UPDATED v2.2.3
------------Changelog--------------
-Some bugfixes.
-Improved CPU and RAM Algorithm.
-New icon.
-Added "donate" button to menu.
-CPU Core Algorithm changed.
HAPPY NEW YEARS !!
im always interested in new battery savers but I have some problems..
First killing an app, destroys processes which we dont want as we want to keep ram flowing so we have less battery consumption upon process startup
I recommend you to use only task killers on android 4.0.2 or below or any device that has ram 1gb or lower(you can put it on description)
And for LP and up its better to hibernate apps than killing it due to doze and art changes

You are right but it kills activites for clean RAM. i will change the algorithm. it will kill all acitvies at lock screen. Activities spend very CPU power (Facebook app etc.). I can't hibernate apps on a unrooted/stock device so i am killing acitivities for more energy. I recommend don't open powersave mode if you doing a task on your phone. If your phone rooted, it closes some CPU cores and changes governor values (up_threshold etc.) for minimum performance (it decreases CPU Frequence) and maximum battery saving.
Poorly written apps spend battery but not all apps.. Facebook and messenger while on bg even though the app itself was closed is due to its wait time for syncing messages.. Though written poorly its essential for everyone.. Might as well just lessen the alarm_manager which sync everything to save battery life or limit the gcm_reconnect alarm itself to keep the bg processes for apps with gcm at bay.
Overall, no task killers.. You will only use task killers if you want to go nuclear and you will be leaving your phone about 12 hrs a day in idle.. But if your a regular user.. Its a big NO

I changed a little part of the algorithm. It will hibernate chrome , facebook , messenger and whatsapp. (nearly greenify's feature.) It turns off sync in the last version for battery and data saving. I minimized app killing because app killing sometimes helpful for CPU proccess saving.
If you want help me. We can develop a new battery saving algorithm.
Updated v2.2.6
-CPU Algorithm stabilized.
-RAM Algorithm improved. (Very good than older versions)
-PowerSave mode improved. (Only 3 MB on background)
-Some bugfixes.
Bug: Runs very slow on Touchwiz.
(I will fix it next version)
Updated
New version (v2.4.2)
-Added smart mobile data saving.
-Fixes and improvements for stability.

What is SMDS ?
Q: WHAT IS SMART MOBILE DATA SAVING ?
A: SMDS (Smart Mobile Data Saving) is designed for reducing mobile data usage and battery usage. If you are using mobile data, AndroEnergy tracks the screen status (is locked or unlocked) and changes mobile data status (enable or disable). If your screen lock is locked, AndroEnergy turns mobile data off, or your screen is unlocked AndroEnergy turns mobile data on. You can open this feature in app.

Suggestion:
Display the percent remaining as well as an estimated time left on the widget
Questions:
Could you go into more detail about the task manager...Does the task manager function similar to autokiller which allows the user to set thresholds as to when the memory manager starts cleaning up various apps.
What is battery calibration?
Will any conflicts occur if you are using other battery tweak programs such as collin_ph's battery tweak for example

I'm gonna call BS on that. It *might* be able to increase battery by a small amount (unlikely, as the very act of monitoring the battery so closely WILL drain more power), but 14+ hours? Absolute BS.
Yeah stuff like this dont do magic lol.

First thanks for your suggestion.
As for your question:
1. Smart Task Manager: Save more battery by smartly killing idle processes running in the background (Based on Memory Booster - Android RAM Optimizer).
2.A battery calibration means ‘Give your Android a full charge, then let the battery run out. Then recharge it to full'. A complete cycle is counted as a calibration. This is goog for your battery and maximum battery life
3. I don't use battery tweek, so I am not sure. But I will test about this question and post later
Probably need to see some stats. I've tried lots of battery optimisers (ultimate juice etc) and in the end I've removed them all as I get best battery life by doing the standard stuff like turning screen brightness down, setting wifi to turn off after 15 mins inactivity and running an undervolted kernel. I'd love to be proved wrong, but I'm sceptical.

Storage Usage:
● With space at a premium on your phone, it’s good to know what’s on it so you can free up space for the things you really want.
● We all have apps we no longer use or run in the background without us necessarily knowing, so if your device freezes up often, easily delete the ones you don’t want to help get things running smoothly and potentially speed it up.
● Storage Usage Monitor: find out how much internal memory and SD card space you’re already using and how much is left, with a list of all the apps and utilities that are on your phone and how much space they use. Simply delete the ones that you don’t want any more to make room for the things you do. You can also move apps from the internal memory to the SD card.

This app is for those who needs to improve poor battery life.
Android devices are designed to work all the time, even when you do not use them ! Hibernation Manager helps you to save battery when you do not use your device. When the screen goes off it hibernates your processor (CPU), settings and even applications to save your battery power.

CPU hibernation
CPU hibernation automatically sets CPU (processor) to the lowest possible frequency which ensures huge battery savings.
CPU “The brain of your device” constantly computes many demanding tasks. For example: updating widgets, checking for software updates etc. This computing power drains a lot of battery and is used when you do not need it. That is why CPU frequency needs to be lowered when the screen is OFF.
Settings hibernation
Choose which settings will be automatically disabled (hibernated) when your screen is OFF and enabled when your screen is ON.
If you hate frequently changing your settings or you just want to save more battery this option is suitable for you. It is better to have enabled hibernation for all settings, because this mode will automatically hibernate only currently active settings.
You can apply settings hibernation to: wifi, mobile data (APN), bluetooth (BT).
Applications hibernation
Choose which battery draining apps will be disabled (hibernated) when the screen is OFF.
Each of these shown apps. are constantly performing some battery draining task in background. For example: social app. updates your status and checks for the new messages. If you hibernate this app. it stops all tasks running in background (services) which causes extreme battery savings.

And you can not receive notification from those app when screen off ?
Most kernels deepsleep at 200Mhz and so battery drain is extremely low without any need for an app, so its a bit like false advertising as the device already does this. If the screen is off, by default the cpu drops to 200Mhz.
Switching cellular and wifi and gps off is okay as is hybernating apps.
But i think youre going to find it hard to compete with Greenify, which i use for apps.

Thanks for the info. I also asked earlier how different this app is vs Greenify. Is there a way to check at what speed my CPU stays when in deep sleep?

One way is to install BetterBatteryStats from here
You should then leave the screen off and leave the device alone for a decent period
Then, if you look at the CPU info, (click Other, then CPU States) you *should* see that it is spending most of its time at deepsleep (effectively stopped) and less than 200Mhz....
If your highest CPU usage is above deepsleep and the screen has been off, you need to find the app keeping it awake, click Other, then Kernel Wakelock or Other, Partial Wakleock. Biggest wakelock hogs are social media crap like Facebook, WhatsApp etc.

All these booster/cleaner apps are useless, especially on the rooted android devices. These apps just slow down the phone. By cleaning RAM memory you don't achieve anything because cleaned apps just restarts again.
The truth is that this kind of applications aims to make money by using methods like in-app purchases or selling a privacy information to the third parties.
Then there's these false positive alarms. A user cleans the "virus" and thinks he is safe again. This causes a placebo effect...
However, it seems that this is a very feature-rich application so I hope it's not a totally scam. :cyclops: For instance, a man-in-the-middle attack protection is not a bad feature.
AMC Security Features
Features:
Smart scan: Clean all the running apps, cache junk, privacy records and useless APK files.
Deep scan: Includes SD card scan. Clean junk files, big files and residual files.
Antivirus: Protects your device against viruses, Trojans, vulnerabilities, malware and spyware.
Phone Booster: Help kill applications running in the background and clean up RAM (memory) to boost up the device with one tap.
Game Booster: Improve the gaming speed and experience and smooth game play without lagging.
Anti-Phishing: IObit Cloud Services provides a plug-in which update in real time so that whenever you access a site that detected as phishing, it will help you keep the tricks outside.
Anti-Theft: Help lock and alarm the lost device immediately by sending a message with ‘alarm#’ and password from any other device. You can locate and wipe data remotely if the above way failed to find the device.
Payment Guard: Help finds out copycat apps, so that you can uninstall them before money being stolen. Once you launch a payment app, it keeps protecting you all along in the background.
Web Security: Block websites that contain malware, malicious URL and fraudulent content, and warn you instantly by IObit Cloud Services when heading to the danger.

Yeah, AMC is a very feature-rich app! The 1-tap Hibernate, Anti-Phishing, Privacy Locker, Web Security are all worth to try!
AMC Security 1-Tap Hibernate
Many Android users complain about auto-starting apps are draining up their battery life and lagging down their Android devices. Since v5.0, we have added a 1-Tap Hibernate into AMC Security. This is a very handy and powerful feature which is really effective.
The Hibernate is to force stop apps running in the background. On AMC Security Hibernate page, you can see all of the auto-starting apps, as well as their power consumption and memory occupancy. You just need to select apps you want to shut down and tap the Hibernate button. Generally, these selected apps will not restart only if you use them again.
Hibernate can be found in Booster: Load AMC Security and tap Booster. The little moon icon on top right of the page is the entrance of Hibernate.
*The first time to use this feature, you will be reminded to enable the accessibility of AMC Security in your Android Settings. Just follow prompts in AMC Security to enable the accessibility.

AMC Security Battery Saver
As battery drain problem is the key concern for mobile phone users, the topic of extending battery life has never stopped. For smartphones, the big screen is an obvious drain on your battery. Using darker app backgrounds/themes and darker launcher themes will further prolong your battery life--That's why AMC Security is so "dark"(just kidding ).
AMC Battery Saver allows you to easily adjust different settings in your phone to extend your battery life. What to do?
-Instead of using the phone's auto-brightness, set a lower brightness level that is still comfortable to you.
-Set a shorter display's screen timeout.
-Turn off vibrate to save battery. It actually takes more power to vibrate your phone than it does to ring it!
-Turn off Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi and mobile data whenever you don't need them.
-Get use of "My Mode": In AMC Battery Saver, you can add different power saving modes according to your need. For example, you can add a Sleep Mode so you won’t be disturbed during your sleep.
-Explore the battery situation of your phone: On the main page of AMC Battery Saver, you can visually see the remaining time, temperature, voltage and capacity of your battery. In Battery Usage, AMC also shows you the power consumption of applications in your phone. You can shut down unnecessary apps to save more power.
Other tips:
-Only use original batteries or respected third party manufacturer batteries will be less harmful to your device
-It will be better not to leave your phone plugged into the charger overnight. (Charge too long will not drastically harm your device but it can slowly reduce the lifespan of your battery.)
*How to get reminded when your phone is fully charged: Load AMC Security-> Go to Battery Saver-> Tap the button on top right-> Turn on the Notification for fully charged

So I am assuming this app works like greenify?
yes, similarly to greenify
@OP, what makes your app different than other hibernating apps? Sticking to Greenify for now but this app got my attention. Too bad I don't have time to test extensively.
I was Greenify user before as well but It started to drain my battery by trying to repeatedly hibernate apps. After some time I decided to write my own app and take a different approach to minimise the battery usage and CPU consumption. The background service doesn’t run all the time instead it wakes up once every few minutes to put the apps into hibernation state , if they are not already hibernated.

I started to use your application, but it allways says "0 apps running". What does this mean? How can we be sure if this application working properly or not?
Thank you.
First of all you need to select apps that you want to hibernate. After you have done that you will see how many of those apps are running in the background. (thats what n apps running means)

I know and did what you say but as I said before application still shows 0 apps running. Maybe I did something wrong, maybe a bug.
I added some apps to the list and run that apps. When I switch back or reopen Doze Battery Saver, it was still showing 0 apps running.
When you open Recents apps it doesn't mean that all displayed apps are actually running in the background. Could you open Chrome browser and go straight back to Doze Battery Saver to see if its running or not ?
Same.
I opened a webpage with slow 2G (edge) connection. While Chrome still trying to load webpage I back to Doze Battery Saver, it was still showing 0 apps running.
I tried also with Whatsapp, same.
Can it be related with SuperSu, although it grants root permission. I'm using SuperSU Free v2.49 and Doze Battery Saver v1.0.3
did you restart Doze Battery Saver ? when you clicked on the plus button in the app was chrome marked as hibernated ?
....
