Plug ur phone & make sure the tool detects the phone then flash twrp
Unplug ur phone phone then from recovery clean the rom & make sure data partition is f2fs
Reboot into bootloader then plug ur phone and flasb the stock rom using fastboot

I recently fixed a Moto G 2014 by unlocking the bootloader and flashing a stock android ROM onto it. I assumed I could do this to the Moto G 2015 but ADB is telling me that it cant because 'Allow OEM Unlock' is not checked off in Developer Options. Is there any way that I can turn it on even though I cannot access the settings?
