MODS please delete this thread ..I can't find the DELETE THREAD button.. (REASON : i tried another 6.0 and didn't resolve my problems)
Guys, please help ...as much as I googled I couldn't find a Guide THAT WILL WORK for how to transform a Samsung ''xxxx-HOME.tar.md5'' single 3,6Gb file in a 4-part firmware.. (BL,AP,CP,CSC)
I want to try this 6.0.1 http://samfirm.net/threads/galaxy-s6-edge-sm-g928s-android-6-0-1-g928sksu2bpag-02-24-2016.51/ with Odin ... but like any other ''HOME.tar.md5'' I tried, it fails at flashing (no matter if I try to flash via BL or AP or or CP or CSC button).
I would appreciate any help..

Sorry for delayed reply.
To obtain pit file, you should extract it from your partition table using terminal. However, because you have soft bricked your phone you should use pit file that already exist.
The link below is two files of pit file that you can use with the firmware.
https://mega.co.nz/#F!Q0FTiR5L!E63T9o3mSYizndckgL1o7Q
Version described:
eur = European pit, 32GB
hktw = HK pit, 16GB
Obtain only the pit file that match your model phone. Flash it with firmware from your region to prevent IMEI loss.
still failed
:crying: still failed
i put 32 pit file u provided after flashing failed then
in download mode this was written. Volume size is too big 10 2400 < 409600
Odin invalid ext4 image
may be note 3 is hard brick

No,
Try 16GB one. Might be the pit file you chosen is too big.
it didnt work.
Actually my note 3 is 32 gb but u said i used 16 gb pit file but it fails without completing
and i found article which was saying if ur flashing failed while saying hidden then pull battery off boat in download flash cwm recovery then when phone vibrates directly push
volume up and home button and boat into recovery and dont touch anything just reboot system now the phone will ask for installing missing file and it will boot but i tried
And successfully flashed recovery but couldnt boot into recovery may be i flashed a wrong recovery will you please give me link of cwm recovery for note 3 lte sm-n9005 thanks for helping me

I want to flash the other firmware because in the current firmware there are ennoying apps and banners . Nvm. Odin fails at the the hidden.img and i dont know what to do. I also really read every thread where this or a similar problem was mentioned but i could not find a solution... Please help me I want to flash that firmware providerless firmware on my S6.

Hey there,
Download the latest version of Odin (3.10), that should fix the flashing issues you're having.
Best of luck

Did you come right?
You can use smart switch PC to recover the firmware.
i flashed a kernel to root my device following a video guide on youtube and having wifi issues and many others (kinda stops while using the phone and continues)
(takes long time to turn on wifi and then connects but always forgets passwords)
pls help

Use this one. I recently flashed it myself.
Please help me and excuse my poor english I'm a French guy. Thanks in advance :
I just bought an official new sm-g930f with a Knox set to 0x000 and I want to keep it that way.
The problem is that my phone came with a lot of swisscom bloatwares and apps, since booting up the phone the swisscom logo starts, and I find that very annoying and maybe battery draining with all of the swisscom apps. I want to remove all of that without rooting my phone.
I read different threads about downloading firmware and flash with Odin. Csc changing BTU ZEF. I didn't really understand and I'm afraid of rooting my phone.
My oreo o.s is g930fxxu2ere8.
Please help me. Thank you all
Flashing with Odin won't root your phone or trigger knox, you'd have to specifically flash a custom package to do that, which is hard to accidentally do.
Here's a guide for flashing with Odin: https://updato.com/how-to/how-to-install-an-official-samsung-stock-firmware-using-odin
Using the same site you can download the unbranded firmware and flash it, flashing home_csc will keep your data but may not get rid of all the bloat, flashing CSC triggers a factory wipe but should clean your bloat.
Thank you for replying I'm currently downloading a firmware that belongs to another country using SamFirm, my question now is :
How to flash the CSC (not home_csc) to get rid of bloatwares ? Does it come with the firmware from Sam mobile ? Thank you
Update
Update of what I did ; for the ones who may face the same problem : Please excuse my English ^_^
I used SamFirm to download a UK country of the Oreo O.S (Named: G930FXXU2ERD6) I installed Odin 3.13.1 on my i5 laptop and select every file of the downloaded firmware in the dedicated cases (I used Home_Csc file, instead of Csc file *this one marked failed in Odin for me anywa*), then hit start
Once Odin finishes the process you will be asked to enter your phone secured pin code. Enter it then you will be asked to Reset the phone. Then it will boot it normally. For me I did hard reset and wipe cache it after the reset.
Things are working the way I want right now and OTA updates are also working. No bloatware or swisscom animation during boot.
Thank you all have a great day.
HI, How are you all doing?
I had my phone rooted and then phone started freezing, after several flashes from single file by internet, the problem still persists even after battery replacement. And phone shows being rooted even after un-rooting verified by rootcheck.
I thought may be if I get all CP BL AP CSC stock firmware files and flash via odin the problem might be resolved.
Please help me if you can. I think it's lates Android Noughat 7.
Thanks a lot in advance.
