Does any body have a solution on how to fix the mic when in loudspeaker the other person cant hear me it seems it only happened after the kitkat update or ahould i replace my smartphone

I have a problem with my moto G.
When I call I hear crackling, distorted sound from the speaker, often i do not understand what the caller wants to tell me. Is it problem with software, and i can fix it myself, or i must send phone to repair? Help please!
Is anyone else experiencing sound quality issues on voice calls? Noticed it this weekend, I'm running stock with the latest update XNPH44S.
I'm usually using a Bluetooth headset so didn't notice it until I had to make a phone call without my headset this week. Person I was talking to said the volume was out, I had to put the call on speakerphone before they could hear me.
I have a G920T with a faulty microphone. When I'm in a call the person can't hear me so I have to use my earbuds microphone to talk to them which is annoying and I don't always have them on me. I know the microphone is not broken because i can record my voice with it outside calling. How do I fix this?
Hello, currently my pixel xl's in call microphone stopped working and the one on the other line can't hear my voice. But when i switch to speakerphone everything works. I'm trying to change my main mic to the speakerphone mic from mixer_paths.xml but cant find the right values. Im looking for a workaround because i have no way of getting any warranties for some reason. Im hoping someone can help. Thanks!
I have been having the issue where my microphone does not work initially during a phone call. The temporary solution is to switch to the speaker and then back to the mic in order for it to work again. Does anyone know of a permanent solution to this problem?
