What firmware are you on? Turning off usb debugging doesn't brick anything. What did you do to get to where you are now? Give some details.

Hi there, you should download smart switch and use emergency firmware recovery, From there you should click 'more' then click emergency software recovery. Key in your device SM-G920F (Or whatever your version is) then input your serial number (Found on your device Box/back panel of your phone) then voila, it should download the latest firmware for you. Remember to boot into download mode

I used the one click root guide for the Nexus S. It unlocked and rooted my phone. Now it's stuck at bootloader and I can't use it at all. I'm trying to use one click unrooter but my phone won't connect to my computer. I'm completely stuck and frustrated. PdaNet keeps saying it fails to handshake with device. I think the problem is I can't get to USB Debugging. Its just stuck at the Bootloader screen.
Hello,
I broke my screen and I want to use the androidscreencast in order to recover some data on my Samsung GT-I9195.
I installed ADB version 1.4.2.
When I plug my phone on my computer (win7), the phone is recognized and I can browse its content.
But the command adb devices returns nothing:
"List of devices attached:
"
Edit: I first tried to recover my phone with Kies but the phone is not recognized.
Can somebody help me?
Thanks in advance.

Before I start suggesting soloutions/ideas was USB Debugging enabled through developer options before the screen smashed as if not there's not much you can do via ADB.

Unfortunately, debugging mode is not activated.
Is the activation of debugging mode mandatory for connecting a mobile thanks to adb?

I'm afraid that debugging mode is necessary for an adb connection to the device.

I may probably dream, but is there a chance to activate the debug mode with a broken screen?

Greetings and welcome to assist. Did you do anything to your phone before the bootloop? Also if you put your phone in download mode is it recognised in kies/smartswitch emergnecy firmware recovery ?
Regards
Sawdoctor
Tried to unroot the phone before. The USB/charging port is broken, fast charghing isnt working anymore, thats why the phone isnt recognized at all.I will change the broken piece then it should be recognized by pc and i can reinstall the android.also'the motherboard can be damaged.anyway, the phone quality is very bad,i had a lot of problems with it,ill never buy a Samsung again.
After an update my phone is stuck in bootloop. Phone is neither rooted , USB debugging mode is off. Just like a new phone. It's a 64gb version. Anyonecan provide any steps how to unlock bootloader or any solution for my problem.
What Update?
I accidentality flashed a wrong oreo Chinese firmware on my international mate (nxt-L29), with that I'm stuck with booth bootloader and FRP lock ("enable OEM unlock" option in developer mode sitting is greyed).
in attempt to resolve this problem I'm asked to put USB ports setting on Manufacture mode in ProjectMenu witch i can't access via *#*#2846579#*#* code on phone.
it shows nothing.
help please....
is there any other method to enable Manufacture mode in usb setting like adb command ?????
note:
when i was in the upgrade mode (phone off, press the tow volume button up and down then connect the micro usb cable) i noticed the device respond to ADB commands and it's detected but unauthorized.
is there a way to make adb works.
