So I'm wondering if anyone else is having problems running gameloft games on there s6? I have asphalt 8, modern combat 5, and gangster vegas installed and they all work great until something makes them stop working. This is the second time this has happened to me and wanted to know if anyone else has any problems with these games.
So they work fine and then I'll try to go play them and I just get a black screen. Like modern combat 5 I play everyday and today I open up and it just goes to black screen. I had this problem a few weeks ago and I tried to uninstall then reinstall and it still doesn't work. I've tried to clear data and cache and still does the same thing. I've tried to clear play store data and cache and nothing works. I found last time that factory reset fixes the problem but I really don't want to go that way.
Does anyone have any opinions on why this is happening, thanks
Maybe and just maybe try the game through Google Play Games.

Do you have heat generated while playing games?
I have excessive heat and battery drain whilst playing heavy graphic games... I have to stop playing after 3 minutes of gameplay.... stock s6 version 5.0
It heats up somewhat but not to much.

Guys, I got a problem here.
2 days ago was working all OK. Then I unlocked my bootloader and rooted my phone. I needed to install all my apps again.
Now I wanted to relog on my game Subway Surfers and Jurassic Park Builder using Facebook, and I get a Blank Screen :crying:
I click on Login with facebook, then a Loading screen appears, then a blank window. What I have to do now?
I reflashed, did a full wipe and data on recovery mode... No go.

Re-install both the games. Clear all games and app data, uninstall the present games and apps (Facebook and Games) and re-install the games and apps.
Clear cache too. This may fix the problem.
It got fixed somehow, without doing nothing.
After I created this post, I tested the same games on my mom razr and it got the same issue. Then hours later it got fixed by itself. I think that Facebook API was offline or something like that...
Glad to know that isn't my phone issue

i had this problem, cleared cache ( thru settings and via recovery ) but to no avail..
Then i forgot to REMOVE ACCOUNT at settings> accounts n sync. removed facebook acc, cleared cache, login again n done! :good:

I have just recently got this horrible issue that everything look like crap on my GT-P3110.
I had several issues with running out of memory to install apps so I used Link2SD and then I messed something up (Completly my mistake) causing a bootloop. Well I went into recovery cleared all cache, data etc and install Cyanogen Mod again. Since that point on all textures have been low quality its only textures like icons, wifi bar, battery EVERYTHING fonts included. In app looks fine so games like Clash Of Clans look perfect youtube videos also arent an issue.
I would really like to fix this but I dont know how do I need to use Odin to go back to stock android then reflash the auto-root.tar.md5?
An answer would be amazing ive tried several things like reset to factory settings etc but nothing seemed to really help. To think all of this because of 1 stupid press of a button.... (that was moving google stuff to sd card causing the whole thing to simply crash xD)

So I now have a Moto G 4G and previously had a Moto G dual sim and a s3 mini, all with 1GB of ram...
However, there is something seriously wrong with the ram on the moto G... The minfree is set to 300 MB and the phone gets to that point as a constant after about 2-3 days, making everything redraw worse than my optimus one...

Also, my cousin's nexus 4, with 2 gigs of ram, heavily bloated with useless background running apps by him, always has 1.5 gigs free ram... Can anyone figure this out? Is this happening in custom ROMs too?

I have a Moto G 3G and I didn't face the issue you're pointing out at all. Are you using some kind of task killers or memory management apps? In case you do stop using them and let Android the way is ment to be working. You didn't mention anything in particular so my advice, for now, is reset it from recovery and see what appens. Good luck!

No task killer, and resetting doesn't work, did that a lot of times on the 3G version... Even changed firmwares... Always the same.
My problem is that chrome treats tabs as background processes, so when I run low on ram, they close even when on foreground....

I'm running greenify in boost mode only, no task killers, along with a ton of kids games, on my kids' moto g.
Some games will only play one time, and have to have data cleared to be playable again as restarting or clearing cache doesn't work.
Some other games are extremely laggy, or have frequent freezes/pauses in the middle of playing, or the touch becomes unresponsive.
Watching videos in youtube works fine for about 4 or 5 videos before they start to get choppy or it'll just crash back to homescreen.
It happened on stock rooted.
It's happening on newest Gummy.
I seriously have no idea what to do to fix this, and just told the kids to deal with it.

Got it mine, you can see a lot more apps now, still very few useful ones but lots of games. I even spotted ES File Explorer which I know some people have said they had a issue installing after a recent update.
Tested it a bit yesterday, very very nice improvement IMO. I could be wrong but I think it's still missing a few compatible apps..
It's getting somewhere at least, we might see more over the next couple of days

I posted a comment about this in the official CM 12.1 thread. You can install the APK without doing anything special on CM 12.1 from within the OS. There is no need to boot into recovery to flash this.
I installed the apk and now the Play Store won't load anything. Just spinning. Anyone else have this issue? On a side note anyone know how to rollback to the previous version?
Goto your app settings and clear the cache and data. See if that helps

I'm having the same problem, but I didn't side-load. I just got the player today and in the apps it shows this version, but the store won't load. I factory reset it about a half hour before this post
edit: factory reset and letting it sit fixed it. Must have been queued to update the app and was just waiting until it was installed. Took like an hour of sitting overall.

This update was long overdue. Google should have done this when the Nexus Player was released.
For YEARS my wife and I have used the solitaire game from Ken Magic as it is THE most basic solitaire game out there. Hell, there has not been an update since 2010. Anyway, her Sprint S6 just got the Marshmallow update and it broke the game.
As you can see it is not full screen. What you cannot see is that the touch sensing is acting as if it IS full screen. We have tried searching alternative solitaire apps but they either have ads OR are crappy designs/layouts. Any ideas?
On a plus note the WiFi calling features seems to be staying connected better so far where it was not before.

No updates since 2.2 Froyo. Nice thing it did't break earlier. I don't think this has anything to do with MM, the game's really old itself.

Agreed. FYI, I've tried MANY different ones as an alternative and so far the closest one I could find is SolitaireCG which is based on the Ken Magic one. It's pretty good, and without the unnecessary graphic interference. I'm not sure if it is in the Play Store or not, if not, just search for "SolitaireCG". Cheers.
