hello, i purchased this tablet : fusion5 finite4
really similar to this :
Archive: Q102 A31S Tablet Stock Firmware 4.4.2
Firmware image file: sun6i_android_fiber-bs1078-OK.img
Firmware: Android KitKat 4.4.2
Model: Yonestoptech Q102 Allwinner A31Tablet
Image file size: 464 MB

Build number: fiber_bs1078-eng 4.4.2 KOT49H 20140606 test-keys
Firmware version: v4.5
Style: Q102
Company: YonesToptech
its supposed to be rooted from factory, but mine is not rooted . there is no SU bin, i tried all root things, kingoroot , and others apps,
none work.
i emailed the customer support who send me a new image to flash with livesuit,
i followed tutorial , but : everytime i got a error , "image file invalid"
so they send me a other firmware.img ,who make the same error .
and i made some mistake, because FW was not working, i installed a wrong CWM recovery.
(-cwm-for-allwinner-a31-box)
someone say its work with Q102 but its not true,
cant mount sdcard /extsdcard,
i tried factory reset,
so now my tablet boot in recovery only, with no storage mounted...
i need some help please, about why livesuit say "image file invalid" ?
(phoenix suite made this error, fel2fes)
id if there is any way to extract/reinstall my stock recovery with no card mounted from the firmware i got from them ?
should i ask for a other firmware again, from customer support ?
im sorry for my primitive english, thanks if someone can give me any kind of help .

I searched and found a thread about how to root my device and install firmware. So, I rooted first which worked. Then I tried a firmware from this site, namely MaPan7650B. When I did this my tablet boots up like all is well but my touch screen does not respond anymore. So, I need help removing this firmware to go back to defaults. I have no idea how to do it.
I'm desperate.

First, you should need to know which actual model of your MID.
MaPan & a few variants model mostly came from Eken W70 by different modules, mostly they change using different Touch Panel Chip Controller, you should have know it.
Even Eken W70 is came from different PCB version that they modified the board quite frequently.
Try to browse the "FirmwareInstall\config" folder, you should see the Brand name & Model no. .fwc file.
To select the right one to flash your device is just put the "+" in front the .fwc file.
If you haven't found one suitable, just try to search the different source of W70 WM8850 firmware, you might see a collection of different .fwc config file there.
Give a few tries, then you should able to find out what Touch Panel Controller is using.

How to root this divice
Hey guys,
first I'm from German so maybe my english is difficult to read.
Now my problem: I have a Android device with a totaly destroyed Recovery and when a say totaly destroyed I mean it don't exist any longer. This problem is caused by a try to install another recovery but it doesn't work. If I now try to make a soft- /hardreset or try to access the recovery my device go into a loop. Fastboot do also not work.
More Informations about my Device:
Name: Touchlet X7GS
Android Version: 4.0.4
Kernel Version: 3.0.8-tcc [email protected] #174
Build Number: 20120820-ver5.1
Can anyone help me?
My Asus ME302C is bricked and the factory reset did'nt help.
I see the following info in droidboot menu
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IFWI VERSION: 51.33
SERIAL_NUM: 11111111111111111111111
DROIDBOOT VERSION: Local Build or ENG version
PRODUCT: US_EPAD
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
From what I have red on that forum for similar cases, I have two options. 1- Put the correct .raw firmware on a sd card or 2- Use fastboot commands
The problem is that I can't find the .raw firmwares that would fit with my tablet. I suppose my tablet is a US version and not a WW, but I dont know what version exactly is already installed. Can I find .raw firmwares for this model in US version somewhere?
The second option, using fastboot would be complicated as I can't find or install the windows driver to make my computer recognize the tablet when it is plugged with USB.
Anyone have suggestion for this problem? I would appreciate if I could have a link to download .raw firmware for US version of the Asus ME302C tablet.
Thanks!
