I'm running Mako IV Rom on my S6 and the Xposed Framework is version 74 (custom built by wanam/20150915) but I havent got SnapPrefs to work on my phone.
Has anybody else got it to work?

What does work great is casper. That's all I use for Snapping. Has almost all of the same features.

Anyone know why a rooted S6 with custom rom and kernal won't play nice with the gear vr headset? Specifically the occulus software installer won't kick off.
Is there specific firmware and build/model settings I need. I have the international edition of S6 so wasn't expecting problems.
I think you need a kernel from Samsung to use vr.. Not sure though as I have not rooted my s6 yet.

I'm on Arrow rom v9 and I just tried arter kernel 10; oculus home won't start up for me. I'll have to try crash rom.
Oculus home launches with hacker kernel but I have color issues discussed in my link above.

Yeah, I'm afraid I have that problem.
Thought it was just a limitation of the system. Let's hope we can get that fixed.
Anyone found a custom rom and kernel combination that doesn't have color issues?
Maybe wanam's rom and kernel but i don't try i keep stock rom for the moment
I did a wipe and installed extralite rom with arter v11 kernel; color issues are gone so it's running like stock firmware; so happy now!

Yes, I'm using XTouchWiz and I'm very happy with it.
As I know gravitybox is for vanilla rom. I dont think will work on touchwiz. But xTouchWiz is working good.
After lots of tries i found there is a problem between Xposed and All other camera mods for our Z3 (i have no info about other phones like Z2). So we cant use Xposed + Pexocam or Cyberian or... in Marshmallow (there is no problem with LP!) and it gives u something like this message: "Camera is in use by another application, please close other apps..."
(Note i tested with both .575 and .570)
Anyone has a workaround or has both Xposed and camera mod without problem??

I have xposed v85 and have used both of those mods. Likely it's a module than xposed as a whole as I have no trouble.
Have you confirmed it works without xposed installed? Maybe it's another mod?

Yeah I confirm its Xposed, Without it everything works fine
I just had gravity box on xposed but i cleared its data so that must be a xposed problem

Tried once again with just xposed installed (all modules except greenify - which is inactive- were uninstalled) and camera mods not working.
I dont know how this could happen since you have both xposed and camera mods!
I did this:
flashed rom --> flashed Pexocam v8 --> Everything working fine --> Flashed latest Xposed --> Pexocam not working!!!

Flash xposed first.
I always flash ROM, Xposed, then mods.
Tbh it shouldn't make much difference but something to try.
I'm on MWA 5.0.0 by Pandemic.
If you use custom ROM perhaps something has been edited that the camera required to function?

Could try another ROM with xposed and camera mod and see if it works?

Its "not" an xposed problem, its quite easy to blaim xposed but i use it a long time and totally no issues with it, maybe is it just the camera mod or duplicated lines in the end of your build.prop !

I use xposed for a long time too and I never had any issues with it - thanks to its creator - but whenever i uninstall xposed, camera mods work well. Idk if there is any problem with build.prop but it mustn't be camera mod problem since many users installed it successfully.

1. I had Rajeev's Superusermod for cyberian camera III since it was needed but for PexoCam i didn't flash it.
2. I use MM version
3. Everything is at latest version
4. No logs
Hello, sorry that I've dug out an old post. But yes, my Xposed is also conflicting with camera mods (both Cyberian & Pexocam). Camera mods worked when Xposed framework was not installed but once installed, crashed.
Have you found any workaround?
On stock pre-rooted .575 (D6653) as well.

I am using Resurrection Remix 5.8.5 (Android 7.1.2) on my Honor 5C (Unlocked Bootloader, Custom Recovery, Rooted with Magisk)
I am using Xposed modules like Greenify, Fake Wifi, Instant Face Unlock and a few others.
But I want to use Substratum too, to have more customization.
It seems like no one asked the question here, so here it is: Can xposed and Substratum work on the same ROM ? Or will it cause bugs, Bootloops or others problems ? Resurrection Remix is a ROM that work with Substratum, but I don't know with Xposed...
Maybe I'm asking a dumb question, but these apps are both modifying system...
TL;DR: I want to know if Substratum and Xposed can work together in Android N.

Same question from me, Im on an S7 with superman rom v2.90 and Im getting a "it seems that you are on a unsupported samsung device, but firebase could not be verfied" error message.
So, I tested and i had no bug at all. I have installed SwiftBlack theme (paid) and a navbar theme, and everything work fine: the navbar and the theme are applied without problem. Apparently Xposed and Substratum can work together with these theme and the modules I listed in my first post.

Well, i don't know if Substratum will work on this rom... I'm using Resurrection Remix, and it's a ROM supported by Substratum, but i don't know how this will work for you... Maybe you should do a backup and try by yourself. If your ROM is based on Samsung ROM or on LineageOS, that may work... If it work, just don't forget to disable all themes before installing an update, or you may have bootloops.

This ROM is samsung based.
So I got Sungstratum installed, along with Substratum and a test theme - no joy. Loading up Substratum app gives me the same annoying error " it seems that you are on supported samsung device, but firebase could not be verified."

Oh, sorry about that. I don't think I can help you, i'm new to Substratum and i don'tuse Samsung ROMs... Maybe you should create a new thread to ask others users what to do.
Substratum and xposed work fine in 4 ROMs I've tried out...
One my OP7 Pro I am rooted running magisk on Pie. In the past on other roms and devices, I have been able to add Xposed to magisk as a module and install Gravity Box in Xposed just to get the one option to add the day and date, eg: Oct 29 GB is way too much for one feature.
Are their any modules, hacks, etc without installing Xposed and GB on my device (which I'm not sure is possible but don't want that option)?
Any advice?

Did you get a solution? I'm interesting too.
Two solutions I am aware of. EdXposed and GravityBox. or K-Klock substratum theme. I personally use K-Klock as it was the only feature I really wanted from GB as well.
