Hardware Keyboard Problem

So my touch pro has developed a little problem with the keyboard. The space bar has a problem where you press it 10 times and it might only register on the screen 2 times, sometimes less then that.
Has anyone else had this problem with the keyboard? What would be causing this to happen?
My phone is not eligible for warranty so i'm trying to work out if its worth trying to get it fixed or if I should just upgrade to the Rhodium.
Thanx
i had the same problem where it appears dust accumulates under the spacebar.. people have mentioned dusting it with canned air would help..

[Q] Screen not working but touchscreen still responding

Hello everyone!
I have been visiting the site for a long time but this is the first time I actually post.
Well the problem I have with my nexus is that the screen stopped working a few days ago, but the touchscreen is still responding. I was walking at the beach with the phone in my pocket and after some time I realized the phone was not working. I suppose it was the humidity because the phone was completely dry.
Now the weird thing is that the touchscreen works perfectly, I can feel it when I unblock the phone, but the screen is completely black. Anyone has any idea how to fix this? I already changed the screen of my old nexus 4 a few times, but is there any other option? because I do not want to pay for the whole screen replacement when the touchscreen is working. I would say that it is just some contacts not working properly, but I do not really know how to fix that.
I hope someone has an idea how to fix it.
Thank you!
Maybe this thread will point in the right direction. Mentioned is flashing stock recovery.

Thanks for the reply! I tried that but it did not work and after the battery run out I realized it was not charging either. So I think the only thing left is to send it to repair to LG or something...

My OPO randomly pressing buttons(Ghosting?)

Hi, I have a pretty big issue where my OPO will randomly click on apps, or type random letters into my keyboard, or will zoom in on pictures or web pages. I have had the OPO for about a month now and am on 33r. It just started happening last night, I have restored the phone completely and it is still there. Anyone know what is happening? Please help!
Have you got any sweat or oil (or any moist) on your hand when you touch your screen? Cause in my case, I found these things cause my screen to mistakenly recognize press.
It's called ghosting. A lot of the one plus ones have it. It's annoying for me. Makes typing harder

[Q] Weird constant touch on screen

I'm a very happy user of the Oneplus One, although there's one thing bothering me. Sometimes, it's like someone is keeping his finger on my screen, and it keeps 'touching' it. I'm unable to unlock my phone or shut it off properly. Does anyone know what's causing this problem? Thanks! (New here, be easy on me ;p)

Touch screen is irresponsive

So I took my phone out when I got home, and suddenly the touch screen wont work at all. I can still get notifications and phone calls, but cannot answer or anything because the touch screen just will not respond at all. I haven't dropped it since I used it last or anything. It just like... isn't working?
I think this might have happened for a little bit a while back, but it fixed itself really quickly... But this time its just not responsive. I've tried letting the battery die and charging it, and the soft reset of the phone many times to no avail.
My G flex 2 is on AT&T if it matters
Any ideas?

It looks that it's really not software problem, but hardware malfunction, so you should take your phone for repair.
Try a factory reset of no avail then prob a hardware issue are there any major scratches on the screen and be honest lol some scratches can interfere with the xigitizer
yeah no scratches on the screen or anything. Only thing I can think of is it fell out of my pocket as I got out of the car into a bit of snow and got a bit wet, It was in a case and thers no physical damage. It also worked after being wet and stuff. All I can think of is that some got under the screen or something later. It didnt stop working until about three hours after that.
also, a hard reset did not fix my problem. I really have no idea what caused this or how to fix it. I have insurance on the phone, so Ill just have to send it it.
Sorry if anyone else has this problem! I have found no solution
