[Q] update firmware us moto g 174.44.1

Hi guys I've stock ROM with faux123 kernel and advanced cwm , my moto g download the new firmware update bit when it reboot to installato the update cwm gives me error... I tried Also with stock recovery flashing it from mototool but it gaves me also error... Someone has some idea? :laugh:

[Q] Moto G XT1032 restore from GPe 4.4.4 to Stockrom 4.4.2

Hey folks,
i got a serious issue with my MotoG...
I tried to install/flash the GPe Rom (Android 4.4.2) here from xda and it fully worked. After the install process i received the OTA Update to Android 4.4.4 and installed it with the stock recovery. The result was a working up to date GPe rom where i deleted some system apps. I rebooted the phone and got stuck at the boot logo from Google with the unlocked symbol. A full wipe and reflash of the GPe Rom didn't fixed the problem. The phone sticks at the boot logo. After this i tried to reflash the Motorola Rom which didnt fixed it either....
My guess is that the OTA Update from GPe changed something which can't be fixed with older firmware flashes...!?
After a couple of hours of work i pushed via adb my CWM backup to the internal storage and restored it. My Moto booted and i was finally able to get it back to run the stockrom.
Then i saw something weird... The google logo with the unlock symbol stays and then the motorola boot logo appears and im not able to flash via fastboot other rom
Anyone experience similar or the same problem after restore from GPe 4.4.4 to lower Android version 4.4.2?

we have to wait for fastboot images of 444 or gpe 444
there are none yet

Stuck with CM based ROMs..
I go either side and my phone dies..

[Q] Bricked Moto G XT1033 with no OS and Don't know what to do

Guys , i am a newbie but i have a major problem.
i was in the process of rooting my moto g but wrongly erased my whole operating.
so i looked up a method to restore to stock [ was running 5.0.2 ] but after flashing recovery and boot image, i couldn't flash system.img and i also deleted a line from the xml following a RSD lite guide.
would you guys help me get the phone running .
i do have the lollipop update official zip .
and i can't even switch of my phone

Did you try manually flashing each partition using fastboot commands?

go on youtube type in how to adb sideload a rom on moto g that video will fix your problem well it did for me GoodLuck

Is recovery installed? Are the Moto drivers installed on your pc?
I've been through something similar before and whenever I accidentally wipe the OS, I just connect then flash another rom usually starting from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/development/rom-stock-motorola-rom-collection-t2854688 and it will pop up under "my computer" where you can copy and try to flash your rom again. I assume it's the same with 5.0+ (I'm still on 4.4)

hello guys i convert my moto g xt 1033 to GPE to flash miui , i also flash miui rom , but due to some bugs in ROM i want to go back to my stock Indian 5.1 LP so goto recovery and format system then copy my nandroid back from PC to phone then try to restore ,restore completed but phone struck at boot loader unlock warning .pllzzzzz help guys ...please

You might want to flash the GPE build because you converted your phone to the Google play edition

Moto G3 Turbo Edition Dead After OTA Update

Guys i let me explain my problem. I unlocked my BOOTLOADER of Moto g4 turbo edition and installed TWRP . And next I installed lineage (nougat) os . It ended with BOOTLOOP and I decided to bring back to stock. I tried to install marshmallow stock rom..I got an error pre flash validation..I got a solution from YouTube. And downgraded it. .after installing Stock ROM I had received an OTA UPDATE.. AFTER INSTALLING THAT THE DEVICE IS DEAD..

My Moto g turbo also dead yesterday.

Is your device also hard bricked

After update my mobile Moto xt1557 is also hard bricked...please post me blankflash file for this model
