hello i download a custom rom smartdroid daemon but it ask me to update my firmware to 3.33 and install 4ext recovery. Trying to flash the firmware it fail and when i flash the recovery it freeze when atempting to boot into recovery.

I got it from this site at user friendly firmware, because the rom i'm trying to flash required the 3.33 firmware

i first flash it from command prompt it fail and said remote not allowed then i flash it from bootloader when flashing it says fail-ic (image check fail)

have you enabled usb debugging mode from settings?
when you are using command prompt make sure that you are in fastboot mode
have you installed sdk tools(adb/fastboot) and htc drivers on your pc?

yes rzr86 i've enable usb debugging, when using command prompt i'm in fastboot mode and i've installed sdk tools (adb/fastboot) and htc drivers too on my pc.
so i don't get there is something i'm doing wrong or what or because it's china mobile??
the guy that sell it to me says it's htc sensation 4g but in settings it says Z710T

i don't know what else to suggest
look in the internet for any guide about china sensations or even here in xda
edit: you can do this
chnage your cid to supercid
then flash whatever ruu you want or try the firmware again

i try five ruu and it keep telling me fail image check and signature verification fail when it atemp to flash the bootloader
now the things is it's possible to upgrade the hboot??

The usual solution would be to restore a nandroid backup.
Barring that, try clearing cache and dalvik cache then rebooting.

Your present firmware does only support a GB based ROM. Did you try to flash a ICS based ROM?? If so you will get bootloop. Flash a GB based ROM or restore is GB nandroid backup.
You are S-ON . So It is difficult to flash new firmware to use ICS. You can not install a PG58IMG.zip to upgrade your firmware. So if you are interested to use ICS you have to flash an Official ICS RUU. Else you can run revolutionary to achieve S-OFF after installing a working GB ROM. S-OFF will make your life much easier.

It's again a personal choice. My suggestions:
.arhd 3.x.x or arhd 4.x.x series rom.

Why on earth did you "fastboot oem lock" ??
Anyway, before you go anywhere, can you get S-OFF, without S-OFF almost all changes are impossible.
At the moment can you issue any ADB commands to the phone e.g. "adb reboot-bootloader" ?

Have you tried to S-OFF using revolutionary in its current state ? It currently supports the following HBOOTs:
"HTC Sensation (pyramid) 1.17.0006, .0008, .0011 and .0012, 1.18.0000" so yours is covered.

Computer doesn't recognize phone in HBOOT mode just bootloader... it says UNKNOWN DEVICE in Device Manager. I've also tried on different computers, usb cables and adb drivers.... still nothing with HBOOT :/
Seems like you don't have htc driver installed.
You can either install Htc Sync (which will automatically install driver) or make a serch in the forums for HTC driver.

can you reboot in bootloader?
if yes, select fastboot and plug usb to your pc.
If you did intall HTC driver it should be recognized by pc now! then from here try again to run the RUU.exe

I can reboot in bootloader and it is recognized by PC only in fastboot mode, but I get SIGNATURE error while flashing ROM
Now I am downloading "RUU_Pyramid_hTC_Asia_India_1.45.720.1_Radio_10.56.9035.00U_10.14.9035.01_M_release_207653_signed.exe" just to try... I hope it will work...

My friend bought this phone recently and it has been used and rooted. It had some version of SAGA 3D rom which he didn`t like and he tried to install one other rom (I don`t exactly know which). Once he installed rom he rebooted his phone and it was stuck on HTC logo for 20 min and then tried to install couple of other roms (Yes he did the full wipe of chache ,data and system ) which also didn`t work and than he gave it to me. I tried to return it back to stock by installing RUU (version RUU_Saga_S_HTC_Europe_2.10.401.9_Radio_20.4801.30.0822U_3822.10.08.04_M_release_234765_signed) . Recovery is REVOLUTIONARY.
I`d appreciate if you could help me .

If you want to boot a custom ROM you have to flash boot.img via fastboot (search the forum how)
If you want to use a RUU you have to lock the bootloader (search for it too)

expert please correct me if I'm wrong, but if you want to use the RUU, you need to use the latest one that has 2.00.0002 Hboot or higher if your Hboot is 2.00.0002.. because if you can't push the misc_version you can't "fool" the RUU.. you could try using the ICS RUU.. (that 2.10.401.9 RUU if I remember correctly is the GB with Sense 3.x)

This RUU is only for Russia. Your cid is for Italy nonbranded so
2.10.401.8 should work. Do not forget to lock the bootliader.
If not working you can use adb in custom Recovery or flash the ICS RUU

Forgot to mention this.. you should lock the bootloader in fastboot mode (i believe fastboot mode doesn't require you to turn on adb)
just go to bootloader, connect the phone through USB cable, go to fastboot mode and type:
fastboot oem lock
then flash the ICS RUU..

Okay first off...smaller fonts are your friend.
Second, are you s-on still?
What current firmware version do you have?
Try to enable 4ext Smart Flash.
If it won't work flash latest firmware package and check if you are S-On or S-Off.

You need to upgrade your firmware to 3.32 or the latest 3.33 BUT you first need to S-OFF your phone.
In Sensation Android Development there are guides that will help you doing this.

you should have used revolutionary.io to S-OFF your device
there wan't no reason to unlock your bootloader with your hboot version

and after that you have to upgrade your fw version in order to install ics or jb rom

tell me the output of that command - you need the fastboot files on your computer, then put the phone into bootloader and connect to pc. Open up cmd and cd to where you put the files, eg. "cd C:\fastboot" press enter then run the command

Yes you can. You need to know your CID and then you can perform a RUU update. For this you need to have stock recovery installed and relocked your bootloader IF you are S-ON. When S-OFF its not necessary to relock the bootloader and you easily can switch between hboot versions directly. You know your CID?

What are you going to do? If you want install some actual custom rom you will need HBOOT 2.15 which is not released by your provider.
BUT
You can gain S-OFF --> switch CID --> install unbranded EU version with HBOOT 2.15 and then you'll be able to install the newer roms
The only poinz is if we can gain S-OFF with your actual firmware or better on of the two update RUUs avaiable.
May be you can google for it.
If you hust wanted to update HBOOT for some other reason --> SRY for spamming you

I flashed RUU i got error 155 .and i put it in fastboot flashed and same 155 error pops up.i tried flash it with CM by recovery TWRP. was fail i changed the reocvery to CWM than was same fail while i flashed mike1986 or CM nightly .
whats problem?

I FLASHED MANY RUU NOT ONLY 1 EVEN FLASHED T-MOBILE UK ONE .
I THINK 1 THING I DIDN'T DO IT IS ONLY THE S-ON.

you have to relock first your bootloader in order to flash a ruu.exe
also you need to use the specific ruu for your region(same firmware or higher) and cid

The device version is: not showed .while i start RUU .Because its fail.it won't go into android boot
but the highest version RUU i have is: 3.32.415.15

no not worked ...but i didn't relock it.i didn't think its problem for relock it.but i try for relock it.i forgot to relock it

you have to relock the bootloader
otherwise the ruu won't work

do you have a sensation/sensation 4G/sensation XE device?
post the out put from this command

don't show your imei and serial number
