[HELP] Is there anyway to get Knox back after rooting J700F? - Samsung Galaxy J7 Questions & Answers

Guys i have to get back knox for security reasons. I know a lot of you guys think knox is useless and i also know that you may be right but for me, i use knox on daily basis. So please is there anyway to get back knox after rooting as when i install My Knox from playstore it says device modified cannot install.

I guess you will have to revert back to official unrooted stock rom and then only you can get knox back. For now atleast its the way to get knox back.

I'm afraid u can't bring back Knox...
I'm one among the few who happens to like Knox but the thing is when u root ur phone ur Knox warranty gets tripped.... When u go to download mode u can see a status "Knox warranty void : 1" it means that Knox can't work again in ur phone even if u completely unroot it and do a fresh install of the default rom. Ur Knox container is deleted and can never b accessed..... As of date there's no way to reverse this knox counter to 0 to make Knox work again.... So... I'm sorry mate....

[Q] Should I Uninstall KNOX?

Hello everyone,
Well, I rooted my s4 mini GT-I9195L 4.2.2 with the safe root "[ROOT] Saferoot: Root for VRUEMJ7, MK2, and Android 4.3" http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2565758.
I want to thank to the owner of the post and say that it worked for me.
I knew that this method disables KNOX and no sets the "Knox Warranty Void" flag. I entered in download mode after the root process and it showed Knox Warranty Void 0x0.
In conclusion i want to know if i need to uninstall or delete all the files of KNOX to prevent some issue in the future.
Thanks for your answers.

Thats the way the app is meant. Please read the app thread before proceed and of course I can't take any responsibility to any changes you perform.
I just read about it again:
"Triangle away" will reset your "flash counter" ans set the device status back to "Samsung". At the moment its not possible to reset KNOX from 0x1 to 0x0 if its already triggered.

If you root, because you need to change either the kernel or recovery, you will when you go to download mode have a notification saying "Knox warranty void = 0x1". It is 0x0 before rooting.
To unroot you just flash the stock rom again using ODIN, however the Knox warranty void will stay 0x1...
Knox is a security feature that Samsung put on so that companies/spies and paranoid people could use a "secure" partition. Anything inside the Knox partition is un-accessible without the correct password that you should have. However, forget your password and loose anything inside the Knox partition.
Knox doesn't like root access as it can (potentially) break the security.

[Q] Device Status: Custom but Knox is still 0x0; will my warranty void?

I recently rooted my s6 with pingpong root. Will my warranty be voided even if my knox hasn't been triggered? My device status says custom, so will that affect the warranty?
If you go and show Samsung, yes! But that's why you Odin back to stock and ur good! Just make sure to go into stock recovery and do a reset and clear cache after you odin.

You do know that they could have denied your warranty service and there's not a thing that you could have done other than having it fixed and paying them. I think it's awesome that Samsung will still fix it under warranty, because in all actuality, KNOX being tripped has nothing to do with most hardware defects. They just like to have a way to deny you if they so choose... Glad that you did get it fixed though! Shows how Samsung is not that bad after all.

KNOX 0*1 >> Can i still get OTA updates?

Hi Guys!
(I don't care whole knox thing, even warranty)
Can i still get ota updates if i got knox warranty void 0x1(phone into *samsung*)?
Of course i flashed stock firmware back with odin.
In downloading mode i get
Current Status: Samsung Official
System Status: Official
Knox warranty void: 1 (0*0301)
Knox doesnt affect ota updates. Only root disables ota.

What do you mean by absolutely not? I thought Triangle Away resets the KNOX tripping. And I was reading it still worked on S6... Are you saying it's impossible to "un-trip" KNOX now?

Triangle away doenst reset the Knox counter, it resets the flash counter. This is very different.
There is no tool which can reset the Knox counter.

So the two years that I've had my S5 rooted, my warranty was voided and irreversible? Huh. I've never needed any assistance from Sprint and I'm hoping I won't now. Makes me feel better to know that I'm in no different a position than I have been. I just have to hope my phone works perfectly.
Would that affect my ability to sell my S5 back to Sprint? Sorry if I'm not on this thread's topic exactly... Should I end my line of questioning in this thread?
Just keep flashing the latest updates on your own by getting stock firmware and using Odin, that's what I would do if I ever went back to a non-rooted device - might go back just to try Samsung Pay.

About rooting S7

I am sorry for being dumb by post this questions, I want to root my S7 so i can install costume rooms.
My question is; does rooting can affect my device and make problems?
What is this whole thing about the Samsung Knox?
What is the simple way to flash rom white/out root?
If i want to restore my phone to the stock, it is possible to do it?
And what about the warranty is the warranty will become void?
Thanks in advanced.

I think about root
U will get a lot of articale on google about
advantage of root and disadvantages of root
About knox
If you root your device, you trip the Knox Warranty bit. Knox services do not run on devices that have tripped the Warranty bit, because this indicates a device is rooted and flashed with an unofficial Android build
But u can flash custom rom without root but when u will flash any custom recovery your will warranty not be valid
And i don't about
Is there any way to revert your warranty of u have triggered knox
But u can easily come to your stock rom
With root or without root

You must use Odin to flash twrp recovery, just watch on YouTube there are many useful videos about it. This is how you root your phone.
Yes it is possible to go back on stock Samsung rom by flashing stock rom from sammobile or updato site. Everything will be as it was before root except your Knox is void 0x1 and u cant use Samsung Pay ect.

Thanks for helping me out, one last thing; i have all my images on the samsung cloud and i found this thing: The following Knox services are affected if a Warranty bit is tripped.
Knox Platform for Enterprise
Existing Workspace's are permanently locked and the data is no longer accessible.
New Workspace's can't be created.
Knox Cloud Services
All Knox Cloud services stop working because they rely on a Knox license key to operate – For example, Knox Mobile Enrollment, Knox Configure, and Knox Manage.
Other Secure Samsung services
Samsung E-FOTA stops working.
Unique Knox security features stop working, such as Real Time Kernel Protection (RKP) , or Device Attestation.
Other Samsung Services that require Knox stop working – for example, Samsung Pay and Secure Folder.
If i will root my S7 all photos will be locked or removed?
