I have a problem with my moto G.
When I call I hear crackling, distorted sound from the speaker, often i do not understand what the caller wants to tell me. Is it problem with software, and i can fix it myself, or i must send phone to repair? Help please!

Guys I encountered a strange problem on my phone.
The sound output has completely stopped working, i.e, the speaker doesn't play any kind of sound now (no songs, no notification sounds, no ringtones, absolutely NOTHING!).
Also, when I make a call, I'm unable to hear the dial tone. And I am not able to even listen to the other person's voice during call.
It was fine in the morning today, until I connected my phone to a speaker to play a song. After that the sound stopped working. Has it got to do anything with the fact that I connected to the speakers? Because when my friends connected their phones to the same speaker, they encountered no problems whatsoever.
P.S : Whenever I play a song, or any audio in my phone now, i get a small "hsss" sound near the speaker. I get a similar sound when I call anyone.
Someone PLEASE solve this problem for me ! I need to answer calls and it's a very big problem for me if I can't get it fixed soon

When doing a phone call the other person only listen me if using LOUDSPEAKER, if I used the normal calling, the microphone is very low for the others...
I have a G920T with a faulty microphone. When I'm in a call the person can't hear me so I have to use my earbuds microphone to talk to them which is annoying and I don't always have them on me. I know the microphone is not broken because i can record my voice with it outside calling. How do I fix this?
Hello guys.. My Z5 secondary mic is not working properly.. I just realized it when I did video call with myfriend.. He can barely hear me.. Then I tested it by dialing *#*#7378423#*#*, I can't hear my test voice. But when I speak near the secondary mic I can hear it with very low volume.. So I suspect it is damaged. And I am searching for an app or mod that can completely disable secondary mic and use only first/main mic for every call or video call..

Hey all, yesterday I noticed that I'm no longer hearing sound during phone calls, and I can confirm that speakerphone also did not work. The person on the other end couldn't hear me either. Microphone still works with Google Assistant. Speakers still work as normal. I'm wondering if anybody has had this issue and knows of a fix? Thanks
