Wife's G4 Play store FCing - AT&T LG G4

My wife's G4 recently updated to Marshmallow and now when trying to access the Google Play Store, she is receiving an FC. I've attempted clearing data and force closing as well as upgrading to a new version. Problem still persists. She actually receives the error ever few minutes when not opening the Play Store.
Any help?

recent maps update (7.6.0) breaks Now ? [SOLVED]

Hi all,
the recent update to Maps (7.6.0) has broken Google Now, for me.
When I swipe to the Now screen and refresh it, I always get a message saying "Unfortunately maps has stopped."
Have uninstalled the update through Play Store, it's on 7.4.0 now, the error in Now has disappeared.
Any one else seeing this ???
Update :
Play Store is now offering Maps 7.6.1 which has solved the issue for me.

I have the exact same issue and I get the error on both my Nexus 4 and Nexus 10. However, there's no error on my wife's Nexus 4 and also when I switch to her account on N10.
Unfortunately Maps has stopped
I am also experiencing the same thing on my Nexus 5. I think the problem started after updating to the latest Google search app.
Yep, same except problem for me. Was on Purity decided to go back to Stock and confirmed the problem still exists.
As my experiencing, Maps (7.6.0) has broken in each minutes on both Galaxy Nexus and Samsung Note3. No error after uninstalled the map(7.6.0).
I've updated to maps 7.6.1, issue is resolved.

[Q] [DF-DFERH-01] ERROR Help

So I just switched over to T-mobile yesterday from AT&T, and everything was working fine until I went to the Play Store and was going through my installed apps section. Everything disappeared and I received this message on the screen, "Error while retrieving information from server [DF-DFERH-01]"
Does anyone know why I received this, it's my first time receiving that message, and how can I fix this issue?
Clear the play store data.
The play store uses your carrier to know which apps to display. It probably bugged out when you switched carriers.

[Q] Google Play Store 920 Error

Just got a Nexus 5 phone, now I'm trying to download all 50 of my apps simultaneously over my wifi connection. After my phone downloaded about five apps I got a 920 error. I tried clearing data/cache for the Google Play Store app. That didn't work. Next I tried clearing the Google Framework data/cache. After that the Play Store was unable to connect to the internet via wifi or cellular 4G LTE so I did a factory reset on my phone. Now I can't download any of my apps at all. I'm still getting a 920 error. Is there a bug in the Play Store app that prevents large batches of app downloads? How do I fix this? Help please!
It appears that if you download enough apps at the same time to make the Play Store app crash (it doesn't take much) then Google will temporarily block you from downloading any apps from the app store, apparently because downloading large amounts of apps in a short time is suspicious activity. The first time I started getting the 920 error, the Play Store started working for me after about 20 minutes. I tried to download my apps again. After a few app downloads I started getting the 920 error again. Very frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this pattern? Does anyone have a solution to this? I'm sure I'm not the only Android user that has accumulated a massive collection of apps over time. Especially considering I've been using Android since the beginning of time (former Nexus One user).

[Q] Google play services contant crashing

Hi Everyone, have an infuriating problem. A few weeks ago woke up to find Google play services constantly crashing. I mean like every 2 seconds crashing with a notification. I took me for ever to navigate to settings and roll back play services and play store to factory to get it to stop. Later i tired updating to see if was a fluke and same problem. now I'm stuck on the older play services which sucks cause i cant update any Google stuff cause it says i need the latest and just got my invite to Inbox and cant even use it. Has anyone dealt with this? I've cleared the cache for play services and play store but doesn't help either. Would really appreciate any help.
Thanks

Try a different GApps. I've solved that exact problem with Slim GApps beta.
OK. Though I'm running stock. Never had installed gapps to begin with

Anyone else? This is driving me nuts!

Unable to fix "Google play services has stopped"

Recently I have started getting an error saying Google Play Services has stopped, I have tried clearing the cache of both play services and the play store with no luck.
I have also tried clearing data, rolling back to the previous version & even as a last resort I did factory reset. Nothing seems to be working, now I'm thinking it may be related to another app?
Model: 6+ PE-TL10
Build PE-TL10V100R001C900B141
Play services: 7.5.71(1955121-038)
Play Store:5.5.1.2
Anyone else had this problem? or have any other possible solutions? it's happening every few mins now

Try deleting hosts file from system/etc and fixing it with ad away after that.

thanks for the reply. just had a look at that file. Need root to delete though, maybe thats something to look at next..
Hey,
Did you manage to get this fixed? I've got the same versions as you and I'm having the same issue, its gradually getting worse. Message has gone from being occasional to once every few seconds. It's driving me nuts. :silly:
I've tried the normal tips suggested for other phones (wipe cache, un-install updates, shout at it).
Currently looking at one of the update files from needrom incase its an issue with 4.4.2. Failing that will try rooting and failing that i guess its a factory reset and fingers crossed unless anyone has a brain wave.
I assumed it was Play Services itself, which you can't delete to roll back (and test) but it seems to be an app, which I'd uninstall if I knew which one.
I saw someone else with a 6+ at an event recently who had the exact same version of Google Play services and he's not had the problem once. I get it all the time.
Honor is aware of it, although it's been a few weeks now.
I just went thru same problem, different device, but i went thru two hours of hell, until i finally figured it out..... Similarly i went thru same problem last week on my rooted Lenovo ideapad... And today i couldn't remember what the f¥¢k i did to fix it! Finally, with the error "unfortunately the process gapps has stopped" every two seconds and constant notification about Google play service needing update.... But damn device freezing cause button needs hit ok.... Finally i went and managed to between error message ; get into settings - application mgr - all - Google play services.... Clear cache data manage data force stop.... Them Playstore wipe cache +data, uninstall update....
Then back to main settings page, accounts - Google - uninstall all accts. Reboot....
Then i tried (soon as booted) to go play but it was stuck on weird error - no service (?? Was on wifi - wtf??) so Google search and said i need update and that took me to Google account set up... Reinstall account and you get the Google accept play messages and backup /restore checkbox.... After that all was good to go.... Yeehaw!! * Yipee!!!
Sure that there is probably a beer way to do it but i was cussing up a storm and ready to smash it into the wall! Thankfully i was patient and figured out a solution
I had the same problem twice, and i solve it by :
Uninstall the update of play service in app manager. (Clear cache mayby)
Reboot.
Let playstore reinstall the update.
That's all.
No need to delete Google acount.

I experienced same issue on my Honor 6 plus and it drove me mad. 100 times per day the same message popped up in different situations but I could not see any correlation between the appearance of the message and any specific activity on the phone. I only noticed that the message appeared more often when I used any map application like Google Maps or Nokia Here. I tried to fix it with all above mentioned solutions, deactivated most of the Play apps, cleared the app cash of play services and all GApps, cleared the system cash from stock recovery and nothing helped for more than 10 min. Finally I deactivated Google Now (via Google Settings) and suddenly the popping up of this message stopped. No single error message re-appeared since that (48 hours ago). So in my case the issue seems to be solved for now and finally I'm fully happy with the phone.
