Hi I install one application (host name changer) and restart the phone and it stop working. Stops at HONOR screen. I enter to bootloader, open multi-tool and change recovery. Unfortunately bootloader not eorking ok, because when I wanted to upload IMG files to unbrick the phone, I get the error in Multi-tool. I decided to format/clean all data (I use CWM recovery and later also TWRP recovery). Again uploaded stock recovery and try use 3 buttons. Unfortunately installation start and after one second failed.
I also try to use QTADB to upload updata.apk but it not working - there is problem with bootloader. Also Minimal ADB not working - doesn't see Honor.
How can I upload / install rom now?
Is it possible instal ROM from external SD card? I try but on external card (using CWM) I see no files?
You can't use other recovery than the stock one to use 3 buttons. If the phone is not recognized by adb I'm not sure if you can restore it.
I used 3 buttons with stock recovery, and installation failed.
Did you replaced build.prop and local.prop with the original ones before 3 buttons?
Las night installed B310 without any problems.
I did not replace build.prop and local.prop because I install some other app which - I guess - modify build.prop and this is why I have that problems. Afert I reboot phone it brick on HONOR loco and Minimal ADB do not response. When I connect USB cable and enter to bootloader the PC see the phone, Hisuite start but can not connect. So I have problem with bootloader - it does not response using Minimal ADB. Onlu Multitool lets me change recovery. All I can do now is enter to recovery, bootloader, change recovery (only with Multitool), start install ROM (using 3 buttons) but it failed immediately.
Try to install stock dev rom 4.x.x
4.x.x roms have not prop checker so you can install them via 3btns
But how to upload this rom to HH? All I can do is using Minimal adb (not all function, but sometime I can use pull and push functions);

Put it on a SD Card?
If you can enter fastboot and your bootloader is unlocked you can try to flash the system.img via fastboot. But since you have CWM it shoul be unlocked
Finally the Multi-tool stoped responding (I couldn't upload img files to unbrick - there was an error).
But suddenly the Minimal ADB started responding, and I uploaded build.prop and after that I flash recovery.img, system.img, boot.img and cust.img.
Thanks for help.
The following is irrelevant. Just to share.
I messed up honor 6 plus once. It booted then it permanently hanged. Black screen, home launcher does not respond, no navigation bar. Power button worked with the options to reboot and power down.
Before I messed it up, I have unlocked the boot loader and flashed cwm and rooted by install zip.
I tried to fix it by cwm wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik but that did not help.
Later I found that I was able to boot into fastboot mode and managed flashing back stock recovery. Then I downloaded a full stock ROM, decompressed the dload and copied it to root of a sdcard. Then I applied three finger update. It worked and fixed the problem.

Well to set permissions you must use either root explorer or ES filexplorer, personally I use the last one with root privileges on.
after you move the files to correspondent folder you need to click on it for a few seconds and then go to properties/permissions and check only left column all 3 and middle column the first from above.
As for stock recovery go to the thread of Honor multi-tool, there you have how to and were to download stock recovery.

hi guys
after my phone bricked [software] , my phone wont able to re-charge again !
i test the charge cable , its ok , but my phone [mate7]can't re-charge.
what i must to do ?
How badly bricked?
Maybe you erased or corrupted even the most basic software in it so cannot even enter recovery etc? Probably is not anything there to sense charge voltage.
There are many partitions in it.

hi bro you need to first unlock your bootloader via fastboot and then install twrp recovery from the following link
http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-7/general/huawei-mt7-l09-l10-stock-firmware-ota-t3275784
refer to the above page in the last there is recovery file download it and connect phone when its off then simply install twrp recovery for your android version... its only possible when you have bootloader unlocked. after installing the recovery download twrp backup of B511 or any other suitable version of your choice.....!! copy it into system memory, twrp folder backup and flash via twrp

Hey folks,
I've tried a few tipps others gave me here on xda, but nothing could fix my problem.
My situation looks like this:
I've been playing around w/ some TWRP versions and Custom ROMs,
and out of sudden my phone got soft bricked (stuck at the »Your phone is unlocked and can't be trusted« screen).
I was able to bring it back to life, via the Italian Knife and official stock ROM.
So, now I'm back at stock (NXT-L29C432B320) but my bootloader is still unlocked.
And it doesn't matter which TWRP version I flash, my phone won't boot into recovery,
so I'm not able to flash a Custom ROM.
If I try to enter the recovery mode it get stuck on »Your phone is booting now...« ... doesn't matter how long I wait, it won't boot.
If I flash a stock recovery, I can enter the Huawei eRecovery, but that doesn't help much.
Someone told me I have to lock my bootloader again to start the whole unlock / root stuff from scratch,
but if I try to lock it via fastboot it always fails w/ the »command not allowed« message.
The developer options & USB Debugging options are enabled and the Enable OEM unlock option, too.
Is there anything I can do or am I screwed?!
Btw, dload is not possible, 'cause the phone freezes if I try to do it from the dialer menu
and if I try to do it via the button combo, the phone just enters the Huawei eRecovery.

if you can give me an advice I would be really happy.
Do a dload of your region firmware
This should solve your problem
Put Update.app on SD card in dload directory.... use the latest firmware for your phone region or last used stock firmware.
Install SD card.
Power off.
3 button startup will install firmware on your phone and your phone will be stock and locked.
If you get :not compatible story you must adb and fastboot cust files using @somboons tools.
i had read your problems
it same as my problem so i flash with Decrypted & Insecure boot.img with adb fix via adb truely version 320or ver.......
links :http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-8/orig-development/kernel-insecure-boot-img-t3311306
after thats reboot if can not reboot must dload agains
wishing can help you

Hi, need some urgent help here.
I was trying to install a custom rom, so I unlocked first the bootloader, then flashed twrp 3.0.2 for Android 5.1 and with it I flashed KangVip rom (porto from honor 6).
Problem was it didn't boot, just black screen.
So I supposed the problem was with the rom so I flashed via fastboot the aosp 6, obviously with same results.
I tried lot of stuff (twrp 2.8.x.x, reinstall stock firmware, restore twrp backup of stock full firmware and so on - I did almost everything I could do) and now I'm with a Huge problem: no huawei logo at start, just a white screen and nothing happen. I have twrp 3.0.2 for 5.1 installed right now but I can't install stock recovery.
Please help me, what do I gotta do?
[emoji30]
the ported rom is based on Android 6.0 you have Android 5.1 youk should flash 5.1 based rom..
it's good to flash stock and update official to b560 or b571 depending on which region to have then flash twrp recovery and then flash desire rom..

Thx for this.
But I have a problem, I can't install stock recovery and if I try to flash the .img files extracted from update.app nothing happens.
Also, I still have that problem with huawei logo disappeared and a blank white screen instead.

boot into bootloader and flash stock recovery but if you know what exactly firmware was you have(bxxx) then no need to flash recovery just put update.app to your sd card and then force update three buttons combination (volume both and power) turn off it remove data cable then press these three buttons it'll go in recovery sometime but try two or three times(in recovery turn off device) and try again if that method not work you should flash stock recovery to do so and if it didn't go to bootloader(fastboot) then connect data cable and then press vol- and power it'll go to bootloader in bootloader flash stock recovery then force update your device....

Hope you can help me out here...I had just gotten my HAM7 for a couple of days. Was on 4.4.2 B120, was able to get it up to B326. Just yesterday I attempted to flash up to B331 and it succeeded according to the "local update" option. Then it went on boot loop. I tried doing the force 3-button option and that worked to the point of saying it succeeded and will reboot. Now I'm stuck on Ascend Mate logo. I can no longer get into factory option mode (V+Power), only fastboot mode. Also, I can't do force update no more so I can't try any other "update.app" unless I'm missing something here.
Any help in getting this unit at least back to working condition will be a BIG help. I just received this two days ago.
Thx!!!!

Yes, bootloader is unlocked. FYI, I can't do Vol+ Power or 3-button force. I have no idea what went wrong after the B331 update.app flash. It said successful then boot loop after. I have looked all over the forums and tried everything from flashing C900B300 rollback to try and get 4.4.2 that I started out with, but I really don't know which firmware to start with. The last update.app files I was using was the European variants. Phone was originally locked to Ecuador MoviStar network at B120SP04, then I flashed up to B324 5.1.1. Rooted and then wanted to upgrade to B331 so I unrooted and flashed. Now I'm stuck.

Thank you very much....hope that will solve the boot issue and bring this unit back to life
Alright, so I've given up complete hope that I can get my unit back up and running again. I've tried so many ways already with no success (fastboot/adb, force upgrade, etc.,), and even tried to copy my second HAM7 images (via sdk tools) and to no avail.
The thing I'm trying to understand is where exactly do I start with trying to revive? When I first got this device from eBay, it was apparently still on "MoviStar" Telefonica-Spain network so my network bars showed "R" for roaming. Somehow, I was able to flash it from being on V100R001C00B120SP04a and upgrade to B127>B145>B324 which made me able to use my own service normally. It worked fine and I was even able to root it. Decided to do a last upgrade to B331 and while the local update option showed it as successfully installed, it went into boot loop ever since. Hence, I used European firmwares for most of the flashing. My second mate was on B145 and I was able to get that to B331, which is running fine right now.
ATM, I am ONLY able to do Volume-/Power to get into fastboot.
Doesn't work:
- V+/Power (stock recovery)
- V-+/Power (3-button force)
What works:
- V-/Power with USB for fastboot
*Bootloader is unlocked, but I do believe that after flashing the last firmware of B331, I may have done a factory wipe, which probably reset the USB debugging option as well. So, I'm sure I'm stuck with a device that just might be flashed on the wrong firmware and is factory reset which prevents me from flashing a custom rom or even the stock rom???
Any last advice I would be so thankful for...still waiting on the link for KangVip rom from (fazi2015)
All the best...

Okay, so final result is I'm stuck on a frozen logo now. The twrp bat file again showed success in flashing and rebooted the device, but I'm hung on the "Huawei Ascend" logo. I have to pull the battery to shut it off, otherwise it stays on. So I'm now sure that it's a hard bricked device since I did the stupid thing of factory resetting which probably reset the usb debug...making it almost impossible to flash any firmware now.
Thanks for the help anyways...I really appreciate it. Gonna throw this up on eBay and see if anyone wants it for parts

I know it's annoying but last time I research more and guide you I was have same problem don't give up....
I send you recovery flash in fastboot no need of usb debugging usb debugging need for adb not for fastboot in fastboot flash recovery by your self download it
https://mega.co.nz/#!GRw0CZjQ!iZllDkA6yJeWk7iEA4vEVA94r2nM_YjAuiS8B9IZdm0
then extract the zip go to resource and hold shift and left click then select open command port here then power off device completely boot into fastboot (bootloader) connect the device to pc and in command port type
fastboot flash recovery twrp_2_7.img
after that type
fastboot reboot and hold the volume- button of device it'll boot into recovery if you success then reply..
I've noticed two things when flashing KK or LP. On KK, the phone does a constant boot loop with Huawei logo (on off on off), but on LP the Huawei logo hangs...it doesn't boot loop. Is this an indication or just a fault with both OS?

Trying to flash custom ROM or just rooting on stock?
Press and hold volume up button it will take you to twrp you should have nandroid bsckup if u dont have then no worry try following flash twrp if you dont have then press power button it will show you same screen(device cant be trusted)from there choose reboot then reboot systen it will again show you same screen but immediately press power button it will boot. ifit dont try different combination sometimes it dont accept input(as i learnedfrom my experiance) if nothing works then i think wiping factory reset is only option and even reset dont work then reflash whole system using dload method
after battery got dischareged.
i charged it only 20%
phone turns on.
then i tried to install DLOAD method Update ---------------------------- it restarts and stuck again -------------------- then i let it discharged completely.
same thing happen if i try to install stock recovery or custom recovery
Also i cant boot into recovery

Boot into fastboot and check the status of your bootloader.
Or you can flash full stock via dload and then unlock bootloader, install twrpamd root.
I have given a guide in my signature for rooting on 6X.
