1 contact but two conversations?

Hello,
I have a contact (Facebook + Windows Live) and I have merged the two accounts (facebook + Windows Live).
Now it appears that after the Mango Update the conversation with this person is in two different conversations. Basically in the messaging app the contact appears twice. One seems to be the old (pre-Mango SMS communication) while the other one seems to only contain new message (a missed call alert + facebook chat).
Is there anyway to merge the two conversations together?
I have a developer unlocked phone.

I have a problem with contact names
When I receive a sms the number comes like +2301234567
When I receive a call it looks like 1234567
For instance if I save the number +2301234567 to my friend’s name JOHN in my contact list i can see his name when a sms is received but can’t see his name when he calls me.
If i save the number 1234567 i can see his name in calls but not in sms!
I have my contacts saved on my SIM so i can’t add multiple numbers to a contact.
Any help would be very appreciated
I'm using a Lenovo k3 note with Cuoco92 ROM android 5.1

The only solution i found was to copy all contacts from SIM to phone and have numbers with prefix in one and without in the other.

SMS app

Hello,
I would like to ask you if there is any SMS app of these capabilities on the market for android smartphone:
I receive 2 SMS's every day from number 99000xxxxxxxx. Last x's are variables (i think it might be counter). Each SMS has different value for last x's. Casual SMS app displays each SMS as a separate thread so I have a big mess in my SMS history. What I need is an application where I could filter SMS's somehow based on the capital numbers 99000. Each SMS with capital 99000 numbers should be recognized and moved to specific folder / thread.
Is there any application which can do these things? Thank you for answers

contact that have more than 1 phone # is displayed several times

I have a xiaomi redmi note 2 with android 5.0.2 (I guess the problem is with android and not device specific)
Some of my contacts have 2 phone numbers and 2 whatsapp accounts.
When I look for this person (the screenshot is from the dialer but the same is with the contacts app itself) he appears 3 times: as whatsapp a, as whatsapp b and as google account.
Is there a way to see it only once? merge the items? maybe contacts app that knows to do it?
other ideas?

WhatsApp - Merge chat history from two contacts

Hi there,
I've several contacts, who changed their phone number and now I've two chat historys.
So I want to merge both historys to the new number.
I know from the past there is a possibility to edit the database with SQLiteBrowser, but I can't remember the commands.
Or maybe there is a simple tool, which can automatically change all related stuff from old number to new number?
