I cannot say with for sure with statistics but I feel the same
I think that you only have to do a wipe data to avoid this issues..
I did it 2 days ago and now 0 problems

Do I have a battery issue ? I'm running stock. I almost did not use my nexus 5 for 3 hours (5min call, a few text and internet browsing) and already lost 30%. I just purchased my phone three days ago so it may be a battery defect
I tried stock + franco, paranoid + franco, but I could not get through 8 hours with a quite low use of the phone.
Install better battery stats.

it could be your poor reception.. try switching to 3g and see how that works
I just got 4g today and it was the same with my old 3G simcard..
Prefect combination, running for over 14hrs and 22% remaining. Validus ROM 5.0 + ElementalX kernel (latest). ROM is super stable, smooth and loaded with goodies!.

Well everything is a guess without bbs
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
I don't want to root it but basically bbs is saying i'm loosing 8% per hour, and I almost did not use my phone today.
Bam dmux is network related. Maybe you've some syncing going on.
What are the other screens showing?
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
Did you recently reset? At first it needs to sync a lot of your Google data. Honestly the numbers don't seem that far off what you'd expect without basic battery adjustments. 30+mins of Play Store, 10+min of voice calls and fairly low signal data usage throughout. Auto brightness is on?

Just see to it that bluetooth, sync, gps, nfc and wifi scanning in background is turned off when not required
You can optionally check restrict background data to save battery further more

Hi guys, today I decided to check something on the battery usage screen and noticed that it shows that pretty much all usage goes to Android OS and no apps show there, I have updated to 4.4.3 using a dirty flash of a zip file, but I really have no idea when this started, sure it was working fine before update, any ideas?

Usually it rectifies itself after a full charge cycle.

I've had 1+1 for a couple of weeks now. In that time I've had two reboots. In both cases I was using tapatalk. Has anyone else had the same? My previous (HTC) One never rebooted by itself so one reboot per week is too much.
R38, ART, not rooted
I'm a heavy Tapatalk user and I've never had it cause a reboot on my OPO (in the three months I've had it).

It may be pure coincidence. So far I've had three reboots. In two cases I was using tapatalk and in one case phone was just charging. There is no pattern. I guess I have to root and check the last_kmsg.
idea 1:
at least one installed app is not fully art compatible and this is causing the reboots
idea 2:
any custom kernel or system mod installed? try if reverting fixes the problem

Hey all,
I reflashed my oneplus one today with the factory image of 44s. I Did a full wipe with twrp recovery and now everything is back to stock 44s. The only question i have now, is about my battery.
The battery doesnt charge after 96%. I did a full charge overnight but it keeps at 96%. I did the flash at about 20%, i let it drain a fully recharge turned off.
Now i have 4H and 30m on battery, and 36m screen on time and it dropped from 96% to 84% (i installed three apps at 96% and had full brightness for about 1 min). Now my question is, is this any good? or did my flash go wrong?

You're right.. 44S is very buggy for battery stats and other performance..
So full wipe and flash 43 or older version

Plus, I haven't found 44R to be buggy at all on either of the OnePlus Ones that I own. Neither have countless other people, it must be something with your setup.

You're wrong. Go to OnePlus Official Forum and see that some users got problem on this release.
At the moment, only for Italian division, there are 2 topic or 3 each 2-3 hour for the 44R or S!

Lol. A few people having problems doesn't translate to there being something wrong with the release, that isn't how it works at all. If there was truly something wrong with the release we'd see countless people complaining about it here. The fact is, 99% of the time, it's user error to blame.

Thanks! will try that out
So I cleared my cache the other day. I have pretty bad service at home and normally overnight i see my phone drop at least by 40% battery. Well last night it only dropped by 15%. In fact yesterday i made it 24 hours using only 50% battery.
Just coincidence ? Or real ?
Nope it's real gave me 10 hours more of battery

That's what happened to me also. On the first few days I was dropping battery like crazy at home. Now at home I'm on wifi but my 4G signal is crap upstairs, and in the basement I'm constantly flipping between 3G and 1X. Normally I don't care because wifi for data and I use gVoice for calls here, but it did seem related to battery drain. Clearing the cache (and in my case also a factory reset), combined with turning on Advanced Calling seemed to do the trick. Now it's much more reasonable.
this is a known workaround that works on most S6s...it didn't work on my original but it did on my replacement. See the battery life thread...
Are you clearing a specific app's cache or what are you doing?

Device cache thru recovery or flashfire. Even though the OP doesn't appear to know this, he had high cell standby drain.

Always in the top 3, but my battery life isn't horrible. I was having worse luck with the google play services. I just wanted to know for future reference. Thank you.

How are you wiping the cache through stock recovery? I don't have that option on my recovery screen..

Um....it's there. Towards the bottom of the list. I'd look to see exactly but I'm testing battery life and don't want to go into recovery.
It's there. Saw it yesterday.
