Dear customer,
Sorry about your inconvenience.
We contacted manufacture gaian, and they confirmed that elephone vowney has stopped production.
Sincerely hope you can choose other good item as replacement
Hope for your understanding.
Best regards.
nobody ?????????????????
I got an email from the vendor - Geekbuying - a couple of days ago informing me that my Elephone Vowney was shipped. So, what your vendor told you is incorrect.
ok thx for the information
is ur phone sent then
an didt u get a valid tracking number
Hi, sorry for the late reply. I just got my phone this morning. Got to play with it for a little bit, it looks okay so far. The back side of the phone is plastic-y (the cheap kind) and that's the only thing I didn't like about the looks of the device. It feels comfortable in the hand and the front camera is great...
I will post pictures once I reach home.

Hi all,
As some of you may know, I've had a problem with my Himalaya for 2-3 weeks now, soI wish to sell it for spare parts, as I have been unable to restore it from death after upgrading to tofclock's w2k5 2.01wwe.
Namely, I used this rom for a week, and then suddenly my phone died, I only get a blank white screen(no usb or serial words) when I do hard reset, and that's about it. I am not even able to get into bootloader mode, perhaps the b/l got corrupted in the upgrade process or something. However, I gave up trying to restore it, so I figured out that I can sell it to someone for spare parts, or maybe if someone is able to restore it, then good for him, he can get an awesome device for litle money.
This is the deal:
My Himalaya (Qtek2020) is in good shape, the housing is in excellent condition(apart from few scratches of course, it's been used for 1,5 yrs or so, but I've never dropped it or something) the screen is also in good shape (I've had screen protectors all the time since I've had it) all of the button are working(D-Pad, Power, record, camera, reset, calendar and contacts buttons)connectors are all working as well, I have a wall outlet charger, sync cradle and a leather case. I can sell it altogether or separately.
The price is negotiable, for whoever is interested. The payment will be discussed as well, we can do it via paypal, direct bank transfer, western union or something else. I am open to offers
If you're interested drop me a line here, PM me or email me:
jspas att mt.net.mk
cheers,
J.
P.S. I can also send you pictures if you're interested. Let me know.

I didn't receive an email notification about this reply.
And I am sure I did subscribed for one...
However munzab,
I did sell the himalaya to another member of this board, back in February.
Thanks for asking though...
All the best,
Jordan.
Dang. I had just made up my mind that I was going to purchase The Clip at Electronic Crap and the black one is sold out! I hope they get more in.

Just got my M1 today. Its awesome!!!
.
I got my clip order in yesterday before they sold out. You've really got to look for the [email protected] email and don't delay
With that said I'll likely be trying to sell a slightly used m1 case shortly.

Anyone know whether the online site pandawill is reputable?
Thinking of getting a tablet from there!
It seems that they have not good reputation. There are a lot of complaints about them on the web.

Considering that you have one post, joint in the last 24hrs and the first thing you did was degrade a website, I arrive at the very likely conclusion that you are a competitor looking to spin a negative image of your competitor.
Thanks for your input anyway buddy.
Still confused about this site, anyone know if its legit?
It's okay. But I didn't have good experiences with the support. Took a while to get answers.
I recommend spemall. They will help you quickly in the forums.

Yes Pandawill is OK. You will get what you order. But be aware of the support side of your purchase. If there goes anything wrong with your order you have to be lucky to get correct support in warranty period. I bought many android tablets from Pandawill and one of them is a wrong construction (Ployer Momo7). It has a very week micro USB port which will most likely break off from the motherboard if you use it – the tablet has to be charged via the micro USB port. I sent it back to China already two times (in good optical condition) and I always got back a not correctly functioning and optically very used device. So I spent the price of the tablet again for shipping and handling and still have a non functioning device. I requested half of the price back from Pandawill (which I think is a correct request) but they said no and offer no solution to my problem.
So it is your decision.
no warranty on pandawil
i buy waterproof phone doogee dg700 titns2 . dont pull in water . after 30 days phone dead (memory\motherboard). dont load after logo . but screen is good i send it to china pandawil (shipping 30$!!) after 40 days panda say - you use phone on rain - no warranty . you must pay 80$ for new SCREEN and motherboard!!! amazing! hate this shop !!
I've had my phone for less than 2 months and some small white patches have appeared on the screen. It's as though the battery is pushing the back of the screen. They're only visible when there's a white background. Does anyone else have this or know a fix? I'm guessing it's a hardware problem so I'll have to go through Huawei's exchange procedure which I'm not looking forward to.
Attached is a picture of the problem, although it's not my phone.
I have this issue too, is not a really big deal but is very annoing in a high class phone...
Same here. A bit annoying and largely visible on a white background. I'm starting to think that this phone is not a high class phone other that the price. Too many faults starting to occur...

I got mine if a seller on buisness seller on eBay that does say 1yr seller warrenty. I've emailed them awaiting reply. In the mean time I rang huawei and they won't repair it they said its a Asia device not UK which I'm a bit confused as my device was sealed with a 3 pin uk plug so I presumed it will have UK warrenty. Well I think I'll cut my loses and sell it soon with or without repairing it and go for a device with better warranty support.

Yup i have the same problem with my phone as well. i started noticing them after 2 months of use. I will take my phone to the repair centre and see what the problem may be.
Could you please let us know what they think of it and mostly does the warranty apply here.
I'm going abroad for 2 weeks so I'll get in touch with them when I get back.
Ok. I might take this phone back to the shop where I bought it and let them worry about it. It's a pity because after flashing to lollipop it's so good...

Keep us updated :good:
Got a reply (emailed them yesterday with picture of the white spots) from local Huawei service about the white marks and it seems that they will fix the screen within the warranty. I'll take the phone there tomorrow...but as usual it will take week or so to come back... so fingers crossed
Hi,
I face the same problem on my Mate 7 on end of december (i have it in the begenning of november) send it to repair (4 weeks) it change the phone completly (it also stuck at bootloader).
Two month after this the same problem happen again, I send it again (4 weeks) this time he have change the screen only.
I think the size of the screen (and surely the building quality of this phone) make it really sensitive to light pressure (in a pocket etc...).
I cross fingers to don't have this problem again.
Sold mine couldn't cope with it no more, I couldn't get warranty on it here in the UK as apparently mine was for Asia.
Now I have the huawei p8

I've got mine back from service. They replaced it into new one. Aye...
Surprisingly, although a new phone, same LTE problem, doesn't occur as often as in the old one but still there. Installed lollipop beta and the problem's gone.

What is the difference btw M7 and P8 ?
Not a great deal, bit quicker, much better camera, better build , very slim, nicer screen, 3gb ram standard, I love my p8 its size is nice but if they could just sqeeze in a 5.5" not 5.2 it would be 10/10 from me but instead its a 8/10 as battery isn't too great

Change your logo from S3 to P8
I have mine for a month now, how this doesn't happen!! But looks like its from the pressure inside the pocket
I have just received my XZ dual and all seems to be OK apart from the not so great camera, which I expected.
I have just found that there is a light bleed coming from the phone body, in the bottom right corner, between the display panel and frame. Waterproofing test seems to be working. Also it always stops about half second later after I turn off the screen, which is a bit strange.
I am adding a picture...
Does anyone have similar issue?
No light bleed on mine. Think the camera is fine too.

That's not normal at all, you should get yours replaced asap, this phone is supposed to be completely sealed.

That's what I thought as well. I have never seen such issue on any of my smartphones before. The problem is, I live in Europe and bought mine from HK. Hope the seller will take it back...

If you brought the phone brand new you don't need to sent it back to seller. It has international warranty for 2 years. Sony will fix the issue or replace handset.

Thanks for your advice. The seller has actually contacted me with the return shipping details and I will be returning it to their UK hotspot.
I have decided to get a refund instead of a repair or replacement as I am not really sure I want this phone anymore, at least not now. It's a beauty, but I will wait once all the issues are fixed and then maybe get one.

The phone is great, I really can't find any real negative side of it, people talk **** about it because of the 3gb of ram, but if you want disappointment give a look to samsung or htc's forums
