Hi, I'm new to the forum and I hope that I asked the question in the right place
My English is bad but I hope you will understand my problem and help to solve it.
I have Prestigio MultiPad 8.0 HD PMP5588C_DUO and three days ago there was a problem. When started, freeze on boot screen and will not continue. Download on official site last firmware for i found on the internet that is the problem. Unzip, copy on sd card, put sd card in tablet, press volume up + power but nothing happens. Only freeze on boot screen and will not continue.
I hope you understand and that you will help me to solve the problem.

Hi.
My dad bought an Ampe 10 and one day it simply didn't start. So I'm trying to fix it.
I'm suppose to be able to get into a recovery menu if i hold volume - and power it on. But it stops at the android character with the thing spinning in its stomach. I've tried installing livesuit but i cant find any drivers so my computer can't recognize the tablet (also tried Pdanet).
Now I have no idea what to do?
Anyone know how i can fix it?
Excuse my english.
Help appreciated!

Hi there,
I am using a Q8H 2014 02 20 A23 Allwinter tablet. This tablet has pretty bad battery issues so I have looked to swap the battery with one from my older tablet (this doesn't fit its far to big) however my issue before and after replacing the battery is the OS would constantly reboot as soon as I got to the homescreen I litterally get 1minute into it then it reboots again. Have already tried to factory reset and it sits there with the dead android logo guy and does nothing.
I am wanting to know if this indeed a OS issue if so how can I fix it I have had a search on the net trying to find the ROM file for this model but I am unable to find what I require, I saw when it goes into recovery that I can grab a rom via SD card if I am not mistaken.
Is it possible for someone to help me with the rom file I require and able to tell me if this will fix my issue??
Thanks for your help in advance.
Regards,
Time Bandit
Apologies if I have put this in the wrong place.

After that i rebooted it again, now im stuck on starting screen after the lenovo logo appears... I provided some screenshots... I dont know what to do please help me anyone who is good in this... Any advice and help would be pretty much appreciated..

With my tablet this extacly issue happens but I tried pressing Power OFF and only VOLUME UP !! trigger then a chinese menu appeard. Here it is opposite as to the menu in English, because you use volume up to accept and volumne down to go through different modes - select the only option that contains some letters in English (smth like e MMC...) : this will bring your tablet to the point as if it was recently purchased so you will need to start from setting it up again, but it works again and very smoothly. hope it will help!. You can watch detail for this process in Lenovo S5000 Tablet Manual. Good luck.
Hello,
I hope it is the right place to ask for help .... The automatic system update failed and now the tablet is stuck at Android System Recovery Screen. Wipe Data / factory reset does not bring the system back, so I guess I need to upload rom / update from sd card - I got option "apply update from sd card".
So, please, help me to recover from this situation as my tablet is stuck .... I do not have or could not find the right files to use with "apply update from sd card."
Or, any links to the tutorial for updating / uploading rom for this model will help ...
Thank You very much in advance.
Kindest Regards
Lukasz
I solved the problem by uploading the rom again.
1) SPF Tool + MTEK drivers for win
2) Official ROM
Just two things:
a) if SPF throws error you need to choose upgrade firmare not download
b) you need to take off the back cover and unattach the battery otherwise it will not work
Have a nice day

I will now move your thread to the dedicated section .

Hi everyone. Just did the solution like what Luqpa_W said but my tablet is still bootlooping on lenovo screen. There is no problem during flashing and everything seems fine during flashing. I do not really understand what is the problem with my tablet. If someone knows how to deal with it, please let me know.

EDITED: My tablet just got booted! After several times of reboot, it seems working. Thanks!
