Thank you very much,

Hi Guys,
I am unable to create a DCIM folder on my device. Somehow it was cleared or deleted and now i cannot create a new one. As a result the camera doesn't save any photos.
Any tips?
Thanks,
Sam

What do you mean you can't create it manually?
Sounds like something went wrong with your /sdcard or permissions.
Perhaps you could give us the full story?
Hello Sam
Go to /data/media/0 if you have root then create the DCMI folder there.
Reboot your phone after that.
What about flashing a new rom? Perhaps the same rom all over again?
I'd fastboot to stock. Fixed. And go from there. ?

How would you know that it's missing, without SystemUI, I doubt the operating system would even run.
Try factory resetting from recovery mode.

Yup.. That's the point... My OS is just fine..No problems!
I just went to check it out in the system\app folder where it should be...but it wasn't there..
Sorry to trouble everybody.. After digging some more I found it in the system\priv-app rather than system\app !!
Since samsung forgot to add A-Z sorting option in app drawer in Indian firmware, can anyone from anywhere else who has this option please share their launcher app? I think it would make the stock launcher perfect for me.
Thanks in advance.

Root Explorer. You have to mount it to RW first cause system files are Read Only.

You won't get an option. It defaults to it automatically.

It's been a week since you made this thread, you could have flashed stock, restored TB and re-rooted in 10-20 mins

You don't know anyone with a PC, or have access to a PC anywhere for a few mins?
Find that hard to believe, PCs are as common as TVs in houses today
Save your TB backup to MicroSD card, factory reset
ATM I have no access to one that I could use to flash a stock rom with, no.
Factory reset then
Wait, I can send you DocumentsUI.
Note, it's a black themed DocunentsUI from Darkside Theme.
Just create a Folder with name "DocumentsUI" in system/priv-app, and place the apk in there.
Give the apk permission 0644 (rw-r-r) and folder 0755.
Reboot.
