You will be hard pressed to add this as this feature is hard coded into the system and it is closed sourced. Multi window is not just an APK it is system files and extra drivers that you would have to build for your device. Not to mention China phones (mostly) Come with hacked together unofficial versions of and droid.

I'm running the latest CM10 rom on my Infuse, and want to enable support for a couple of Indian languages.
The necessary fonts are installed, and rendering is not an issue at all. The issue I have is that I can select only Hindi as the second input language (Languge & Input settings -> Android keyboard). How do I add another input lanugage?
Asking as Jelly bean by default supports more Indian languages.

Well, based on some logcats and the help of my friend @Repulsa. I was able to enter the settings of this keyboard, but I wasn't able to make it work at all, it just crashes when you try to write something but you can enter to its settings. It's a little strange.
Well, here's the Samsung International Keyboard from the s5 european dumps.
It let you make some configs
It lets you install and update languages, but sometimes it crashes.
If you can update the default languages, it'll let you install new ones... a kind of weird I guess.
Here's the link, the files are ODEXED but you can deodex and the deodexed result will work on odexed roms, I tell you this because I have the deodexed Note 3 keyboard working on my odex stock rom (yes, the keyboard with f*king awesome emojis enabled)

I tried adding adding <CscFeature_Sip_EnableSymbolInSecondary>en_GB;de;de_DE;fr_FR</CscFeature_Sip_EnableSymbolInSecondary> to others in csc but this didn't work.

Hello. I have a problem with the SC-04G marshmellow the issue 1. "Galaxy japan keyboard that can not be replaced with a global version of" -2. "Settings only for the English language, japan, korea" - 3 "docomo app and software systems that are not useful / very disturbing to me.
My question. 1. How how I enter the global version samsung keyboard and can be used for all languages (permanent) 2. How do I add multiple languages to the system rom SC-04g (permanent) 3. How do I delete / dispel docomo app and system settings ( permanent)
All of the problems was disturbing my mind, so I was looking for a settlement in this forum. thank you
