CAN'T ACCESS TO ProjectMenu ON MATE 8 EMUI 8 - Mate 8 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I accidentality flashed a wrong oreo Chinese firmware on my international mate (nxt-L29), with that I'm stuck with booth bootloader and FRP lock ("enable OEM unlock" option in developer mode sitting is greyed).
in attempt to resolve this problem I'm asked to put USB ports setting on Manufacture mode in ProjectMenu witch i can't access via *#*#2846579#*#* code on phone.
it shows nothing.
help please....
is there any other method to enable Manufacture mode in usb setting like adb command ?????

note:
when i was in the upgrade mode (phone off, press the tow volume button up and down then connect the micro usb cable) i noticed the device respond to ADB commands and it's detected but unauthorized.
is there a way to make adb works.

Yeah you can enter download mode just be turning your phone off normally and holding volume up and down while plugging it into the computer. Also, holding the power button for around 10 seconds or so simulates a battery pull anyways.
Yes, you can.
Just shut down your phone.
Make sure it's power off, hold both VOL UP & VOL DOWN, then plug in the USB
Can I also restart the phone in download mod using adb command from cmd ?

Yeah
ADB reboot download
Is the command you're looking for. Enter in windows command prompt with your phone plugged in, assuming you've already set up your computer with ADB and such.

YES you're so great .. thanks .
so :
1.Make sure ADB and stuffs(plus phone USB driver) are installed and running correctly
2.Enable USB debug from phone
3.Connect USB to PC and phone
4.run command from Windows start menu
5.cmd
6.adb reboot download
I hate pressing those candy buttons that's why I like adb...
Another question : should I run ODIN , connect USB cable to PC only , put phone in download mod THEN connect it to the other end of USB ? is that the right sequence ?

means 'put phone in download mode BY connecting other end of USB.'
That is the only change from how you asked it.

As the user above me said, download mode only works if your phone is connected to your computer in the first place. So go ahead and plug your phone into your computer and then enter download mode. Also, adb isn't going to be giving your phone any commands if it isn't plugged in

ADB for GT-I9195

Hello,
I broke my screen and I want to use the androidscreencast in order to recover some data on my Samsung GT-I9195.
I installed ADB version 1.4.2.
When I plug my phone on my computer (win7), the phone is recognized and I can browse its content.
But the command adb devices returns nothing:
"List of devices attached:
"
Edit: I first tried to recover my phone with Kies but the phone is not recognized.
Can somebody help me?
Thanks in advance.

Before I start suggesting soloutions/ideas was USB Debugging enabled through developer options before the screen smashed as if not there's not much you can do via ADB.

Unfortunately, debugging mode is not activated.
Is the activation of debugging mode mandatory for connecting a mobile thanks to adb?

I'm afraid that debugging mode is necessary for an adb connection to the device.

I may probably dream, but is there a chance to activate the debug mode with a broken screen?

mate 8 usb connection problem

Hey Guys,
I have currently the stock NXTL29C432B320 firmware on my mate 8.
I want to unlock the bootloader, but my laptop can't see my Mate 8.
I installed HiSuite & adb universal drivers, but i cant connect with HiSuit. File transfer is possible but the DC unlocker tool and every other tool cant see it.
Also tried to install the HiSuit apk manually on my phone.
Usb debugging is activated and HiSuite HDB option also.
In adb it shows unauthorized
C:\adb>adb devices
List of devices attached
DLQ0215C25012187 unauthorized
Can someone help me?
Thanks

Did you allow access on your phone when you want to connect it to the ADB console on your PC?

unlock bootloader huawei mate 9

i got the bootloader unlock key from huawei and saved it in case i will need it, i want to unlock it now so i downloaded the latest android platform tools. i tried unlocking it using fastboot but fastboot devices didnt return anything (i used adb reboot bootloader to enter the fastboot mode) when the phone was in the fastboot mode (it said phone locked frp unlocked) i tried fastboot oem unlock [key] but it didnt find any device so i typed fastboot devices but it didnt return anything. i searched for almost an hour in xda and the internet and couldn't find anything helpful so i created an account and posted the question here (it didnt allow me to post on the root forum)
Have you put your phone in fastboot mode first. (Turn off phone and while holding down the volume down button plug in the usb cable to your pc) or download the Multi Tool application from https://pro-teammt.ru/huawei-multi-tool-eng/ and use the unlock bootloader with own key. Note that unlocking the bootloader will factory wipe your phone so make a backup first.

i tried it but it has the same problem, it sends the phone into the fastboot mode and then it cant find it, i connected the phone with usb cable and enabled all necessary options from the developer options in the settings
When you connect your phone to your pc and go into device manager is your device recognised. If not then either it might be a driver issue (reinstall all Huawei drivers), a usb cable problem (try another cable) or a usb port problem (try another usb port)

No ABD devices found Samsung A9 2018 SM-A920F

I rooted my Samsung A9 2018 SM-A920F, but now i have problems with smalipatcher to mock gps. I installed Java, but an error occurs. NO ABD devices found. I tried it with platform tools, in device manager i tried to update drivers, but keeps saying best drivers are installed, but the phone is still not recognised. OEM debug and OEM unlock is on, tried to revoke oem debug as well, but smalipatcher still cant find phone. Tried different cables as well. Someone that can help me?
Add Samsung A9 2018 SM-A920F to this thread's title thus mainly owners of such device get addressed.

Your phone is configured to connect to phone via USB in Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) mode what is for transfering files.
As already said you have to configure phone that it connects via USB in Android Debug Bridge (ADB) mode.
IDK how you can achieve this because I don't have a phone as yours.
Follow my advice given in post #2

Enabling OEM Unlock and/or USB Debugging simply sets an allowance flag, nothing else. It doesn't configure phone's USB mode.
I tried it on the laptop from work and there the phone is recognized in adb. But sadly I don't have administrator rights on that laptop to open Smalipatcher. Is there an alternative or work around available?
