I was just over at ppckitchen, and read about mxip_notify.vol growing out of control if you get a ton of email notifications. Check to see if you have any databases that are out of whack (use total commander and view hidden files). SK Tools is also helpful for clearing storage memory.
i found it in the end... it was some opera downloads that is whacks in its own folder...
took ages to find but used something called spacefinder plus that only has a trial until november..

God, it's really a big earthquake when people like me who have a phobia on serried objects see the pic in it. But-thank you very much for help and it's a nice and interesting app.
[APP][3.0+] ★★★★★★★★ StuffMerge a Message Wizard ★★★★★★★★
Have you ever had a problem composing your message with included links or texts from browser, another mails, sms and so on?
Are you bored of switching between apps and grabbing stuff from them to compose your message?
Do you want to have snippets anytime ready for paste?
Then this is the right time for StuffMerge to let him make his job.
StuffMerge is a little clipboard wizard with the following simple but very useful objective:
1. populate data from clipboard or share (copying links, texts from browser, sms, emails... whatever)
2. fast compose your final message including that data
3. send a message or create a snippet and that's it

EXAMPLE:
Friend of yours have asked you to help him find some cell phones to buy.
Launch StuffMerge, collect links of pictures, descriptions, prices of phones from e.g. eBAY website, put them into your message, add your own suggestions and send him a message in a fast way. Yeah.
Download StuffMerge from Google Play
Nice app keep working guys !!
Nice idea that I often use on my PC.
Downloaded!
After watching your video it seems that we need some time to domesticate it.
Nice have been missing a clipboard manager for a while! Would it be possible to hide the overlay, and let it peek out after swiping from right to left on the border of the screen? Yes, making it require a double sweep to open fully
Kind Regards

Well, first and foremost this is a self-cooked guide mainly aimed for devices with little storage and/or anyone interested for the sake of it.
A couple months ago I sent an email to WhatsApp customer support complaining about the huge size of the WhatsApp/Databases folder, and why the FLICK there was a remote need for 7 friggin' copies of the chat databases.

After dodgeing the automatic answering bot, I re-sent my question (how to prevent WhatsApp from keeping the last 7 days of database backups) over a request number email address I was submitted.
Suffice to say, as I admitted to be a rooted user, this is all the moron at the other side had to say:
Hi,
Thanks for your message.
It appears that your device is rooted. We are sorry, but we don’t support rooted devices and do not answer tickets from rooted devices. We understand the reasons behind rooting a device, but please be aware that any new configuration that is a result of rooting may conflict with WhatsApp.
To add to this, rooted devices do not allow the WhatsApp security model to function as intended and your messages will not be protected by end-to-end encryption.
If you wish to…
Yeah, I love you too.
0K fellows, this is as easy as it gets. Besides slimming down your WhatsApp/Media folders as you may wish, this is my trick to prevent WhatsApp from using a fμckload of storage on its WhatsApp/Databases folder:
Delete the WhatsApp/Databases folder. :good:
Now, create a file named Databases in the WhatsApp folder. This prevents WhatsApp from being able to re-create such folder again.
See the attached thumbnail.
My WhatsApp folder is now very slim, and I miss nothing. :fingers-crossed:
Cheers my dears

I'll save this one for the future.

With this application, if she gets confused and sends you a message that was not for you, she can no longer erase it :good:
In the last version we have solved errors with the files and we have incorporated the function of saving WhatsApp messages in parallel.
Does this app still exist? The link in OP doesn't work!

Hi . I have a major issue. Whatsapp has stopped backing up locally and the last backup was a month ago and drive backups do not work. It keeps saying unable to create backup. It keeps saying unable to create backup. Please find screenshot attached there is no new crypt file other than old outdated ones and also whatsapp is taking way more storage than it should be. It should only consume 12gb including those two files in databases but it is taking over 50gb so my plan was to uninstall and reinstall but backups are not working which is risky. Please find all the screenshots attached.
