Sorry, but it's not possible. This app can't modify other app's data without grant root permission.

Will Google now be awailable after rom updates and wipes? Or I need to reuse the app?

You only need to reuse the app after wipe data.

Got it working but "Ok Google" word detection works only from google app itself and not from widget on home screen (Samsung Galaxy A3 (a300h) rooted official rom 5.0.2.) usually the serach bar on homescreen says "Say ok Google" but there is nothing unless i open the app itself.
Any workaround? Thank you

Hmm, I'm not sure what's the reason. May be the hardware of your device doesn't support this feature.

Hello,
Thx for the app but can we log into the acount or not ?
Thx for the reply
Hi,
We cannot log into google account if the Google Play Services are not installed on the device.
I just wanted to say that it doesn't work with play services. I'm not sure if that is intentional or a bug

No download section? which you can download the videos damn
thank you, it is very good.
I installed this on my car head unit, which has no google services, the normal youtube app wont work,
this one works , but the quality option only allow me to choose up to 360p, is there anyway to set it higher? the car unit capable play up to 1080p videos thru mx player
I've checked settings, the HD is enabled for both wifi and 3G, but still no HD options
a HD force enable version would be great, is it possible to make?
the car head unit android version is 4.1.1 by the way, I read somewhere that youtube app only allow higher quality option on version 4.4.2 or later, I wouldn't want to root and mod build.prop, it will be troublesome to fix the unit if something went wrong and bricked
Great app! Are you planning on doing updates?
I can't install it pls help

[APP][4.0.3+] WiFi Fix (Repair broken WiFi)

Fix your broken WiFi!
After having lots of trouble myself with broken WiFi on my device (especially on custom ROMs), I have identified some of the issues and made an app to automate the process of fixing the problems automatically.
Currently the app supports two fixing methods:
Method 1 (Clearing DHCP Lease)
Sometimes, the DHCP lease of Android gets corrupted. In this case, you are not able to connect to any WiFi network - it keeps displaying "Obtaining IP address...". If that is the case, the functionality of WiFi can easily be restored by deleting two files contained in /data/misc/dhcp - dhcpcd-wlan0.lease and dhcpcd-wlan0.pid. They will automatically get recreated once WiFi is enabled again.
Method 2 (Deleting wpa_supplicant)
The file wpa_supplicant.conf (located in /data/misc/wifi) stores all the WiFi passwords of Android. However, for some reason this file gets corrupted easily. Deleting it will force Android to recreate it and WiFi will work again. WARNING: This method will delete your WiFi passwords. Refer to below for instructions on how to backup them.
How to read the WiFi passwords:
Install a file manager with root access (e.g. Root Browser)
Go to /data/misc/wifi and open the file wpa_supplicant.conf
Write down the passwords on a piece of paper (Do NOT backup the file!!!)
PLEASE NOTE: You need ROOT ACCESS for this app to work.
If you don't trust me, you can always check the source on GitHub and build the app yourself. Just in case ^^

Hi,
Running Resurrection Remix 5.6.9 with built in root (not SuperSU) and it doesn't ask for root permissions, just fails with the Fail error message.
Every other root program pops up a box requesting access.
Any ideas?

Well, it depends on the issue. If the appearing issues have been fixed in such a way that they can't appear on CM13/14, then it surely won't, but other than that there should be no problem

Enable Google Lens on Google Assistant

Prerequisites :
-Your phone should be rooted
-any root explorer
-u need to flash this created by @ZeevoX : https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/themes/flashable-zip-google-lens-pixel-2-t3693859 file if u have already done it don't bother
Features :
-Google Lens will be enabled on google assistant
-"Hey Google" hotword
Note :
-i'am not responsible for bootloops and bricked devices !
- create a nandroid backup {incase anything goes wrong}
Instructions
Well lot of u people might have enabled google lens in photos application but the assistant integration of lens is kept exclusively for google phones but it can be enabled by changing certain build.prop codes
-open root explorer
-navigate to system/build.prop
-Look for these codes : [the font written in italics will not be seen in the codes - your device info will be there]
Code:
ro.product.model=[I]your phone's model[/I]
ro.product.brand=[I]your phone's brand[/I]
ro.product.manufacturer=[I]your phone's manufacturer[/I]
-Change these values to :
Code:
ro.product.model=Pixel 2 XL
ro.product.brand=Google
ro.product.manufacturer=Google
-now add this line at the end :
Code:
ro.opa.eligible_device=true
-save the file
-clear Google apps data
-Reboot
-Now u should have a google assistant with lens integration

what should i change in redmi3s build prompt , product model =Pixel 2XL or product devices =Pixel 2 XL

By "Clear Google Apps data", do you mean clearing data and cache for the Google app? I did just that and no lens button for me.
it's not working
Didn't get what you mean with clearing Google apps data, what apps? Do you mean only the "Google" app? Because I tried and it didn't worked for me.

Mmh, weird. Don't know what build your ROM is based but I think Google fixed the trick with the latest build of January.
It works. You just need to wait until a kind of "server switch" automatically enables your google lens. But, at exactly the same time you'll loose the "anytime OK Google hotword detection" feature.
So, it's a difficult choice for me
Any workaround to fix this?

Did it worked immediately after rebooting or did you had to wait some time until Google "pulled the switch"?
I did everything as mentioned and flashed the zip, but only habe lens in Google Photos now. Maybe i need to set my language to English? (It's German now, but I'll read that lens is also available in Germany)
Peace ✌

I had to wait a few moments after reboot. Recently flashed a new ROM and had to do it again. Took a bit longer second time round (like half an hour).
I think it will only work for English language currently (US, UK, Australia, Canada etc.).

I'm not sure if it's a system level language change or just per app. I would try the app to begin with just to be safe.

ControlCenter for Android

After the success of TouchBar for Androdid (success? TouchBar? what? link here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/app-touchbar-android-t3631847) I started a new project and it's already on the PlayStore.
What is it?
Do you want to give to your Android device a look from a different OS? You're in the right place! With ControlCenter for Android you can manage settings (WiFi, Bluetooth, access quickly to Airplane mode and Cellular Data) or control your favourite Music Player (long press to select yours).
There are also buttons to enable/disable Rotation, Do Not Disturb, Auto-Brightness and Ring/Vibration.
That's not all, you can also control Brightness and Sound Volume vertically and long click to be more precise.

I'm pushing v.1.1 (Pro) that fixes that bug, if you're using Free version I'll update it soon too!
Sorry for asking but is it possible to make a root version or xposed version of this?
why ads mate ? instead of that keep some features locked so that i dont get ads overlayed on my phone.
