hi hope this is the right place to post this. But i rooted my rca voyager thru kingroot but it failed i woke up after the next day and it was bootlooping on the charger. I figure this isnt a good sign. Im hoping there is hope for it. I tried doing a hard reset but it didnt work. also i tried looking through guides and forums since i dont no much about this im at a stand still. Also my tablet never been plugged into the computer so it doesnt have drivers on it. and because of boot loop when i plug in the drivers fail due to boot loop. I tried to get abd and fastboot and also sdk manager. Sdk manager im having hard time getting to work on my computer even when i have jre and jdk in stalled. i was wondering if there is really any hope i can get my tablet working. also if theres anything someone can suggest i tried looking at guides but ones i try arnt working. I just want into recovery even if i have to flash one on to get to work. Im assuming there is hope since the kingo root failed. :s any help i really appreciate it thanks

[Q] In the middle of rooting my xoom, help needed!

Ive read almost every thread i possibly could to find an answer and i cant. I was stupid and impulsive and i used one-click to root my wifi xoom, well it worked all the way up until it got stuck at dual core.
I can reboot into fastboot or just reboot using power and volume up but i never get past the dual core screen. Up until yesterday i couldnt figure out how to do anything but now ive got all the files in the right folders and i can flash the boot.img then i get to fastboot reboot. But then when i type adb shell it tells me device not recognized. Ive installed the drivers and the sdk manager but one thing that gets me is that my device is never recognized by AVD.
i tried adb killserver but i dont know exactly what to do after that
All help is extremely appreciated, and after reading for 3 days straight on this board i know that any and all help will most likely solve my problem.
I'm so excited to hear your replies so i can get my xoom up and running again!

[Q] need help with huawei usb driver

hi! i just got a huawei mediapad s-7 931wd "tablet" and in the process of trying to root it. and to be honest, im a super newbie in all of these, in fact i didnt know what rooting was until earlier today. Anyway, I got to a lot of websites giving me instructions on how to do it. To summarize it, i downloaded jdk and microsoft.net and eclipse. i have tried superoneclick and the command prompt thingy method to root my device. unfortunately, it all boilds down to some error and that is cannot connect to device. Now, I have spent hours trying to get the right driver for the USB port but was unsuccessful. i have tried installing hisuite, downloaded several drivers from huawei and other hosting sites but still cant get the right driver. plugging in the tablet thru usb doesnt prompt any autorun to set up the driver.
guys, please help me out, i have like read over 20+ posts thru google on how to root my device and tried to follow them religiously but i always get stuck on "make sure you have the drivers installed" part. I think thats where everything is going wrong. I simply just cant get the right driver with this tablet. right now im on the verge of throwing out this tablet so pleaseeeeeee help.

[q] hard bricket tablet ippo q78

Hello everyone, I bought a brand new IPPO Q78 (Android 4.0.4) via focalprice.com 2 month ago. First day of using it, and by using I mean simply installing a few apps, and after reboot, I got BOOT LOOP problem, so it wasn't able to get to tablets home screen. After lot of reading about similar problems, I was able to successfully unbrick it using (I suggest others with same cheap china tablet that are also soft bricked to use this program, it really was the only one which helped me):
http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f781/android-tablet-wifi-cpu-a10-a13-wipe-rom-easy-zakir-gsm-1656461
Here is my situation now, you can view it:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cU1KYIrvZWI
Before, when it was soft bricked, at least after this android logo came the android animation that looped forever, but my computer was able to recognize and install the drivers for Android ADB device, now it can't, it won't recognize my tablet no matter what, ONLY when I press volume up and connect it to usb port, then it recognizes and installs vid_1f3a_pid_efe8 driver, which also I cannot use with LiveSuite, why? I really don't know, I've tried every possible solution found on forums (mainly here, but elsewhere also).
Whole this situation is a result of me doing the CWM upgrade/install, I'm a newbie, so I cannot tell for sure what was it, I just know it was from xda--developers forum, more accurately this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2189640
after this, poof. I think it is hard bricked, and my question is, is there a way to flash it (btw, tablet is rooted) by only having access through mentioned driver vid_1f3a_pid_efe8 and without LiveSuit, cause I would have to download and try a 100 ROM's before I pin the one that suits my tablet. It's really a tough program to deal with, but if it's the only one, I would gladly format and reinstall my Windows OS as many times I need to to get it working.

[Q] Stick won't connect to PC/ Am I screwed?

Hi all,
I'll try to keep this short, I am new to this and if anyone can help/point me in the right direction to find a solution it would be greatly appreciated.
I bought an mk809iv off of geek buying (I wanted to link the page of the stick I bought, but since I'm new here I can't)
I tried rooting it but jumped in too quickly and now nothing works. It doesn't connect to the PC or television. USB debugging is not checked on the stick.
I tried rooting with an Eazyroot image from an usb stick and got stuck in boot loop, then I found a rom that was said to be working and tried flashing it with RKbatchtool 1.7 and the drivers that came with the pack. The stick connected to my PC, i tried the to flash it, but at the end of the process i got flash failed as a message.
Now the PC doesn't recognize the stick, so even if i can find a rom (stock or otherwise) I can't even try to flash it.
Is it possible that I wiped the stick clean and that's why the PC wont recognize it? I have been reading a lot on fastboot and ADB, and am wondering if I could fastboot the device so i can load a new kernel (?) onto it so it would finally communicate to the PC.
Am I wasting my time with this? Is there anyway to get the stick to work again? I'll keep reading but if anyone can help or tell me where or what to look for to learn what I need to do to get it to work, it would be really appreciated.
Thanks!
* Edit: After reading some more, I seem to have hard bricked my stick... So just in case, is there anything to do or should i just throw it out?

Need help to fix boot loop

Hello, first post on this forum, so yeah ^^ I am also kinda new to this. I have a gs3 which is rooted and all, but that is old, and methods has changed...
So i tried to root my shield tablet and it got stuck in a boot loop. I can not get it into the bootloader using adb tools, or fastboot, or atleast i knot know how to. I have ran the: adb reboot bootloader, without success. I have also tried the: adb devices command and i dont see my device there. I have installed mini adb drivers.
This happend when using this tool(windroid): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2499926
So im thinking that if there is a way to get out of this, that would be great. I really hope i have not bricked it... all i wanted to to was to get root so that i could connect a ps3 controller... :/
I tried to use the windroid program but the recovery did not install. so i did it manually following this tut http://forum.xda-developers.com/shi...t-root-nvidia-shield-tablet-lollipop-t2972316
im am not complaining or anything, purly looking for help.
So, after trying i got it up and running. i did not flash any supersu.zip files, just installed it from the market. wen it asked me to reboot the device ended up like this. I am aware of the disclaimers and stuff. If i go to device manager on my computer i can se: SHIELD Tablet, with a yellow triangle. I also searched youtube and this forum to look for posts, but found none that could help.
