How to install u10 update in u251 version?

I'm new user in this forum.
I have the g6-u251 version, and My question is that i don't know how install the u10 B330 version update. Please help me!

- Download official B136 Rom from austrian Huawei site

- Extract the dload folder to PC and copy to SD card.
- Go to Options→System Info→Update System→Local Update
---- Phone will reboot in recovery mode and install the update. At the end you'll have Emui 2.0 JellyBean Rom B136 as your system
------------ If you previously flashed a custom recovery (i.e. CWM or TWRP) deleting the stock one, you'll get an error similar to "E:Invalid command argument". You have two solutions:
---------------- 1)Turn off the phone, press Volume DOWN+Volume UP+Power buttons, release power on boot, vols when start to flash it.
---------------- 2)Download this, is the original recovery image, https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B0xf81pxOQgxTVpxU3RaTWNyRWc/edit and flash it by fastboot with ADB,
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
- Now reboot the phone and it should notifies of an available update to KitKat, rom B360. Simply accept the update.

------If not, turn off the phone, press vol UP and power, clean cache and go to update by zip, look for the file update.zip

->see if pc find the phone, execute See_if_phone_is_recognized.exe

->insert the code where says "Unlock code"!
->click in "desbloquear!"

2. Download adb if you dont have it, from the link above:
3. extrad ADB TOOLS from zip to desktop, open it and open ADB_TOOLS
4. In PC go to c:\Windows\System32 look for cmd, COPY and paste in ADB_TOOLS.
5. Press volume down and power button to go in fastboot mode, and plug the phone in to PC.
6. Open cmd (doble click in cmd)
7. Type this:
Fastboot flash recovery CWM.img
fastboot reboot
8. Copy "UPDATE-Kinguser-3.4.0.zip" to your SD CARD
9. Turn OFF the phone, press vol + and power, release power on boot to go to recovery mode CWM
10. clear cache
11. Press install zip from sd card
12. Click update UPDATE-Kinguser-3.4.0.zip
13. wait for confirmation and after that when it complete REBOOT your phone
14. After rebooting go to Google play and install any root checker to see if is OK.
Now fix Cust:
The Roms are created for a specific provider , with a specific configuration. A ROM can be compatible with various models , such as U10 with the U251 , L11 with P7mini or even between the same zone countries .
But in the end we find small problems , such as lack of Shortcut Bar in version 4.3 and lack of applications in version 4.4 ! It has to do with the configuration of the CUST folder. How to fix ? We need access ROOT and an explorer as the Root Browser , which can be found in Google Play.
With Root Browser, in this case, we will go to folder /DATA and seek the custom.bin file, open it as a text file, you will see something such as vodafone/pt, for example, now we left the folder /DATA and go to the folder /CUST , we open it and we will usually find a folder with the name hw, we will change the name of it to the first name that we saw in custom.bin in our example will is vodafone, use small font, now we entered the vodafone folder and we will find another folder that usually his name is normal, let's switch to the second name of our exemple which will be pt, use small font!
Now just leave the Root Browser , turn off your phone , enter the recovery , perform a factory reset and start the phone normally.All will be fixed.

A bit difficult to figure out what happend. Did you have the abd driver on computer? did you hold the buttons to goto the bootloader? One thing is sure your phone is atill alive.

Try to hold Vol+ and start see if you can get into the bootloader.

1- Download the multi-tool & Huawei update extractor
2- Download the B370 & B309 Downgrade packet from http://www.hihonor.com/fr/pages/support#?view=downloads
3- Open Huawei update extractor and extract BOOT& CUST & RECOVERY & SYSTEM and copy them to the Folder 'Unbrick' in the multi-tool folder
4- Open the multi-tool and and go to the fastboot in your phone , then follow the steps in multi-tool for the unbrick (-6 Unbrick)
5-When its done , dont turn off the phone download BOOT & RECOVERY from this link LINK (hxxps://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzujZI5OEVIRWWxyLXNjRGNWb3c/view?usp=sharing
replace xx with tt)

Hi i have an Honor8 and it's kinda destoryed
Problem :
1 Phone is stuck honor 8 logo or it show me the EMUI Huawei eReocover where i have three options A) shutdown B) reboot C) Download latest Version and recovery [ tried options C But i fails to download the package everytime ]
2: my honor 8 is usb dead meaning my pc dosent recognize my phone in anyway so.... yeah
3: Dont have stock Rom or custom rom
4: cant boot to twrp recovery at all
Good news at this point :
The Power and volume bottoms work ..........
Oh and i have Mrico SD card .........
IF you can solve this Problem you my friend are a certify genuineness

Method 1
1) First, download Android 7.0 Nougat ROM for Honor 8 from above and extract it.
2) Now create a folder dload in the root of your SD card and place the update.app file in that folder.
3) Now dial *#*#2846579#*#* from your phone dialer to open a hidden menu.
4) Now click on Project Menu -> Software Upgrade -> SDCard Upgrade.
5) Now select and run the update.
6) Wait until the installation process is complete and then reboot your device.
7) Now extract the second file (update_data_full_hw_eu) from above and save all the files in the dload folder.
8) Now repeat step 3 to 6 again.
9) Done.

1) Download Stock ROM for Huawei and extract it.
2) Now create a folder dload in the root of your SD card and place the update.app file in that folder.
3) Now turn off your device.
4) Now press “Volume Up + Volume Down and Power Button” together. The update process will start automatically.

press volume up, down and power when you start the phone. The firmware (UPDATE.APP) should be in a folder called dload and it should install.

The file named "Update_data_full_hw_(insert your region here).ZIP" It's a US, EU or Asia specific file you should flash as well. It include soft keyboard and other useful stuff.
Place ALL of its contents in the dload folder when flashing.

Bricked my GR5 2017 (Honor 6x)

Hello,
I have BLL-L21C185 phone, i managed to unlock it and root it successfully. But i wanted to unroot it using this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-6x/how-to/how-to-to-stock-emui-5-0-flashing-twrp-t3679985 and failed now my phone have no os and can't flash twrp recovery, i tried dload method but flashing fail at 5% even after trying different builds. i still can get the phone to boot in fastboot but adb command are not working only fastboot command are. i really need your help
i was on this build before all this happened BLL-L21C185B379

Update: I managed to boot to twrp and restore since i made a twrp backup before attempting to unroot but my model number showing: generic_a15 and my bulid number is: NRDM90M test-keys instead of BLL-L21C185B379 and some apps are missing/not working.
i want to return full stock i'm really desperate plz help me

Flash the small data file of same version via twrp
If worked then good else flash oeminfo and then dload the same firmware, your build number will fix

i tried to flash the small data via twrp but with no success, i tried even dload method with no success it fail at 5%,

You need to flash rhe oeminfo via twrp and then dload the full srock firmware

Did you flash firmware via dload post oeminfo file?

Yes but fail at 5% most app not work like camera call microphone and speaker don't work either

is it possible to rebrand the phone or anything just to get it working properly with twrp and fastboot access

Try booting to erecocery and see if it is able to download the firmware and reboot. If not, you can try debranding but if dload doesn't work there then tou will get stuck

i retraced my steps back to this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/hon...-twrp-t3679985 since i was not careful enough the first time, everything went smoothly but always stuck on dload at 5%
i'm able to boot to erecovery and stock recovery, tried downloading/ factory reset but with no success, should i use different build??

I finally managed to unbrick my GR5 2017 (Honor 6x) BLL-L21 after i lost all hope
After countless attempts to unbrick the phone i managed to go back full stock with EMUI,
All i had to do is:
> Get a GOOD sd card 8gb at least, mine was SanDisk
> Full wipe/data format in twrp
> Turn off the phone
> Now go back to your pc and unzip the update.zip file that you downloaded (make sure to download the correct file depending on your model number)
> Create dload folder in the update folder
> Put UPDATE.APP file in dload folder
> Format sd card using exFAT
> Copy dload folder to the sd card
> Put sd card inside the phone and press volume up + volume down + power at the same time
> Wait until u see Huawei/ Honor logo and release all buttons
> Now the phone will detect the package and start updating
> After update is successful the phone will reboot
Here it gets a bit tricky for me, after reboot i had this message "your phone has failed verification and may not work properly", so this is what i did:
> Shut down phone and remove sd card
> Go back to your computer and unzip this file "update_full_BLL-L21_hw_meafnaf.zip" (make sure to download the correct file for your model)
> Now create a folder and rename it "dload" and move the UPDATE.APP file from the update_full_BLL-L21_hw_meafnaf inside the dload folder
> Format sd card using exFAT
> Copy dload folder to the sd card
> Put sd card inside phone and press volume up + volume down + power at the same time
> Wait until u see Huawei/ Honor logo and release all buttons
> Now the phone will detect the package and start updating
> After update is successful the phone will reboot
> Now phone will boot properly
> setup your phone and enjoy

for info i put all the files into "dload" it contain :

1.DOWNLOAD THIS FIRMWARE(IT'S THE FIRMWARE LINKED UPER IN PREREQUISITES DON'T DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN(LINK)
2.EXTRACT IT,AGAIN AN (.TAR.GZ) ARCHIVE IN IT EXTRACT THAT
3.COPY "dload" FOLDER IN MAIN DIRECTORY OF YOUR SD CARD(SDCARD FORMAT SHOULD BE FAT32)
4.TURN OFF THE PHONE,DISCONNECT THE PHONE FROM PC,CONNECT IT TO CHARGER
5. PUSH VOLUME UP & DOWN AND POWER FOR TWO SECOND RELEASE POWER BUTTON AND HOLD VOLUME BUTTONS UNTIL PHONE GOING TO UPGRADE BY SD MODE LET IT UPDATE AND DONT DISCONNECT CHARGER.
6.WHEN DONE PHONE REBOOTS

9.AFTER UPGRADE FACTORY RESET DEVICE
