[Completed] Enlarge notifications text - XDA Assist

Hello,
Is there a way to enlarge the text size on the notifications bar?
The device is GS3, which is rooted and running Slim ROM.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for using XDA Assist.
Give a try to this app.

Hi,
Thanks, I actually saw it before posting this, but I thought maybe an app that requires root will do a better job.
Anyway, I will try it.

Take a peek at the Xposed modules. One of them may be helpful.

[Q] Using Screenshot and XDA forum app

How do I post a screen shot from within the XDA forum app? I've got the screenshot program working, now I just need to know how to post from within the XDA app, or any other app, for that matter.
I just upload the file to dropbox then insert the link into my post.
Thank you, but that doesn't make my picture show up in the thread, does it?

No, they have to click the link to see it. I am not sure of any other way though, perhaps someone else knows a method.

Dialer And Contacts (Works on RC1 and Hermes)

Here is Galaxy Tab custom dialer and contacts.
I'm still working on it, but if you want to try it here is what you need to do:
1.Backup your original Contacts.apk, in case you want to go back to original one.
2.Download the attached file.
3.Replace it in /system/app using Root Explorer.
4.Set the permission like the last attached picture.
5.Reboot.
That's it, I hope you like it, if you do just hit the thanks button.
*Do the steps for phone.apk as well.*
Change Log:
The search result white font on white backgroud is fixed.
Changed some images in Phone.apk, including incoming call background.
White letters on white background
in the phone tab iff you add favorites ther name are invisible on the white background.
Nice work m8.
is it possible to make it whit white background whit black letters.
regards Jouixs

I'm not sure which tab your are talking about, because when I add favorites
the contacts font is black.
Edit: If you mean the search result, The color is fixed.

Hey I had the same thing happen. Figured it must have been an over zealous moderator or something. Hmm good to know I wasn't alone.
Oh, nice work with this one too mate. Thanks for sharing.
/nobleskill wanders off to fire up browser to hit thanks button all while wondering why the xda app won't let him show the thanks love to his fellow tabbers

You don't need a rooted device to use this dialer but in order to replace the files
into your /system/app, you need to use an app like Root Explorer which needs a
rooted device.

It should be possible but I don't think I can do it, I'm not a developer.

[Q] Optimum app not working on rooted device

First off sorry if I posted this question in the wrong place or if it was answered already. But after rooting my device the optimum app no longer works, I read that you have to edit your build prop but I'm not to sure exactly what to do. So any advice or links to the proper thread will be greatly appreciated.
RootCloak Plus hides root from some apps. You can give a try.
thanks i tired that and root cloak for xposed neither one worked for me

Hello, I'm stuck in the same boat and can't find an answer for the Optimum app. I tried root cloak and root cloak+ and neither seem to work with this app. Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks!

Odd SuperSU Prompt Glitch?

hey guys. I apologize in advanced if this isn't the right section for my question.
Of late, when I enter an app that requires root access I am prompted as usual whether or not to grant or deny it root access. makes sense right?
well can someone please elaborate to me why my prompt box pops up looking like this?
doesn't bother me that much but I'd like to at least be able to read the bloody thing.

This looks strange. Are you sure you installed the latest SuperSU? Just in case, reflash it please.

This is a common problem for many roms.
What is happening is that you might have a theme on your phone with a white font so what you see is white text on a white background.
What rom are you running and do you have any themes? Have you seen something similar to this anywhere else on your phone?

I run stock kitkat on this device with xposed but no theming, the UI isn't modded... And I use one of the dark layouts provided by supersu application settings, what makes it even more odd to have the prompt whitewashed...

I did!
Go into SuperSU and change the theme.
The developers did made an error in judgement when setting the text colors for the specific theme that you're using.
Nothing is wrong with your device! It's just the specific theme's text colours that are an issue.
I've just emailed the Dev.
