Hello guys,
I'm a newbie here so I cannot ask question in specified forum.
I'm running CyanogenMod 10 Beta Build [4.1.2] by nk111 on HTC Desire S.
Nice and stable mod, thanks to the developer, but there are some questions now:
1. I have no Mobile Network toggle on my power control and didn't find the way to make the shortcut of mobile network setting.
Is there any option of fast access to switch mobile network on/off?
2. I unsuccessfully tried to remove Google search widget from main screen.
Is this possible and how?
3. Can somebody recommend good task manager for this ROM?
Thanx in advance!
Benny
1. For mobile network toggle. Settings --> System (Interface) --> Notification Drawer --> Widget Buttons --> Toggle Mobile Data.
2. For disabling search bar. Settings --> Launcher (Interface) --> Homescreen --> Search Bar. Disable the option.
3. I do not use any so cant suggest any. Search the play store and internet and any one compatible with Android 4.1.2 should do the job.

Hi All,
Pretty sure the Google Settings was an option in the Settings menu of the notification shade - but I just can't find it. Had an update this morning (looks like March's security update) and wondering if it has moved it. It's not an app under the app drawer either.
Anyone else know where it is?
I think a google play services update got rid of that a while ago. Just go to the google folder and open "Google" and then use the hamburger menu to access the settings.
Settings-Applicastions- at bottom, there is Google settings.

Bingo! Knew I'd seen it somewhere. Funny thing is, it doesn't show up in the settings search feature (which is a superb feature in general IMHO)
Hi there,
I've recently been confronted to an app that required - for its installation - that I disabled screen overlay authorization for all apps. Which I did. I had a nice menu with all the applications requiring this feature that I could untick.
Now that it has been done, I can't figure out how to come back to this menu with the entire list of the applications requiring screen overlay so that I can enable them all.
I understand that I can re enable the feature app by app by going into the authorization settings per app, but I don't remember the entire list of 20 apps requiring the setting to be enabled..
Any solution ?

How to get such chrome desktop like tab switcher in chrome android? This is screenshot of chrome canary form play store. Which flag should I enable to get this?
It's automatically triggered on higher DPI. AFAIK there is no flag to enable that type of tab switcher.
