you need to get the network unlock code, you can buy it online, or you can try to ask your operator.

Cheapest Place to Unlock Samsung Galaxy S 4G?

I just called my carrier (Mobilicity in Canada) and they informed me that I should go online for an unlock code.
The cheapest place I found was for $25 (I won't post the link so I'm not mistaken for a spammer as this is my first post), and considering BlackBerry unlock codes are as cheap as $6, I am hoping that there is something cheaper than $25.
Can anybody recommend a site?
I don't want to come across as spamming the site either, but we provide unlock codes for Samsung's around that price.
BlackBerry phones are the cheapest of any phone to unlock and unfortunately you won't be able to get the codes for Samsung phones any where near $6.
Hope that helps.
New mode,
There is plenty of information here that would help you out without spending much more than a few beers and desk time.
You can search the forums
or since you know your phone model
First place is the main forum for your phone:
Samsung Galaxy S 4G Main Forums
Then search unlock

Get unlock code nokia 1020 from rogers

Hi everybody, I'm a little desperate, exactly one year ago I purchased 4 phones nokia 1020 on ebay usa, but then I realized they were locked by network rogers canada. I searched many websites (cellunlocker.net, samunlocks.net) to buy the unlock codes without success, all pages return: CODE NOT FOUND. Please I'll be very grateful if anyone can help me or if someone lives in canada to help me get the codes, or if you can unlock the cell by software. I am willing to pay any price, thanks

Need a better/reliable service for Samsung Region Unlock ?

Hi I'm from India,Kerala. We have a large number of people working on gulf countries so a large number of gulf handsets. And most of them are Samsung, and most of them are region locked. In the past it wasn't an issue thanks to XDA i used regionlockaway.apk to remove the region lock but it's not possible now with the new handsets.
What I'm asking here is a cheapest yet reliable way to unlock the phone. I think there is no software trick out there which is free so I'm willing to pay but I want to know the most reliable and most cheapest services out there If anyone know please do help.
Thanks in advance :good:
