Convert XT1032 to falcon_umts?

I have a Moto G running Android 4.4.2 GPE, I just installed this firmware in Fastboot Mode, everything is fine. However I wanted to update to the latest 4.4.4 via OTA, however, as my Moto was XT1032 before I flashed the firmware I cannot install the OTA, because in TWRP Recovery, I receive a message saying something like "can't install as the OTA is for falcon_umts and your device is XT1032". Any suggestions on how I convert XT1032 to falcon_umts (GPE)? I would rather a method that does not result in me having to reset my device.

I believe you need to install the OTA using the stock recovery

[Q] Build fingerprint mismatch during lollipop update in moto g xt1033

I am using Moto g (1st gen) Asian version (XT1033) with Android kitkat 4.4.4. When I tried to upgrade to lollipop (Asian sock test) using OTA, it returns an error that my current build is not

History: My moto g originally comes with Android 4.3 and I upgraded to 4.4.4 via OTA(official) update. After release of Lollipop Brazilian OTA, I flashed my device with Brazillian 4.4.4 stock Rom and successfully upgraded to Lollipop 5.0 using OTA. After couple of days I found 5.0.1 (Brazillian OTA) and try to upgrade but for some issues(network) I tried to downgrade to 5.0 and accidentally flash Brazillian 4.4.4 again. As a result my device was soft bricked(Hang on Boot). I managed to fix the brick using Android GPE and successfully installed kitkat 4.4.4(Asian stock edition). After the soft brick I can't flash any other Rom because it failed on gpt.bin and motoboot.img. So i can't upgrade to Lollipop again using Brazillian stock rom. Currently I am using Asian kitkat 4.4.4 stock Rom without any problem.
I checked build.prop file but it shows the exact fingerprint version that Asian lollipop OTA (sock test) asked for. Where is actually the fingerprint file and how can I change it?

Finally I figure out the problem. Custom recovery or other recovery except stock ROM can't update lollipop OTA. You have to flash the recovery of stock ROM. After flashing the stock recovery (4.4.4) everything is working just fine.

[Q] lollipop update problem

i have unlocked my motog and rooted it.
i have used cm11 for some time.
installed stock( motog x1033 asia retail 4.4.4) rom again 2 mnths back. i got the zip file from some link i got when i googled for it and flashed it using flashboot and command prompt.
it has now stock rom kiykat 4.4.4 with cmw6.0
today i got lollipop update and clicked im in .
the update got downloaded and got stuck in cmw recovery.
it said the update needs 4.4.4 or 5.0.1 but my phone has 4.4
i didnt understand what it said.
it went into boot loop
i pressed vol down + power and selected reboot
now the phone is stable
what should i do now ? how can i update now?

Please advise me how can i update now to lollipop

XT1033 motog 1st gen : Unable to update from Lollipop 5.0.2 to 5.1

On doing system update 5.1, after reboot , system auto rebooted in middle, get a message that says "Software update unsuccessful. Sorry, there was a problem updating your Moto G. No changes were made."
I am suspecting once i try to downgrade from 5.0.1 to kitkat, but unsuccessful so i did fastboot method to install 5.0.2.
Current version running on my motog 1st is 5.0.2:
Baseband version: MSM8626BP_1032.3105.93.OOR EMEA_DSDS_CUST
system version: 220.21.28.falcon_umtsds.AsiaRetail.en.03
Build Version: LXB22.46-28

moto g brick after 5.1 update

i updated my moto g to 5.1 nd i downgraded to 4.4.4 thn 5.0.2 update came nd someone clicked install nd then it did not boot at all becaus it was in 5.1 bootloader nd while updating it s downgraded to 5.0.2 bootloader so pls help i want 5.1 qboot
