Just found a N1 case and a company with a heart.....

Thought this was worth passing on. Been looking for a N1 case and came across Waterfield Designs SFBags - WaterField Designs - Laptop Bags - Laptop Sleeves - Checkpoint Friendly - Travel Cases - Made in USA. I was looking for something minimalist, and inexpensive, but not cheap, and they offer a product called the Suede Jacket for the N1 that seemed to fit the bill. In addition I, like many of you, am always looking for a good cause and through February 28, 2010, they will donate 5% of all Nexus One case sales to the international medical humanitarian organization, Doctors Without Borders, for Haiti earthquake victim relief. Again, for those of you who are looking for a case at a good price ($9.00) and contribute to a good cause, check out this company. Their customer support has been great so far, and I will be doing a review when I receive the product.

It looks good, little expensive IMO. 9 for just the sleeve and 13 for a sleeve with a pocket. Maybe if it was 5 bucks for the sleeve and 9 for the sleeve with a pocket I might bite. But seeing how a portion of this is going to Haiti that's understandable.. I'll give them that.
For me it's just a little too $ for something so simple that I can make at home with my sowing machine(though i'm sure most of you don't have one) I actually made the same thing but white for my iPod Touch about a year ago.

SFBags makes awesome stuff. Made in USA (last time I checked) ... I have a laptop bag of theirs, which was expensive, but it still looks new 3 laptops later

I looked at the bags, what is different in the bag they provides for the Nexus one with the sleeve which is supplied in the nexus one package?

So is this a sleeve/pouch the phone slides into, or is it like a gel case?

its similar to the neoprene case that comes with the phone, but since its suede its thinner material and allows the audio(which is already quiet) pass through a little better, PLUS this also has a small pocket on one side that can be used as a credit / id / business card pocket

Just wanted to bump this thread because of an awesome product.
I just dropped my N1 on concrete while trying to get in my car/fiddling with keys . That's about a 4 ft drop. luckily it was in this sleeve. no scratches whatsoever. I have their neoprene sleeve for my laptop but this suede jacket is awesome. It feels just like a thin piece of cloth but it very resilient and cleans the screen too. not bulky at all.

Any cases like these?

I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any cases like this available yet or if anybody is making a case like this? My friend has some cases like this for his Iphone and they are reall good at protecting the phone.

Had one for my iPhone 3G and it was PERFECT.

Best iPhone case I used was the incase slider - wish there were cases like that for the N1. Seidio Innocase II is somewhat similar, but the cutouts could be a bit better. Also, quite expensive trying to buy the case and getting it delivered to Aus.

Nice looking cases in the links...we definately need more case selections than just Seidio!

I've e-mailed both companies, Switcheasy said they are only doing Apple products right now but who knows what the future will hold, and case mate hasnt gotten back to me yet. Hopefully one of them starts or maybe a different company will.

I think I recall reading in another thread that Case-mate are going to start manufacturing Naked cases. They already have Clear Armour for the N1.

I emailed Speck and they said to basically monitor the website for new products.
It was a canned response. :-(

[Q] Z3 Bumper Case?

Hey all,
I was thinking about cases for the phone and I really love the look of the phone and hate covering up it's beauty so I was wondering if there existed phone bumpers like the old iPhone 4 used to have and make back in the day. If they made some for the Z3 (possibly in different colors too) I think that would be awesome. I've heard of there being a metal bumper but that just doesn't satisfy what I want, plus it doesn't look that great IMHO.
So I was wondering if any of y'all out there know if a bumper case similar to those on the iPhone's exists?

Compatible with iphone 6s plus cases?

I've found a pouch style case on Etsy which would be perfect for me.
I cant post links but search "Leather iPhone 6 Plus wallet, iPhone 6S Plus case with card holder in tobacco brown leather" in google and its the first link, made by "Benittorre"
As the dimensions of the 6P are very similar to the 6s+, and the case is designed for a 6s+, do you think it will fit?

It should fit the pouch just fine maybe a little higher due to the camera region but leather stretches over time.

If you want a pouch, why not go for one that appears specifically made for teh Nexus 6P.

I just ordered one of those in Red. Thanks for posting that link. I don't use a case so this sleeve will be perfect for me. These look good too. I can't wait to get mine. Awesome.

Vintage Leather Handmade Note 4 Case

I always hesitant to purchase something online when it has some value associated with it but I can honestly say I was most impressed with this case. It's exactly like it looks on the website. I would not hesitate to buy another one if I needed to or purchase one for a friend or family. The plastic inner casing was a bit damaged when I dropped but the wallet itself was in perfect condition. Just a bit of bad luck I guess

That looks nice and I like that color. I don't use that kind of case though because I like to put my phone on my jean pocket and also always use my note 4 for navigation.
