MMI Code for AT&T Gear S2 to limit cell radio to 3G? - Samsung Gear S2

Hello.
I have an AT&T Gear S2, along with a Note 4, on AT&T. On my Note 4, I can "dial" this string:
#*#*4636*#*#
and get to a "Testing" menu. From Testing > Device Information, there's a box that's actually a pick list of cellular radio settings. If you tap the box, it opens to show various settings. By selecting "GSM Only", I can force-limit the Note 4 to only using Edge or 3G.
I tried entering that string into the watch's dialpad, but it returned an error "Incorrect MMI" or something.
Is there a similar string anyone has found that works on the G2 to force the cellular radio to use the lower-draining Edge or 3G radio, instead of 4G?
Thanks,
crp

[Q]US Cellular Touch Pro 2 needs EDGE Configuration on T-Mobile/i-wireless.

Hey there!
I have a US Cellular Touch Pro 2 running MightyRom with radio 1.96.00WF. I'm able to register my T-Mobile sim card on local i-wireless GSM network (because I'm currently in Iowa and T-Mobile does not have network here), but somehow I cannot use the EDGE on i-wireless network even there is a solid "E" icon on upper right screen.
I've tried several network configuration but most of them will end up with a failure prompt. The network configuration closest to success is like this:
Name for Connection: T-Mobile Data
Select a Modem: Cellular Line (GPRS, 3G)
Access Point Name: epc.tmobile.com
User Name, Password, Domain: (blank)
With the setting above I am able to establish an EDGE connection. The connection does not send or receive any data, however no error has occurred.
Is there a problem with my network setting since my T-Mobile sim card is roaming on i-wireless GSM network? Anything I can do to get the EDGE working? Thx!

[Q] Setting network mode priority?

I noticed under "Network Mode" that you have four options: LTE, 3G, 1x, Global. Is there any other way to set a priority list (I was able to do this on my S3 with 4.3)? For example, my S3 would have the option "LTE/CDMA/EvDO". If there's LTE use it, if not use 3G or else use 1x. As it works now, when I'm at home I have to manually change it to "3G" so it will connect to my Airave, then "LTE" when I'm on the road.
Is there anyway to prioritize a list of network modes to use so that if LTE is unavailable it will go right to 3G?

[Q] Text and call but no 3G

I bought a Droid 3 (XT862) and unlocked then rooted/flashed it and put my AT&T sim in it. I can make/receive calls and texts, but I can't use 3G. I've tried messing with the APN settings with several different guides with no success. When I click "Operator Selection" I see "AT&T 3G (310-410)" and I have it selected, but still nothing. The 3G icon on the top of my screen has the up and down arrows taking turns flashing white.
And I'm not sure if this option does much, but "Select network" has "GSM Only", "UMTS Only" and "Automatic". Choosing GSM changes the 3G icon to a different style, but I've tried all 3 and nothing worked. And I've seen success stories of other people getting their Droid 3's to work with AT&T 3G so I know it can work, I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated, this is my first smart phone and I'm having a rough start with it
Bump
maybe the 3G Function is disabled by the wireless carrier....? because i have the same problem last time , i called my wireless carrier to activate it , it worked

I have a Galaxy S6 I entered *#9090# I was trying to lock my phone on LTE Band 28-700

Hi there
As above I entered a service menu on my Samsung Galaxy S6 *#9090# it brings up DIAG menu I believe - I may have changed one thing I'm unsure?
Is the default for RAMDUMP Off? I have it as off atm but unsure if it was off or on when I first went in there.
I was trying to have my phone lock on LTE Band 28 700Mhz which is one of the spectrums Optus in Australia use and it gives me the best signal strength at home and at work
Thanks in advance

Wi-Fi Region Settings

How can I access the Note 5 advanced wi-fi settings? I have the Verizon Note 5, but I'm located permanently outside of US. My old Samsung Galaxy S4 Int. sees like 2-3 times as many Wi-Fi networks around and it has a switch in WiFi settings of setting the WiFi region. Where can I access such setting on the Verizon Note 5?
I've tried *#0011# but it shows code no accessible.
I'm on N920VVRS3BQA1.
