You should not be posting in a device forum for that bud.
Thread moved to right forum. @OP, the issue could be related to the theme you are using. Please see the value in the Drop Box located at bottom left corner of this forum page.

I have recently moved to the new PPC2003 (mobile) and notice that the clock on the top right of screen is missing. Is this normal in the new version? Anyone know how I can retrieve this?
Help would be appreciated
Rich
buddy look. You should not post here in news section with your problem.
What device you are using?
I know I have posted this in the wrong place...can't see any functionality to move it to the general (or other) forum. When I created the item it went in the wrong list.
I'm using an 02 XDA IIs
Post moved to General forum.
BTW. have a look at this page http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=BA_Hacks look under 'Put Date and Time in Top Bar'
Sorted
That fixed it....many thanks for your help
There are 4 kind of different large title bars that I know of, from which 3 are these:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=343988
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=375858
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=2801953
Could anyone please remind me what was the fourth version? It kind of looked like the second link but streched from left to right screen edge. I had a bookmark but I've lost it and searching for "large title bar" or "system status" gives you know how many millions of answers... Or, if anyone could point me to the cab for the second version, I would appreciate it almost as much.
Does anyone ever answer the questions asked in this section of the forum?

Hi, I usually go to the relevant section, sort the themes by views - upper right click views just above the first thread, download the 3-4 most popular and see which works for me. It gets more complicated if none of them does
I'm putting in code to allow color changes as user wants for background and some text items. I also have a custom array adapter.
When setting the background to say, BLUE, and when they hit the screen to scroll, the whole background goes BLACK while scrolling. This is particularly annoying when the text is BLACK as it disappears.
Do I need to set the background to the color selected in "onItemClick()"?
Thoughts?
TIA,
Roots

Yes. On each item click, you need to implement case switch methods. Similarly compared to basic language, on x= do this etc.....

Thanks Simon, I appreciated the link Works great!
@Mulcahyd "Yes. On each item click, you need to implement case switch methods. Similarly compared to basic language, on x= do this etc."
My question was about scrolling a custom list adapter and the color changing, not how to handle an on-click listener.

Here is the third item on page one of THIS forum, a sticky:
"[ATTN] : Read before posting - Any questions posted here will be MOVED or CLOSED"
So, I don't post questions or problems in "Development", and then, I don't post questions in "Android Software and Hacking General" or they'll be moved or closed?
I sent you a PM about this as it's very confusing.
TIA,
Roots
Hello,
I've succesfully installed the Android L last Preview Image on my Nexus 5. I am using a case in which the top half of the screen is transparant and therefore visible. But now, one of the first annoyances in the lockscreen the notifications gets displayed in the bottom half and therefore with every new thing coming in I need to open my case to see that is just a SPAM email . Anybody noticed this also and perhaps found a way to alter the lockscreen???
Regards
I think there's no way to set the lockscreen, but I found that if you swipe down in the lockscreen while you have pending notification, they fly up on the top of the screen...Try this way .
