Hi All,
Pretty sure the Google Settings was an option in the Settings menu of the notification shade - but I just can't find it. Had an update this morning (looks like March's security update) and wondering if it has moved it. It's not an app under the app drawer either.
Anyone else know where it is?
I think a google play services update got rid of that a while ago. Just go to the google folder and open "Google" and then use the hamburger menu to access the settings.
Settings-Applicastions- at bottom, there is Google settings.

Bingo! Knew I'd seen it somewhere. Funny thing is, it doesn't show up in the settings search feature (which is a superb feature in general IMHO)

Wassup y'all,
So I've been enjoying my mega tablet, but I was wondering if you could help me figure somehting out. When I originally got my tablet rooted, before twrp was available, somehow I had set multi window apps to open in a second window automatically. For example, clicking on a play store link in chrome (while chrome was full screen) would open google play in split screen with chrome.
I have no idea how I set it to do this. I had messed with "multiwindow apps manager", and some xposed stuff (but don't remember what exactly).
Can anybody help me figure out how to get this feature back?

Thanks for the help! I feel real intelligent
I heard a lot about it and was interested in seeing what my device would be like without an app drawer. However, I have yet to find any sort of toggle in the settings that allow me to show all the apps on the screen.
I have the T-Mobile variant.
EDIT: Seems as though the feature was only available in something called Galaxy Labs which does not appear on my device: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vBBRJywf9L0
Try a different launcher if that's what you want to see. Not a great option, IMO.
Or move all of your apps to the home screen
menu -> advanced .... -> Galaxy Labs -> Show all apps .....
What menu?
settings
Still not seeing finding the galaxy labs menu. I even tried searching for "galaxy" and "labs" with nothing found.
Guys,
Can someone help me on this
I have installed android P dp2 on my phone and in the settings I searched for overview option it shows that the option exists but when I click on that it goes to suggestions tab in pixel launcher settings and in that this both options will not show up and I don't know what is the problem. Can someone tell me what is happening?
that's a to be released feature.
For me is the same. Some people already have them, but if I go in launcher suggestions I only have one option instead of 3.
So yeah, I think we have to wait for now.
As of today, maybe yesterday, Google Discover (minus one page) crashes if I click on my icon on top right corner.
Anyone else?
Yes, for me it's the same.
But when i click on the colored letter G in search widget, than this settings works fine.
Maybe Google Discover needs an update.
Hi guys. I'm a satisfied samsung Tab S7 FE user, but there is one thing that annoys me. Google maps are always having white theme and I can not find any toggle in settings to change it. I have not found any solution yet (reinstalling an app, clearing cache and any data, latest update available installed). From my point of view, it looks like the google maps app does not support dark theme on this tablet. Of course it is not a very big deal, but I think that it should work on almost every device (there is no reason to delete it from settings section). If you have found a solution, please write the answer below. I would really appreciate that.

this is the google guide
try it
On your Android phone 10+ phone, open the Google Maps app .
Tap your profile picture or initial Settings. Theme.
Select one of the following options: Always in light theme: Dark theme is always disabled in Maps, regardless of system settings. ...
Tap Save.
source : google support
As I said, I can't find a toggle to change an app theme. On two of my phones I can change it easily. On the tablet this setting is not listed in settings section.

I think in tablets we can't change it because I have SM-T585 and google maps doesn't allow me to set dark mode theme
