My Boost Mobile Moto G won't install any ROMs. I had issues running PA 5.1 with the phone locking up so I wiped and tried to install the stock 4.4.4 Rom. In TWRP it says it won't install because the phone is a xt1032. Any idea how to correct this.
I never updated the bootloader, I just edited the 5.1 installer to skip the bootloader check.

I have a Moto G running Android 4.4.2 GPE, I just installed this firmware in Fastboot Mode, everything is fine. However I wanted to update to the latest 4.4.4 via OTA, however, as my Moto was XT1032 before I flashed the firmware I cannot install the OTA, because in TWRP Recovery, I receive a message saying something like "can't install as the OTA is for falcon_umts and your device is XT1032". Any suggestions on how I convert XT1032 to falcon_umts (GPE)? I would rather a method that does not result in me having to reset my device.
Any help is appreciated.

I believe you need to install the OTA using the stock recovery
I have a rooted, Boost Moto G flashed to VZ, running 4.4.2 and would like to upgrade to 4.4.4. I also have TWRP, installed.
Rather than flashing the complete 4.4.4 factory image which, I believe will wipe all my data, I would like to update from the OTA file.
Can this be done with TWRP or must I use fastboot? Will the apps and data be at risk?

I am facing a serious issue with moto g xt1033 indian version. I explained what I did. It is my friend's phone.
The phone is updated to Lollipop 5.0.2 through OTA. (Not through flashing OTA zip)
I unlocked bootloader, and flashed twrp recovery 2.8.6
Then flashed cm12.1 20150515 nightly and super su 2.46. Everything went fine and the mobile booted in to cm12.
But there is no signal in both of the sims.
So I searched in google a lot and find the below thread

I saw the below at first step of the thread
Do not flash CM12 if you flashed lollipop OTA.. It will hard brick your mobile
But the mobile is didnt flashed OTA zip. it is normally updated through OTA
If it is the reason then give me a solution to recover the phone
And I did install the GPE 4.4.2 as mentioned at option 1
But it get struck at boot logo.
After that I flashed stock 5.0.2 Asian retail firmware through fastboot. Every thing went fine. But again it stuck at boot logo.
If I flashed cm12 or any stock zip files It get boot but no signal.
I searched a lot and cant find the solution.
Please give me a solution to recover my phone.

Check if your IMEI number is still present. Does WiFi work?
I've just picked up the boost mobile moto G. When I go to flash Blisspop or PA, TWRP tells me there is an error updating the binaries. Right now it's running on 4.4.2. When I attempt to accept the 4.4.4 OTA update it tells me installation was unsuccessful. I've tried updating manually as well but I have had no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I am assuming I need to update to 4.4.4 to even get to 5.x at this point. I have tried just about everything I can think of.
What am I doing wrong / what prereqs do I need to take care of first. (Rooted, TWRP, Bootloader Unlocked other than that it's stock)

i have flashed TWRP v2.8.6.0 recovery
and sucessfully installed CM 12.1
now i want to install Stock GPE 5.1 on my device
before installing CM12.1 i was on stock 5.0.2 lollipop (un rooted)
I have purchased network u nlock code from ebay but i did not unlocked my phone yet..
could anyone explain me the procedure how can i install GPE on my device
