Hello,
I have an H60-L12 with EMUI 3.1 which was receiving OTA updates till 6.1.1 without any problem.
Whenever I was getting an OTA update I was restoring the stock recovery, un-rooting, updating, installing custom recovery and rooting again. Business as usual.
Since that update I have not received any other OTA update. If I go to the Updater app it does not find any.
I have even restored stock recovery and un-rooted now, just to see if that was blocking the notifications, but no luck.
How can I troubleshoot that? Is there any log file anywhere that I can look?

Same thing happened to me on the L02 version and i need to check for updates through VPN connected to Singapore. For example i use tapvpn and i downloaded the developer editions from 16.1 and 1.2 You can try...

I own a Nexus 5 and it has not been Rooted or Unlocked (bootloader) but now when I check for the official Lollipop 5.0 OTA update it doesn't show up. The notification was there for about a month but i didn't wanted to download to avoid early bugs. Now when i check it doesn't show any update ? stuck on 4.4.4 for now. Is the roll out on Hold ? Can anyone help me out here.

Wait or flash it by yourself.
Looking for the Official Update via OTA. Flashing will require me to Unlock the Bootloader and loose all data

I know. But nobody can tell you for how much time you will have to look for OTA. I also read somewhere, that all units probably wouldn't get 5.0.1 and will go straight to 5.1.
So it's your choose. It's not such a big deal to copy data to PC and vice versa.

Thanks Pal, I shall then wait for Android 5.1 As KitKat 4.4.4 is stable enough to use.

Flashing an OTA manually doesn't require unlocking of bootloader or losing data. Follow Section A from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/general/info-nexus-5-ota-help-desk-t2523217 - you just need the zipped update and ADB on your PC.
This zip will go from KTU84P to LRX21O (aka 5.0): http://android.clients.google.com/p...ed-hammerhead-LRX21O-from-KTU84P.c1a33561.zip
You could then see if you get prompted to update to 5.0.1. If not, then flash this to go from LRX21O to LRX22C: http://android.clients.google.com/p...ed-hammerhead-LRX22C-from-LRX21O.785a2f7a.zip
It's interesting that you're not being given that option in 4.4.4 though... have Google stopped pushing the Lollipop updates altogether?

My girlfriend has a Mate 7 L09. I have noticed that it has been "stuck" on KITKAT 4.4.2 since the very beginning. Checking for OTA just gives the answer that there are no new available. However this device should be able to upgrade to 6.0. I was wondering why OTA's don't work and deceided to ask you. Do you have any ideas?
Have you tried to check the update availability through Hicare application? To me this was the only way to update the phone.

i'm going straight to the problem, i used to have my Huawei GR3 rooted but i decided that i wanted to receive official updates so i could try a specific app that starts with P and ends in GO, thing is, after i flashed my phone with the stock rom from the huawei official website my phone doesn't say it can't receive updates because the phone was modified anymore but won't receive them either, i'm stuck on TAG-L21C328B126, tried using the huawei firmware search app to download the most recent version of the TAG-L21C328 but when i try to update my phone with the most recent updates, the phone always gets a error saying that the package can't find the fingerprints and asks for L21C328B127 or L21C328B128.
Is there a way i can fix this ?

PS: Is there a way to update the stock rom update.zip with the small ota updates manually on your computer ? i contacted huawei help center on my country, all they told me was that TAG-L21C440B139 is the last ota for my phone, and since i can't update via android, i was thinking if i could grab the stock rom and just update it with all the otas till it reach TAG-L21C440B139 on my computer.

I tried to do so using dload method but I got error at 5% "software update has failed"

I've got a problem with an app on my phone named WP6 that controls my home alarm and it has not been sending push notifications to my Honor 6x
I am hoping that updating to firmware B367 may fix the problem. I have already tried factory reset and the WP6 app is still not getting the push notifications.

I had a similar problem with a new phone bought for my mother and resolved it by installing HiSuite on my PC. Then using HiSuite the phone detected a new version and installed it.
After that first update, disconnected the phone from the PC and the phone was able to detect more updates by itself.

If the phone of your mother was initally stuck to ELE-L09 9.10.260(C431E4), could you please tell me what is the last version she got with the updates?

After applying only one update with HiSuite by clicking the System Update button, I don't remember the version but it was another 9.x release, I was able to update the phone without issues using the phone over Wifi up to latest 10.1.0.191(C431E27R2P5).
Why didn't my Honor 8A update emui 10? Always stuck in emui 9.1.0
