please help, need video and pic recovery - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S6

Long story short, i dropped my phone, screen cracked but still worked, a month later screen went totally black, got screen replaced but returned to factory settings.
I have had this phone for the past year and have hundreds of photos and videos of my newborn son that i think i have lost forever.
Is there anyway to recovery this data? I honestly am like a 6 year old when it comes to this, so take it easy on me please.
the phone is a Verizon galaxy S6 with 5.1.1
Ive tried to root the phone with kingo root(admittedly not knowing what the heck im doing) but have learned they can not root 5.1.1
I am desperate, i just want these videos and photos i could care less if the phone is worthless afterwards..
let me know if you need any more info
thank you very much in advance!

If it returned to factory settings then no you cant unless you had google photos backup on which you should since its free.
Check the google photos app and see if you had it on maybe without realizing it. It'll have backed up all your photos to the cloud

[Q] Returning phone for warranty, how to unroot with no working screen?

My LG G2 stopped working last week. The screen totally went dead out of nowhere, and I went to the store and ordered a replacement. I have the new phone so everything is good, but how do I go about returning the old one? I rooted it like 2 weeks ago, how can I unroot without a working screen? The phone won't even connect as a usb device to my computer anymore (and I can't change the settings cause of the screen..).
Will verizon know it is rooted even if the screen doesn't work? I don't want to get shafted with a $500 charge just for rooting. I'm sure this has to have happened to people before so if anyone has any info I'd appreciate it.

Throw it in download mode and get the KDZ or whatever it's called for your device. it'll install a completely stock ROM on your device.
the last time i had to return a phone for non-functionality after i'd gained administrator access, they didn't even look at the phone before they gave me a replacement. that's what my money's on here, too, especially with a broken screen and no usb function. they probably won't even attempt to repair it, it's just not worth it. they'll try to recover the precious metals from it and be done.
no promises of course, but that's my guess.

Samsung Reactivation lock HELP!!!

So, long story short, I just got off the phone with Samsung and Verizon and basically I'm looking at a turn around time of 3 weeks to have my phone sent to Samsung because some how my samsung account got unlinked with my phone. I went to do a factory reset today, not knowing this had happened, and now I'm completely locked out of my phone. The reactivation lock is preventing me from doing anything because my account and my phone aren't linked anymore. If anyone has any sort of workaround or knowledge of the verizon store being able to give me a loaner phone or whatever it would be greatly appreciated. I'm panicking pretty hard at the moment. I can't be without a phone for that long.
I have the same problem, I'm going to try to flash stock kitkat and use one of the working methods form there. Samsung's method is beyond flawed, they somehow don't seem to have the capacity to take care of this issue remotely and my phone is way out of warranty so no way am I paying them anything to fix this.

Flashing Phone screen unlock

I Broke my phones LCD and digitizer after about 2 months of having it. I had valuable pictures that sadly didn't get backed up by google photos for some reason. I know its possible to flash the phone unlocked because I had done it to my galaxy s4 a couple times without realizing it.
My question is what do I need to flash my G930T?
This is not possible for this phone, though for some older phones it is possible. But not for this phone.

Can someone tell me what happened? (tried bypass frp and it worked) J330-FN

Okey guys, im really confused.
A while ago I bought a batch of 11 samsung phones on an auction. Those were models Galaxy J3 and J5.
Next day i discovered that 4 of them had FRP lock. Action company said it was my own risk. Samsung said, you can walk into one of our service centers with proof of purchase, but it will cost you money. Since the phones were bought at about 30 euro's each, and the unlocking probably costs way more than that, it was no option.
So I tried to fix it myself. But it didn't work. I ended up with a couple of viruses on my computer, for trying to download tools from shady links.
So this morning I went to have another go at it. Again no luck. Booted into recovery, wiped everything (got the error messages) and then i was sick of it and literally threw the phone away.
Then this evening, I found this video on youtube and thought, maybe this wil also work on my phone.
https://frpbypass.net/unlock-frp-samsung-j3-pro-android-9-pie-sm-j330-frp-bypass-free/
So i inserted my sim with pin, took it back out and then i accidently pressed the powerbutton, so i could not even try to get into settings.
But then, when i turned the screen back on, i could through the normal installation, without entering the previous gmail account.
Im glad that i now have a fully funtioning phone, but just... HOW?
I'd like to hear if anyone knows something.

Lawn chair caused factory reset - Recovery options?

Heya folks,
Just thought of sharing some funny story and also get a quick advice.
Today, i squeeze my samsung s9+ into the lawn chair cup holder. Whilst, doing that it actually brought android into the bootloader mode. tsk tsk.. smh.
When i took out the phone, it actually moves to factory reset mode, and acknowledge.
Long and behold... i watch my phone reboot, and next screen says erasing...
I was panic and naturally was wanting to remove cover to remove battery... but shucks!!! its samsung.
Now, that's my story...
I'm here to seek any advice anyone have. What is the best way to recover photos that is on the internal memory?
I just need to recover last 4 months of photos. I am willing to try anything. I have not install much app in the phone yet either.
It is a samsung s9+, with android v2.5 One UI.
Should i root it, and use some desktop software to recover?
is there any app on the phone to recover the internal memory?
Hope to hear from everyone!

Well thats an amusing situation if ive heard one XD
Yep your device booted to recovery after the key combination was held.
Try using EaseUS MobiSaver app.
Or
Look if google had backed up anything just in case.
Also you might not recovery depending on how long ago you reset. The faster you restore the better. As the data can get overwritten after some time.
P.S if ya removed ya battery even if it was samsung, you would have broken your phone as the data would be half erased.
If you do recovery anything all file structure has been completely lost. You can search by file type but that's all. Jpeg are disassociated from there Exif data, no pic number (randomly generated numbers), no time stamp, nothing just the jpeg.
Hundreds of them in a juxtaposed mess.
That's best case scenario, if not already overwritten and if you can access internal memory to retrieve the data.
It's not a pretty picture.
Use the Samsung launcher, it's fast, very stable and uses little battery.
A 3rd party launcher boot looped my Note 10+ twice, back to back over a year ago. 3rd party launchers are one of the best ways to crash a stock Samsung Android OS... normally that's extremely hard to do.
