I gave this a try on a friend blackberry but all the codes seem to have 1 extra digit...
Can yo advice about what code to use and starting from what digit please?

i just tested it out with my friend on a telus blackberry that's network locked. and it worked.
Just leave out that last digit of the code and it will work.
i'm trying to get my friend to send me the picture right now,
I will upload it as soon as i can.
and by the way, Canada telus mep is 14074-003 not 004

This App worked like a charm on my rooted Samsung S3. Mep1 did not work but Mep 2 unlocked my international 9300. The app produces one extra digit, so leave out the last digit. Thanks posting:good:

Tried on 2 Blackberrys none worked, it used to work before, i double and triple checked info entered was correct and yes i did leave off last number.
Two carriers were at&t and Lime.

What exactly does one do with the codes obtained from this app?

Hello guys My device info is Htc One sv. Performed a stock restore of system using cricket JB clean nand backup. Then all seemed to update well. However no Phone calls dialing out as well as unable to send any text messages???? What gives I have reverted back to stock and upated and dowgraded several times and i cannot get either the dialer or texts to go through on either the full updated 4.2.2 sense 5 or the reverted to stock version based off the clean Jb nandroid backup posted. Iam not a newbie i have flashed lots of times. used both terminal emulator and have a fastboot working enviroment.... Please Help I cannot go without my phone all week!! I just dont understand how i could have borked this thing... i can stii update, downgrade hboot, install clockwork mod or twrp, root, and everything in between on both the clean jb nandroid backup restored as well as the updated 4.2.2 sense 5 version..... Also i am s-off. Help me if Anyone can. Many Thanks!!!

See if anything is responding with unknown or simply nothing at all. Is anything blank, zeroed out, or stated as unknown?

Not Good
checked both of those and it show evrything it should.... phone name, serial, IMIE, etc, etc. Funny thing is also it will fin the update put it in the notification que.... and it will download it over the phones network using the 4g not wifi. sooo what could it be?? I have tried flashing just the radio contained within my ota.zip also and no joy.. I have reverted back to the stock cricket JB nandroid posted up on the index thread. Now updating all the way back to 4.2.2 sense 5. Although i have done this twice already in the last hour and still everything goes fine. Updates all the way and reboots to the ops system. says Android has been succesfully updated. hboot .21 S-off CID 22222222 I just don't know!!

Alright well i am updating the phone to 4.2.2 with sense 5 but, the dialer and texts still arent working! It connected just fine to the cricket network 4g and downloaded this update as well. weird. I still cannot believe that no one else has had this issue or can even replicate it.... You would think the update updating the bootloader and all other images it would work the dialer and sending texts i mean. especially since it updates succesfully and boots properly. especially given the fact that it updates through the phones own cellur network. It also lets me setup my google account and sync contacts and apps from the playstore all on the phones network. VERY WEIRD!!!

Help!!
Lots of views but, no ideas??? Anyone have the System apks for the dialer and messaging app?? Maybe if i installed new ones it would correct or fix the problem?/ I dont know for sure. Anyway if someone has those let me know.

update to 4.2.2 with updated hboot stock everything
once update is complete power down the device
pull the battery and SIM card
wait 20 seconds(count them out)
install SIM then battery and install battery cover
hold volume- and power to boot into bootloader manually(make sure there's not the PL80IMG, zip on the sdcard)
then factory reset from the bootloader.
let me know if this works.

Same message unable to send and unable to make or recieve calls....... Dialer wont dial out. It does accept ## codes and I have my msl so I can edit things in there although i never have yet.

Nope I can get in there and find all that stuff but it doesnt look like it wants to commit the gsm auto.. Shouldnt it change in the pull up\ drop down menu when i select it?? It just stays at the same setting when i select it

TUTORIAL: Remove *TAMPERED* & *RELOCKED* flag / HBoot w/o unlock_code.bin

Yea, I already pm him the info on that. I told him it may be a hardware issue and may need to be sent in for either repair or replacement. I don't think he is comfortable following the commands in fear of doing something wrong. I been researching the heck out of his problem and so far all of it points to a hardware malfunction. In small, rare cases, the provider would be able to push something to the users device and resolve the issue but the majority of them had to send theirs in and most who did got a replacement.

The only other thing I could say is backup the EFS folder and then push it to his 4.2.2 update after upgrading to fix the issue but since his phone is already acting up (assuming that IS the problem) it is already too late to do that. Even with his nandroid backup because when he restores the problem is still there.

His APN config could possibly be out of wack also, he says he can connect to 4g but sending text or dialing out is a no go.

I also am wondering if his HA and AAA is showing an error. For Boost it would be ##3282# then click view mode, then data profile to see what I am talking about.

If they are empty then you will need to take it in. Somehow your stuff got wiped. And active data profile should be 1 as well.

You actually should be able to just call them and have them push to activate your device. Anyways, call them first to see if they can resolve it that way before actually sending it in.

You should see something like this, though your numbers may be slightly different. However, if you see nothing at all and it says 0 for accounts, then you need to contact cricket. We can't help you in regards to this.

Alright already have a recommendation, when I say open file Explorer it pops up and let's me pick ES but when I back out of ES the box is still popped up there to pick ES. Also would there be a way to set it to stick so I don't have to pick it every time. Also love ***** mode ?

About the running in background what you should to is going to settings and disable the Notification
It will not only disable notification but also disable the run in background service

Ad Blocking without root

Right, I know the method of using AdBlock Plus and proxy for WIFI and APN, but I cant get it to work; I can still see ads everywhere. I was wondering if there is any other way to block ads without having to root my S6.

I use the app from this page:

You just need to tick enable adblocking and autostart.
Oh and i think you'll have to add the url and port (url:localhost port:2020) in proxy settings of your wifi (long press WiFi connection -> manual Proxy) and mobile connection (Settings -> Mobile Connection -> APNs ->Proxy)... Completely forgot about it ..
But if you have set it up once it will work automatically and it will automatically refresh the "hostsfile" once a week

If not you have to press "Reload Filter". Then it will start downloading.
When its finished you can press restart and it should work.

Even the "ADD" button is grayed out. The only thing I can click on that screen is "MORE," but then the only option under that ("Reset to Default") is also grayed out.

I'm not have any of these problems, but I'm running stock ROM. The network or your ROM is gimping your functions.

AdBlock Plus drains my battery like crazy. I'm testing out AdGuard for now (no need to change proxy or anything)... but if this also drains my battery, how's the battery-friendliness on the PersonalHttpProxy?

It's the Sprint S6, so it's Lollipop 5.0.2.

adb pull /mnt/sdcard/logcat.txt
This should give you the logcat.txt in your running folder.
And then search for "http", see if your logcat still have the OTA link there. Thanks.

Or can you try this.
put it in adb debug mode.
and run this 2 comments,
adb logcat -d -f /sdcard/logcat.txt *:V
adb pull /mnt/sdcard/logcat.txt

Thanks. In that case the useful information in the logcat is gone with the reboot.
We need to wait for another user that happen to export the logcat immediately after receiving the OTA.
With slim chance can you try
ADB pull /cache/update.zip ???
although it is highly probably that the zip is not there or the permission is not allowed.

No go, says it doesn't exist. Why am I the only person who received the update? When I do a search on Google for the firmware number, this thread is literally the only thing that comes back.

4G version is fine, we are now targeting to work with the BT variant.

I'm sure that his watch is BT version.
My 4G version NXG74I.
If 4G version there's "IMEI" in between "Serial number" & "Build Number".

Just got the same NXH19R update on my BT HWatch 2 in USA. I can't find any info about it except here. I can also confirm that the "Elements Analog" watch face is no longer available on the watch or in the Wear app on the phone. I don't notice anything else different about the watch yet.

I think this it the standard android wear face. Have you try to reinstall the android wear app on the phone?
