Lg g2 d800 apps crashing - AT&T LG G2

Hi there,
I earlier had LG g2 AT&T (d800) factory unlocked (lollipop) installed by the provider and I found that apps were getting crashed frequently and I flashed it to cynagenmod 12.1 recently. I see that apps are getting crashed again (the mobile is not rebooting and my uptime shows up for 5 days).
I suspect memory leakages but not sure.
Please help me to fix the issue. I noticed that google services were stopped frequently hence downloaded the latest gapps 5.1 and flashed it.
Every time when I download an app from play store should I need to flash gapps again after clearing the cache ?
Response is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Aravind

Tried kitkat but it's not having issues
I wiped all and installed kitkat (cynagenmod 11). Post installation no apps were crashed, the phone was very stable however ringtones weren't working though it is listed and I saw that it was having a right permission on the /system/media/audio/.. folder.
Also, the network signal keeps dropping. Not sure what is the cause of it. Any help will be highly appreciated.

[Q] Random Force reboots

Hey guys, I'm a pretty heavy tinkerer and I know that comes with some risk. But before I completely wipe and reflash everything I wanted to see if someone could help diagnose my problem.
I have a Nexus 5 and have been running MultiRom for a while. I currently have Paranoid Android and Android L dual booting. I was on the newest version of PA (4.6 BETA 1) but I just flashed back to a past backup so now I am on PA 4.4 (I think). I have been having random reboots for about a day and now I can't even get my phone to stay on longer than a few minutes. I just installed Xposed and a few Modules so I assumed those were giving me the trouble, but I uninstalled Xposed when I started having problems and that didn't help. Even my backed up ROM and my Android L won't work without rebooting. This leads me to believe its something deeper down than my ROM.
Before I clean off and reflash, is there any way I can diagnose or fix this issue?
Thanks a ton.

Up dated to 12.1-Y0G4PAS1N0 Mobile data not working

I am having issues with 12.1-Y0G4PAS1N0. I have done update over 5.0.1, I have done clean install but I keep losing my Mobile Data .I have downloaded the newest version direct from Cyanogen dated Sept 01 2005. I am on Straight talk and have made sure I am on the right access point Straight Talk ATT Or Straight Talk. When I do a clean boot I have both chooses. The update is great but can't get the Data to stay up ( Did clean install again checked it as Google was reloading apps and it was working. ). Also I am having trouble with Google Play Services also.
Update 09/11/2015
After reloading the new system from Cyanogemod the issue was fine till today. I am having the same problem of no data on the phone. I can receive SMS and phone calls but no internet. This keeps happening with any of the 5.1.1 updates from over the air or direct download at Cyanogen. I am using TWRP2.8.7.0
Update 09/14/2015
I have tried cutting down to just one Accesses point number for Straight Talk ATT, I have taken out the sim out reboot and reinstall. The problem keeps coming back. I am now trying to reload after going back to TWRP 2.8.6.0 and clearing all partions except internal storage with factory download cm-12.1-YOG4PAS1N0-bacon-signed.zip and cm-12.1-20151007-SNAPSHOT-YOG4PAO33I-bacon-recovery with open_gapps-arm-5.1-nano-20151022.zip
Update 10/25/2015
I now have done this on two separate OnePlus One phones with the identical problem.I am on Straight Talk and have changed the APN as per this post http://forum.xda-dev...eplus-t3206762. I have ordered new Sim as per this post https://www.reddit.c...us_one_and_lte/

Did you clean install by flashing fastboot images?
(Guide: Section 8 of forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/general/guides-bacon-timmaaas-how-to-guides-t2839471 )
The best way to get rid of most of the issues is to flash fastboot images
And to tackle Google Play Services battery drain issues, follow

I have just downloaded cm-12.1-20150901-SNAPSHOT-YOG4PAO236-bacon from https://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=bacon and installed with gapps-5.1-arm-2015-07-17-13-29 for it was not in the CM load. At present it is reloading app from google put seems to be working.
I did the install thru TWRP 2.8.7.0 and using this instructions

[Completed] Play store "connection time out" error in both Kitkat & Resurrection Remix Zenfone 5

Play store "connection time out" error in both Kitkat & Resurrection Remix Zenfone 5
Hi,
I upgraded my Zenfone 501CG T00J Jelly Bean 4.3 (which was working fine) to KitKat firmware WW 2.22.40.54 (OTA), after which I couldn’t connect my Play Store through Wi-Fi (Connection time out error) , though I could browse sites with my chrome browser. There was no problem with Wi-Fi router, which I checked by connecting Play store with my Zenfone 7” tab and also my laptop. Then, I tried with various steps like clearing cache, clearing data, uninstalling updates and updating again, installing an older play store apk, checking date and time, (that are available all over internet) and finally contacted Asus customer support through online chat. They suggested clearing cache and no more, and disconnected. Frustrated at their support, I decided to flash a custom ROM and installed Resurrection Remix. Still my problem persisted. Added with Play store, I was left with no GPS, FM Radio and most importantly, the Call recording feature, which I loved so much since many other phone never offered!. Also after upgrading, my model number changed to T00F from T00J. Now I’m thinking of reverting back to stock (Asus) KitKat or Jellybean.
How should I do it?
What could be the cause for the Play Store “Connection time out” error in both Stock KitKat and RR?
Any solution? Have a Great Day! Thanks in advance!!

Good luck!
Resolved!!
Thanks for all those who replied!
Solution that worked for me...
1. Installed Super Su
2. Entered recovery mode via reboot options in RR
3. Flashed/Installed a file "4.44 fastboot flash.zip" that I saved in my sd card and shared by a android developer in facebook (Sid Kondekar......thanks to him).
I Couldn't share links coz I'm a newbie (<10 posts) ....sorry...

Various errors with SlimRom gapps on Moto G4

Hi,
I have a new Moto G4 runnning Slim-athene-6.0.1.build.1.11-WEEKLY-20161111-1135.
I am trying to get my apps installed and running without error and experiencing one setback after the next, see attachment. Installing gapps along with the rom and I can't get passed the setup stage. Installing the rom, rebooting then installing the current gapps and the keyboard does not work.
The closest I have got to being up and running is installing prior version of the gapps Slim_minimal_gapps.4.4.3.build.5.8-60.zip. However once this is installed my apps won't run and prompt me to install Google Play Services, and once I do that I get constant errors that Google Play Services has stopped working and the phone is practically useless. I have read clearing the cache for the app fixes this, but not for me.
Anybody managed to beat this?

Camera and Flashlight error in LineageOS 17.1 osprey

So I had installed the latest lineageOS version ( 17.1, android 10, osprey moto g3) from the official website and flashed it correctly, but after some time, I noticed that the torch icon was greyed out in the status bar and any camera app won't work.
The app showed- "Camera stopped working"
Cleared cache, app info, rebooted the phone but nothing seemed to work.
I thought that flashing the ROM again would fix it, I redownloaded the latest lineageOS version, new GApps, and flashed it in the correct way( first wipe then flash), but the issue came back after a few reboots.
So I rebooted again and it got fixed, but I think the issue might spring back.
Is there any fix for this?

Hello members,
Last week i'v also installed the latest lineageOS version ( 17.1, android 10) Gapps nano, on my Samsung A3 2017. With the TWRP tool., Nice ROM!
Unfortionally with the same issue as above, Samsung and other camera app's very often not working, need to reboot to fix that.
The flashlight does not work either then, and much more irritating BlueTooth not working anymore, my A3 always had perfect connection with my Parrot carkit CK3100.
I'v found in several forum some workarounds for this but these do not solve the issues long enough.
But the issues are also found in older releases from LineageOS.
Will there be a update for these mentioned 3 issues?
If not, i need to install another ROM which is not based on LineageOS.
The Cam and BT must work without any problems.
Thank you very much.
Frank.
