Hii Freinds,
I am facing strange problem, whenever i insert airtel 4g sim, I am not able to make call and if some calls me back get not reachable error
but 4g data service is working fine. BUT IF INSERT SAME SIM IN OTHER 4g COMPATIBLE handset call and data is working smoothly.
3g and 2g network working flawlessly.
is there any solution for the same?????????????

I'm not able to understand as both are GSM and if the phone is working on one sim , it should accept the other too
By the way the phone is imported.

have you checked the APN settings, you might wanna check online for the best configuration for your carrier

Bro i'm not talking about the 2g or 3g , it is not catching any signals only, it connects and disconnects continuously

I am in Bangalore. For me Tata Docomo is not working. But Airtel is working. But in Airtel i am able to get only 2G not 3G/4G.
Airtel sim connectivity issue
I have got my nexus 5 last novemeber and got it for service at an authorised service centre because of a blur screen issue. Now that issue is cleared, but i find it difficult to get a good coverage for airtel network even at places where airtel has good coverage. i have tried other sim (vodafone) as well and it works perfectly. This is not an APN issue; i have used the same airtel sim for almost one year in the same device
I took this to service centre and demanded an explanation, but they are saying other sims are working fine, and hence it is an error caused by airtel network.
I took a duplicate sim and also tried my sister's airtel sim. Both instances gave the same results of poor network connectivity.
Can anyone help??
i have tried factory reset as well... so i am almost out of options...
it will recognise my sim and get the network signal,I will be able to do calls and send messages.
With one sim card after setting the apn I will get even 4g LTE ,with another carrier with the same bands and coverage on my country won't get data connection.
Any idea ??everything else works fine

Getting jio signal but not registering on network

I installed HTC phone.apk (v 8) from apk mirror..
(By installing this I lost control over second sim but got option to select LTE in menu )
And settings (v8) from apk mirror ..
I was using reliance 4g sim ..(not jio)
After searching networks manually
I got jio but didn't got register
Any help
Will I get jio network if I use jio sim instead of reliance

I installed HTC phone apk v8
Restarted phone
And selected GSM/WCDMA/LTE in mobile network
I got jio network (not registered though)
Now I got jio sim but I'm not getting network..
Really pissed off
I think there is some kind of lock protecting to get 4g on this
HTC messed up with CDMA and LTE
Because when u select LTE only it switches slot to CDMA and we cannot scan network manually
Modding phone apk to disable CDMA may work I guess

Tried alot to get jio sim working.. Got the sim generating bar code somehow many tricks are given, sim is activated already got the message on registered number,but still unable to get any signal for JIO, Thing is HTC has done such cruelty by locking the 4G LTE, dnt know why they do it.. Same thing with my Sony Xperia ZL, In India they lock the 4G, WTF why they do it !?

No 4g and No developers for this phone to solve this issue
I would have believed HTC that phone is 3g only as they are saying ...but I got jio network once accidentally by procedure mention above

I am using moto g3 dual sim in india. Earlier, i was using 4g but 2 3 months back my phome stoppped recieving 4g network on this number.
I changed my sim twice and factory resetted my phone twice. I even tried contacting airtel customer care bit they were unable to rectify this issue.
Finally i ported out of airtel and got idea but still when i select 4g network of idea is unavailable.
I am in delhi where 4g network is available.
I have used my friends sim card of airtel and idea in the same slot, then 4g works. The issue seems to be with my number only.
Please help.
Go to the dialer
Dial *#*#4636#*#* a window will open
Go to phone information and set preferred network
type as LTE Only
Go to setting - more - mobile network - and set preffered network type as LTE Only
You are done wait a minute you will get 4g network
No 4G connectivity for so many months

I'm unable to connect to 4G network for almost 3 months. Previously was using Postpaid Airtel Sim which worked fine. But after switching to prepaid new number which is also Airtel 4G i couldnt able to access to 4G connection.
Got help from the provider even after resetting the network settings and eve
Tried with other sim card on my device which is also not working with 4G while my sim card is working with other devices and no sim card is getting connected to 4G in my device as of now.
Is this the fault of network? Or is this Bug from the OS?
try flashing modem again from stock firmware. hope that helps
I have honor 6X indian variant.My 4g connection works fine when I am using Reliance Jio carrier sim card.But when i switch to my vodafone simcard i am unable get 4g data speeds.I am able to view vodafone 4g network and connect to it.But when i turn on my mobile data i am only getting 2g or 3g speed.I have talked with customer care , rechecked my vodafone internet settings they all are fine.Vodafone is set as primary sim and 4g is enabled.Even my subscription plan is 4G plan i have checked.Can anyone help me to resolve this.

Yesterday i got update BLN-L22C675B340 , after installing there was no immediate change. but today since morning i am able to connect to 4g network all right. Don't know if it was due to carrier issue or phone software issue but its has gone away now for good.
Maybe you live in an area where Vodafone have no band of LTE that's compatible with your device
im using idea 4g. i do get 3g speed sometime when there is no 4g signal but at my home i alway have 4g i got good signal at home.

Vodafone keeps sending me sms like please insert your card in sim 1 slot to enjoy 4g.But I hv already kept it as my primary 4g sim.(see the screenshot, its in hindi lang)

So this makes my conclusion a logical one, Vodafone doesn't provide a 4G band that's supported by your device in the area where you live!

its LTE 3 1800 for Vodafone india in mumbai.And honor 6x supports it.

I use Vodafone 4g in my Honor 6x 3gb variant and its working fine...
From the screenshot you provided, we're you used to set your network manually to Vodafone 3g rather than 4g network?

I have always used automatic selection.Even if i manually select vodafone 4g it will register on network but it will still connect to 3g network.
Issue gone away like magic this morning , Don't know how

Does it have 4g network in your area... how about checking the same in other model.
Mine ia china variant but still all Indian sim works fine except jio volte calling but 4G is fine.
