Is cellunlocker or the like a good option? Has anyone attempted to use radiocomm or another free method. Thanks for your input

I have used Cellunlocker once for getting unlock code my friend's Note 3
DON'T use cellunlocker.net. It took them about 4 days to come up with a code that didn't work. After being forced to upload several videos of me trying the unlock code and proving that my phone wasn't rooted or running a custom ROM, they still refused to issue a refund claiming my phone was modified. It's been 17 days and they still can't come up with a working code. Avoid them like the plague!
I used radiocomm on my mine and used it on T-Mobile.

I called AT&T. Then I told them I wanted the subsidy unlock code for my phone. They told me no at first. Then I explained I travel a lot. They asked a few questions like: did you pay full price for the phone; do you travel overseas a lot, etc. I said I needed it unlocked when I travel overseas. Three days later I had the unlock code for free. I think it all depends on who you talk to at AT&T, and if you have a plan with some international features I guess.

So is there no way to unlock a i727 manually without purchasing a code?
There's got to be a way guys...anyone..?
Where do all these website get these codes to sell from?
ATT will provide you with an unlock code free like the previous posts, I think there's an amount of time you have to wait though. Not sure if its based on how long you've been a customer or how long you've had the phone.
Give them a call or get a hold of a live chat rep on their website, that's where I received my unlock code for my Xperia Play before I sold it.

Hey guys I'm tired of getting raped monthly by AT&T, is there a free way to unlock my HOX so I can switch service providers? I've checked online and there are multiple sites that can do it for a "small" fee.
Nope, you need to use a paid unlock service.
cellunlocker.net $10 bucks. Might be more expensive than the others, but they are very reliable.
Dont change ur imei to match somebodys who already bought a code, then change it back whatever u do!!!! You would have to dd p4, fix it and dd it back which i think is illigal.

Unlock_Fusion on eBay charges $6 for an unlock code. It's instant too. I unlocked my One X earlier in 15 minutes.

It says the unlock requires:
Country
Network provider
model number
I don't see where they require a phone number.
I've been browsing the web looking for a legitimate looking site but all of them look like scam sites to me.
Where did you get your unlock codes from? i would apreciate it deeply.
Search on eBay for unlock fusion
http://item.mobileweb.ebay.ca/viewi...0913546611&index=4&nav=SEARCH&nid=21100421040
This may not be your carriers but search for your carrier and you can find one for around 3-10 dollars and it comes within 15 minutes!

Hi I'm looking to find a way to carrier unlock my mothers droid ultra (Verizon) she's looking to switch to straight talk is there a way for me to do it without paying a company to send me the unlock code? If not does anyone have experience with going from vzw to st with an non unlocked device?

afaik, its already unlocked and I have seen here saying its working on T-Mob Nano SIM without an issue (2G and reframed 3G, but NO LTE). But I am NOT from US, so some other members can be more accurate than me...

Hey.. I was using mine on straight talk. Now I'm using it with cricket and still works fine. I get H+ most of the time but sometimes and in certain places I get LTE.
No unlock code needed. And I have the latest update. Not rooted or anything. 100% stock.

Not sure if this can go here but I was having problems unlocking my Note 5 on T-Mobile, I am financing it but I have had it on my account account for more than 45 days and every time I used the unlock appreciate it would error out well I called T-Mobile and I decided to trying while I was on hold and BAM it unlocked, so I was able permanent unlock KY T-Mobile Note 5 sexyness, which is awesome the app took a little loving to work but it did eventually and now I can use my AT&T Sim when I'm out in the boonies.

That's odd - You aren't supposed to be able to unlock until the device is paid for.
I just tried it and it permanently unlocked mine too! Woot!
Confirmed on mine and my wife's phone too. That's hilarious.
I'm disagreeing at all, but I believe they do say in the fine print you can as long as the phone has been on your line for 45 days
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
is this the "device unlock" app from playstore?
I tried using that one and it told me that my device is not compatible.
Confirm worked on both of my Note 5, but not work on my S6 edge
To those who had the app work, are your phones rooted? I wonder if it matters. Mine is fully paid off but was paid for and used very briefly by someone on Swappa. It hasn't been on my line for 45 days yet and is rooted; the app is saying my device isn't compatible.
No I'm not rooted and you cant be it seems and yes you have to have your phone on your line for 45 days or more active
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
Mine are not rooted. Also, it wont work if you use wifi connection to request unlock.
I don't see any device unlock app on play worth the try , witch is it ?

Do you know if we were to uproot and go back to stock if it would then work since root is being removed?
I'm not exactly sure worth a try.

well i bought my note phone in the USA (currently in europe) and they unlocked it for me but with root.
And when i try to use this application it either sais failure in procedure or unknow reason.
the phone is fully paid off... so should i reflash the stock version and then try the application to see if i can unlock it (and yes i have my tmobile sim with me)
