Sure just got yesterday. In fact it covers all of the glass portion of the screen. For reference there is no reduction in touch sensitivity with the protector in place.
While I think the cost is high, Martin Fields protectors have always been high quality. This is no exception.

Is this a thick, flexible protector like Zagg or PhantomSkinz? Also, have you noticed any change in proximity sensor sensitivity?
For reference, I have a PhantomSkinz currently, and when I'm in a dimly lit room and make/take a call, and pull the phone away from my face, it stays blacked out. I have to turn the light on to get it to wake up. I took the skin off, and it went back to normal.
Can you test this if you have the MF protector?
Also, can you please post pics of the screen protector in place? I, too, am wondering about the precision of the fitment. PhantomSkinz, Seidio, and others seem to have missed the mark and cut the protectors to short in width AND height.

I originally had a Skinomi protector and never really thought it bad, however I decided I'd try the Martin Fields one because I've never used a static protector.
Looks
I must say I'm thoroughly impressed by this protector! It fits perfectly; well almost perfectly, looking closely, you can still see the edge but it is almost negligible. If I had to gauge how big the space is... maybe about the thickness of a sheet of folder paper... if even that.
Scratching
The protector itself is what seems to be a hard plastic. I haven't scratched it yet (it claims to be HIGHLY scratch resistant) but it's still worrisome. I've done a fingernail test as of now and it has survived. It makes no indentation like the "self healing" skins so I'm guessing if it does get scratched, it stays scratched.
Application
The really cool thing I like most though is the static cling application. I managed to get dust on it before applying it X_X. Using scotch tape though, I was able to remove it with no problems! After about 30 minutes (I decided to be really OCD about the application) it was air bubble free and dust free. Oh, I also decided to try and running it under water to clean it but I found the tape a MUCH better way to clean it.

Also, be careful when removing the protector. It says to use tape and pull it off at corner. I tried using my fingernail on the camera protector and it kind of warped lol. No real problem though, just looks like an air bubble under it however it isn't over the lens so no problems taking pictures.
Clarity
As far as the proximity sensor goes, I thought it wasn't configured properly but after switching protectors, it works perfectly (so Skinomi = no good, Martin Fields = awesome). Same goes with the camera; it takes crystal clear photos.
Daily Use/Misc
The feel of this protector is very nice; I think due to the hard plastic material. It really does feel like nothing is there. Looks wise, it's glossy, reflects a clear image of me when looking at it, and is PERFECTLY transparent. If matte anti-glare is your thing, this isn't your screen protector. Good comparison is Macbook Pro anti-glare/glass; matte vs colors really popping off the screen.
Another issue I have with screen protectors is how well I can flick/scroll, this protector has my stamp of approval. As I said earlier, it feels very similar to glass and as such, scrolling is a breeze.
Smudging is also handled pretty nicely, much better than the "self healing" stuff. I find myself wiping the screen down with my shirt maybe once a day, if even that.
In Conclusion
So, sorry for the long post, but I tried to cover as many bases as possible. My last sentiments for this protector:

Thanks so much for your thorough review. Two things though... first, can you please take a pic of the screen for us, especially showing how the fitment is? I believe you when you say it's just barely short, but am just curious. Second, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who noticed a change in the proximity sensor with these thicker skins.
I'll almost certainly be ordering this product it looks like. One more thing... does it have a guarantee or anything?

Screen protector
I tried to get as close as possible to the screen to show the edges (Don't mind the Skinomi skin lol).
The one of the camera protector seems clear, but there is one section that is discolored to the rest, that'll be the place I bent lol (bottom half when looking at the picture I took).
Pictures taken from the Phone
There are 2 pictures taken with the phone; one normal and one using the zoom feature.
The picture of the plants are closer, in mid/low light.
The picture of the mountain is further away and in bright light. It's not exactly clear because it's rainy/misty today, sorry for that one.
The last pair is of a magazine in little-no light using the flash as the only source of light.
Warranty
Regarding the warranty, I didn't see mention of anything so I can't really say. If I find anything, I'll be sure to post it.
Thickness
To me, it seems slimmer than the Skinomi Skin because I can feel it almost flush to the metal but it might be my imagination.
I can only upload 8 at a time, so I'll post the others in another post.

Haha, yeah, living in Hawaii has its perks. Wish I could have taken more pictures but I just figured I'd get something posted asap.
If anyone would like to see any specific pictures/angles, I'd be happy to oblige. Like I said though, the camera I have isn't exactly great so quality is kind of lacking.
I'll post again later though seeing how someone had an issue with the protector peeling. I also put my phone into my pocket, so we'll see if it collects lint, peels, etc. So far, my Skinomi seems to be acting like a lint magnet so that may skew results lol.
One last thing of note, I've been hearing word that Martin Fields uses a mild adhesive. With this protector, I guess it's possible that a really mild adhesive is used but I know for sure it's static; depending on which side I'd place a strip of tape close to it, it would actually pull or push the tape in a certain direction. It didn't really feel sticky but I could definitely tell which side needed to be placed on screen; it wasn't smooth on one side.

I've had a MF protector on my digital camera for six months and it still looks new (and invisible.)
I always buy two-packs but I wish I could get 10-packs.
Hopefully they'll be available from vendors in the US soon, at lower prices and with cheaper shipping.

This sounds to be the exact same as dcmugen's screen protectors. It confirms the findings of tehkseven's reviews.
I really dont understand why anyone would pay five to ten times as much as one would need to... you all need to try out dcmugen's products because I really haven't found a seller with better quality to price ratio. Search 'epikcase' on eBay.

Just a follow up review, now that I've had the protector on for a little while.
I usually keep my phone in my shirt pocket but I decided to mix it up and
Throw it into my pants pocket (with keys) for the purpose of this review.
Looks
Still very impressed by the looks of the protector. Nothing has changed that
I can tell; no peeling effect, no lint collection (again, could be due to skin
protector lint collection lol).
Scratching
Haha, as mentioned by another reader, this protector does indeed scratch.
Now, here's the funny thing: It didn't scratch due to my keys, but rather my
cleaning cloth.
Some cleaning cloths burn the edges and while I'm usually
careful with those, I figured if this thing has been taking my keys, it should
be able to hold out; not the case.
It's a very deep scratch, so much so that I can feel it under my finger.
The cool thing is though, I cannot see the scratch under normal circumstances.
I can't feel it under normal use either.
Seriously though, I can't even see the scratch under daily use.
Only by flashing direct light can I see the scratch, and by moving my finger
slowly over it can I feel it.
Note: scratch is maybe 1/8th of an inch long.
Clarity
Screen still displays beautifully and pictures are still awesome.
Cleanliness
Still remains pretty clean throughout a few days, only wiping it down every
two or three days. Pretty darn good I guess.
Conclusion
While I'm sort of sick that it got scratched, it's so unnoticable that I haven't
felt the need to replace it. Don't know how long it will last, but if ever
I decide to replace it, I'll post again and give the reasons why.
I'm still quite pleased with this protector and I don't think I'll ever use
anything besides these static cling protectors (be it Martin Fields or another).

Gotta agree with that.
I'd put a protector on if I were you. Don't learn the hard way like myself. I was going naked screen for a bit and as every day went by I was confident the screen was not going to get a scratch.
Then I accidently shoved the USB cable with my phone in my pocket and bang - scratched it. Just a small one, but enough to be seen in reflection.
Better a screen protector get scratched and replaced rather than the screen have an unrepairable scratch for it's life.

For sure I'm going to get a screen protector. I just find it funny how some people would bother posting in this thread telling me to go naked when I've clearly made up my mind. The glass is scratch resistant and not scratch proof. Like you, I also stuff coins and other small items into my pocket in addition to my cellphone so I wouldn't be surprised if scratches form if there's no protection on the screen.

You can get them on ebay for a decent price. They don't have a cut out for the front camera but I don't mind that.

+1, I am really satisfied with it. Too sad there was no cover for the back camera in the package.
I bought a Case mate case for it which comes with a screen protector. case will hopefully arrive today, so I'm hoping the screen protector is a good one

There's no cut out for the front camera but in all honesty, the shield presents no discernible degradation in front camera quality.
I got mine from Cretouch, but you can also find it available from SGP eBay resellers or SGPcraft themselves.
The oleophobic properties of the screen aren't as pronounced as I would like, but it still beats non-oleophobic screens. I was using the Martin Fields protector prior to this one which was excellent in terms of clarity, but it looked like a greased pig had gone to town on it after you were done playing with it.
i recently received my galaxy and made sure i got myself a good screen protector. after all everyone raves about the screen and i'm sure after a 2 year contract it's going to have a few marks without one.
i bought a Martin Fields Overlay. Not cheap but more than happy with it, I've used the cheap ones from ebay on other phones and they definitely aren't as good.
it includes a cover for the camera lense as well.

I put the Invisible Screen on the 2 i9000's we have and am happy given the circumstances. The protector certainly holds some oil and grim but it's easily cleaned. I'm willing to deal with the cleaning for a scratch-free screen.

Why would you want a screen protector when you already have gorilla glass. It doesn`t scratch that easily. It`s not resistive touch screen. It`s capacitive and it`s gorilla glass. Enjoy the clear display without worries is my suggestion.

Just ordered and installed Realook screen protectors and I couldn't be more pleased. I have used other screen protection from Zagg and Sprint and I did not like them nearly as much. I will do my best to describe what its like but you really need to see it in person.
Feel:
The material is a firm plastic that when applied feels nearly the same as the bare glass. I did not like Zagg because it felt soft and textured like an orange peel. This stuff is 95% the same feel as glass and I waited 20 days before installing it, so I have a good level of comparison.
Look:
Clear as glass. I have not yet tested what effects it has on glare, but there is no noticeable difference indoors. Also it is ready to go 30 seconds after installing. All you need to do is push out the large air bubbles. It doesn't take 1 or 2 days to settle like some other protectors. Other people in this thread reported a rainbow reflection in the sun light when the screen is off.
Installation:
Before I started I ran the shower on hot to fill the bathroom with some steam to settle the dust. There is nothing that will bother me more than a single spec of dust under a screen protector, I will obsess about it to no end. Due to my rough and dry hands I am a dust machine and I have never failed to get at least 1 piece of dust under every screen protector I have installed. This time was no different. I mis-aligned the screen on installation and had to peel it back, when I did 1 spec of dust planted itself. I used a piece of tape they include in the box to peel back the screen, and another piece of tape to pull off the dust and it was clean. I am sooo happy about this point. Other protectors I used with adhesive would grab onto dust and never let go. Since it does not use adhesive so it is easy to put on and peel back off if you made a mistake.
The Bad:
Back button less responsive. It will still work on the first touch every time, but you do need to touch a little harder than before.

Returned the Sprint speckled ones that was degrading display quality to the local Sprint store and am awaiting delivering of Realook for both Samsung Epic and Panasonic GF1 camera. Realook sounds like the best option and value out right now for the Epic until Steinheil Ultra Oleophobic is made available for comparison.

I also went to Realook after Skinomi. Love Realook! Slick, smooth feel like the original glass. Relatively easy to apply. No screen degradation. Wonderful, all around.

- I don't exactly remember how the bare screen was now that I have the Realook on, but I think the Realook makes the screen a little more "reflective".
- Under artificial lights (esp. fluorescents), you'll notice the interference patterns like straight rainbows. Hard to explain but people with screen protectors on any phone may have seen them before.
- The capacitive buttons become less responsive meaning that you'll have to push them harder.

Doesn't seem to. It is pretty optically clear. With 640x480, you probably wouldn't notice if there was any difference anyway.

I agree with all of those. I only have a gap on the bottom, though. Left and right seem to be exact.
I see the rainbow effect but it doesn't seem to cause any problem for me. I really don't notice it unless the display is off.
I do have the less responsive buttons, especially the back button. I'm wondering if I could slice off the bottom centimeter of the protector smoothly enough to make it worth trying.

I like it, but...
It's harder to clean than the Gorilla Glass of the Epic. It also has more friction than the Gorilla Glass. Your fingers won't glide across it as effortlessly. Finally, it has slightly rough edges that you can feel.
I should sell my unused RL screen for 5 bucks or something. Do people typically do that with their unused protectors?
Just ordered mine from amazon after reading this thread, i hope it is as good as you say it is. I have used Zagg a few times before, and Skinomi twice, and BodyGuardz on my nexus one. my favorite was BodyGuardz, but for 10 bucks i think it is worth trying this one. ill give feedback when it gets here in a few days.

I might give real look another chance but I used one on my touch pro 2 for a few months it looks and feels absolutely great however when i took it off today there was definitely some residue left behind. Swiping on the screen was not as smooth as when i first bought it. I just got my epic today and blew the installation of the clarivue protector. I don't think reallook has no adhesive, I think it has some adhesive so before I give them a try again i am gonna try boxwave and clarivue 1 more time.

I agree that the Realook protectors are the best. I installed mine a week ago and i'm really liking it. The look is awesome, the fit is perfect and it doesn't really have much more drag then the naked glass. The one issue is the fingerprints and oil residue. I can tell you that the phone is much more difficult to keep clean with the Realook, but that's not big of a deal. I used to just use my shirt or pants to wipe the phone clean, and now i have to use a microfiber. Even then it takes about two to three times the effort to get the oils off. I would still recommend this product.

Ok i need to first say Pops_G you rock for informing me about this screen protector, and your method with the shower was genius, wish i did that when i installed all the other screen protectors in my past. On to my experience...
I just got the Realook Screen protector today, and i previously stated in a prior reply, i have tried zagg invisible shields, BodyGuardz ( OLD FAVORITE ) and Skinomi. The application of the Realook Screen protector was hands down, the Easiest ever, i didn't think it could go that fast. And in terms of how it looks and feels, I could not believe my eyes. You seriously cannot tell when looking at the screen that there is a protector on there. Zagg, Bodyguardz, Skinomi all have, in some regard, no matter how small, a orange peel effect, where there are small ripples in the screen from the water that is used in the installation process, they go away in time, but it is slightly noticeable. They also feel rubbery and take away from the graceful movements of the screen. Plus you have to turn off the phone, pull batter, use a water/soap spray mixture, worry about air bubbles, let it dry 24 to 48 hours, and wake a week plus for the solvent to evaporate. I had this Realook applied in 5 minutes, it would of been less, but i was super anal about making sure not a spec of dust was on the screen. lol.
Now this is just my first impression, after a hour or so of use. It is plastic which makes it feel very much like the original screen, although im sure that will allow the screen protector to scratch, unlike zagg, bodyguardz, and skinomis rubber film where they wont, unless you really try. And also it does show the finger oils more than the actual glass does. I am ok with this becasue that is the purpose of the protector, to get scratched and not the actual screen, Plus i have a backup because 2 came in the pack. GREAT DEAL. Second, i only see this screen protector working for phones that have a completely flat screen and have some sort of small lip around the phone. For Example: I dont think it would work best on a palm pre, which has no lip, and then it could be more easily peeled off down the line. But for the Epic 4g... Seriously im in love.

Anyone some experience on this part ?
Cause i cant stand scratches on screens so was thinking of adding a protector but dont want the funcionality to decrease!

I don't think that it would, maybe at worst some loss in pressure sensitivity occurs (so you have less than 1024 levels), due to the 1mm or however thick the screen protector is.
l don't think you will lose any sensitivity because the pen uses magnetic inductance to operate which is why the pen does not need batteries.
l have a screen protector on my phone which is the small version of this tablet and there was no difference when the screen protector was applied. I am waiting for Samsung torelease their official screen protector in the UK for my 10.1 Note.

Buy a "static" type of screen protector, they are almost not flexible at all.
It's working perfectly now that I have it.

i have an 8 year old writeshield AG protector on mine and it works totally fine. just that the AG makes the screen look fuzzier is all...

haha yeah, I pulled it off my tablet pc and cut it to size. it fits and works perfectly! i have one scratch on that thing after hard abuse and that was from dropping a knife on it
i regularly leave my keys sitting on top of the protected screen actually.
the back plate of the note 10.1 is terribly soft though, I have lots of micro scratches on it and I've been taking pretty good care of it.

I have the anti-glare screenprotector.
It vworks fine with the Spen, accept that the pen actually scratches the protector.... I think I need somthing stronger.
I tried to see if WhiteShield has one, but only for the Tab. I sent them a request message for the Note.....we'll see.
What is anyone else using, and does your Spen scratch the protector?

Try using the CLEAR spen nib you found in your Note 10.1 box on the screen protector. It should slide easier.
I only use screen protectors for wacom from strongengineering.com. Unless they have changed their formula the screen protectors always have a nice paper feel. I simply love it. You can feel and hear the resistance of the nib when the cover is brand new. After a time and a lot of cross hatching and drawing it smooths out a bit. This is my very personal preference. I can't stand smooth glass-like screen protectors for drawing.
My position on screen protectors is this:
With the quality and hardness of the plastic coatings on most decent Android devices in the last 3 years, a screen protector can only be a net *downgrade* in terms of scratch-resistance and screen quality.
Scratches (and often fingerprints) will show up more on a screen protector than on the bare screen because a screen protector is usually less hard than the screen itself. This will particularly be the case with a pen stylus (ie one with a fine tip, as opposed to a capacitive stylus) which won't scratch the bare screen (because it's hardened) but will over time create wear marks in a screen protector in "high traffic" parts of the screen.
Granted, having the screen protector means that once the scratches all over it get too much, you can just pull it off (and replace it). And that is indeed the point of a screen protector. But I'd rather not have dullness from scratch marks all over my screen protector to begin with. It's a bit like the people who have plastic covers on their couches so they don't get stained. It ruins the whole point of having a nice couch surface. Reminds me of the quote "life is not a dress rehearsal". You may as well benefit from your scratch-resistant hardened plastic screen now rather than cover it, saving it for a day in the future that never comes.
All that said, some screen protectors are better than others and there are probably decent ones around. And there's nothing wrong with having a protective cover on the *back* or edges of your device, since this isn't a crucial operative part of the device.
There's no possible way a screen protector can negatively affect the way the pen works, as it's based on an electromagnetic field. So maybe if it were a metallic screen protector it would be an issue. The "grippiness" of a screen protector could be a problem though. Some are grippy and some not. Grippy ones like Zagg will render the pen practically unusable.
They said it would not cover the whole screen but I didn't think it would be this extreme. Looking straight down on the device you'd see pixels outside of the screen protector on both sides.

For this one they tried to curve it along the screen edge, but it didn't quite fit, which caused large areas where the protector would lift from the screen. The downwards facing edge of the protector seems to be covered in the glue like substance, the central area of the protector did not stick to the phone in any way. Possibly because of the bad fit there would be some air between the protector and phone in the middle of the screen, this caused some missed taps. Away of the center of the protector the touch recognition would be better. This one seemed the least susceptible to fingerprints.

thanks to who invented these fu*king curved screens.. for us that always use glass protectors it is simply a nightmare.. or you use protectors as big as the pixeled area and live with the edges coming off, or you take protectors smaller than the pixeled area that looks bad and don't protect all the screen.. damn

I am on the road so I cant post any pics, but I have the roxfit curved protector. It does match the screen except the curve isn't perfect thus the very edge around the entire screen is collecting dust. With the screen sensitivity issue however I'm debating on pulling it off. Hitting the same button 2-3 times to get something to register sucks
To be honest, this is what is putting me off buying this phone is the curved screen, i really dont see the point of it to be honest, tempted to jusct pick up the XZ1 compact instead.
You really can't even tell the screen is curved at all. Just the edges are slightly. It's not even noticeable.
yeah if the curved screen is the only thing preventing you from getting this phone, forget it, apart from this (and you'll notice just if you use glass protectors) the phone is simply wonderful in all other aspects l

Bugs of a new phone. The protector I got also overhanged into the curve. (I was under the impression that it was a curved screen protector when buying it, but it was not.) I assume these companies didn't have exact specs or physical phones to get it perfect with, and since we all want our phones protected from day one, they have to release what they got. :/

i used a liquid screen protector called nanofixit in the netherlands. it makes the screen super smooth and didn't have a scratch after a week usage without any case. i had to send it back for repair and will have it back tomorrow.

I've tried this one as well and might have a worse fit than what you're experiencing. It was impossible to get a complete seal in the glue around the edge. The bad fit made the center of the screen an especially bad place the get touches registered, even worse then the panzer.me glass. IIRC there was also a shimmering issue between the edge of the LCD and whatever non-stick film they've put under the protector.
Does curved screen protectors exist for other phones that does not rely on a glue around the edges to stay put?

I'm asking because fail to see how a thin layer of liquid could provide any scratch resistance, besides whatever the screen already has. And as such it might just make liquid slide off the screen easily for a while and not much else.

it was my misstake for not being clearer when posting my message, I have another problem with the phone which is not related to the screen at all. My phone can't receive incoming calls for some reason. The screen is still in a tip top shape and i have also accidentally dropped the phone on a stone floor from around 0,5 meters. Nothing to see on the screen (or the phone for that matter). The reason that it can work in my opinion is that you can have very hard plastic nowadays that is not worse than metal (see carbon fiber for example). If they can keep it in a liuid state and it can harden itself out when in contact with air, why is it not possible? Chemistry is nowadays so advanced I wouldn't be surprised if they can make even better nano coatings, if you have enough money for it
Bought Skinomi's protector and it was a perfect fit. It is not a hard screen protector its more of a clear flexible skin. Due to it being flexible it molded right to the curved edges of the screen without any issues. Until they come up with a hard protector this should do just fine though, atleast itll keep minor scuffs and scratches to a minimum.
Ultimate Shield seems to do its job - at least for me. Uses glue to stick, but covers the whole screen. Makes a bit harder to register touch sometimes.
