from T-Mobile is causing serious MODEM problem to my S7 Edge G935T, I can't get any access to internet over LTE. Only Wi-Fi i can used, PICTURE message is problem. I call T-Mobile and they say Samsung didn't test the update so now a lot of S7 Edge user have to go best buy Samsung store for them to downgrade the software.

I have downgrade it my self, when 7 different security patch back, even to ANDROID 6.0 the problem still persist.
Normally used the U FIRMWARE with T-Mobile CP for better speeds. Now I'm running more test, I did standard T-Mobile update from software version 4BQB1, so far I'm updating my apps only on LTE, looks good now. Will see what happens in a few hours.

Just bought my S7E used and ran this latest OTA update... it sent me into boot loops that persisted through multiple master reset, cache clearing etc. even in safe mode. Used Odin to roll back to the C1 update and all is good. Will probably try to update again this weekend.

Has anyone else spotted anything new?

I have noticed that the backgrounds have changed wallpapers for the Always on Display.
Neat enhancement if you use this feature.
Has anyone else spotted anything new?

WiFi calling

Does the 2018 A7 model have WiFi calling? My UK mobile provider has listed it as being a WiFi calling compatible device, but I don't see the option anywhere?

I've a feeling mine is firmware of Romania.
Can you flash another firmware for a different country?

For anyone interested. I installed the XEU firmware for UK and Ireland. Files found at SamMobile : https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-a7/SM-A750FN/XEU/download/A750FNXXU1BSD6/269418/
Extract files.
Install Samsung USB drivers.
Enter download mode by shutting down phone, holding the Volume up/down buttons together and plugging the USB cable into a PC and the phone.
Flash AP BL CP CSC_OXM (NOT HOME_CSC_OXM) with Odin 3.13.x to device after installing Samsung USB drivers.
Phone reboots.
It came up in Spanish to start with and another factory reset seemed to occur after this, then it came up in English. It stayed on the Samsung boot screen for some time.

I have tried with the Germany and UK Firmware and in the latest firmware Wifi Calls is not work.
Also have tried downgrade to the same version that your comment, but appair Fail in Odin.

Help! Cannot turn on mobile data while calling and messaging still working!

This is regarding the Snapdragon Note 20 Ultra, USA version.
I got a Note 20 Ultra Verizone edition where I flashed an unlocked U1 firmware. I suppose the required software information can be seen from this screenshot:

The issue now is, as I have put an Indian Operator (Airtel) SIM in the mobile, calling and messaging facilities are working flawlessly, but I cannot turn on mobile data. The WiFi works fine, but no mobile data. The SIM Information looks like this:
Moreover, whenever I try to open the SIM Manager, these four dots keeps loading and the screen just stays there:
I haven't taken a screenshot, but in the next screen the Data Roaming Option cannot be turned on also, I was just looking and turning on/off here and there.....

I see the VZW (Verizone, right?) is still showing in the Service Provider Software info..... Have I f it up somewhere during the flashing? Should the VZW still be there after flashing the U1 version?

Yes, it is Verizon and it is not supposed to be there. You should see INS for Indian firmware/ SIM.

The problem is they released the Exynos version in India! I suppose I cannot flash Exynos version on Snapdragon, right? Also, the Indian rom had dual sim while this one is i physical SIM+ E-Sim.

Ok, little update.... I flashed the phone again with a VZW Android 13 firmware, and now the mobile data with my Airtel SIM is working flawlessly, even with 5G!!! But guess, as I'm not with a VZW SIM, the set will not receive any update now!
