I am attempting to fix a Moto G 2015 that belongs to a friend of mine. He told me that he attempted to root the phone, it got to 20% and it shut down. when he turned it on in fastboot mode it wouldn't let him do anything. I recently fixed a Moto G 2014 by unlocking the bootloader and flashing a stock android ROM onto it. I assumed I could do this to the Moto G 2015 but ADB is telling me that it cant because 'Allow OEM Unlock' is not checked off in Developer Options. Is there any way that I can turn it on even though I cannot access the settings?

Hello,
There is no option as such. You need settings to turn on Allow oem unlock option. Can you access fastboot?
I dont think you need oem unlock option. You may visit here All in One guide on Moto G 2015 and read the entire thread thoroughly.

i have rooted my Moto G and unlocked and then flashed for TWRP.
but TWRP not completed in the night and battery got drained and in the morning when i switch on phone it got stuck at android starting apps.

You have to flash a ROM, but first unlock your bootloader, install the driver from Motorola site, after see the istruction https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/standalone/bootloader/unlock-your-device-a , after install a recovery like twrp and flash a ROM like Cm13. hey guys.
so recently i installed an app called "kingroot" which helps enhance performance by rooting. Today my device ran out of battery and when i connected it to a charger, bootloader screen automatically appears and shows: 'boot-up failed'. I have not installed any custom ROM and the device was running stock ROM (6.0).
To be honest, I am not a developer and have no clue about this. all options shown in bootloader lead to a dead end. The battery won't charge and connecting it to my pc wasn't helpful either. All I want to do is run my stock rom, which doesn't seem to be happening.
Device: Moto G 2014 (dual sim)(India)

I threw that phone into trash can.
I totally messed my moto g4 plus I have tried to load marshmallow without unlocking bootloader. Everything was fine and after turning on mobile the wifi is not connecting and I am unable to anything from outside.I am stuck up at unlocking bootloader as i forgot to turn on the oem setting in developer options . Pls help me

Hello,
There is no way to turn on oem unlock without turning on the device.
However you may restore back to the latest stock firmware. Please read about it here

My moto maxx is booting till the stitching animation and just keeps repeating that animation and doesn’t go further.
I tried to reflash the software but keep getting preflash validification error no matter which region I try to flash
