[Q] ChevronWP7 Help

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I don't usually post (just lurk) but I recently got a Samsung Focus with WP7 and I want custom ringtones. I tried ChevronWP7 but get this:
Any and all help is appreciated.
I have an image but can't post it right now
Anyways, it says "sorry, but..."
- Zune is not active
- Unlock your device (PIN wise)
- Make sure your phone is connected via USB
I have done everything but it still won't work

I have idem problem :/

Here on forum is a lot of answer. But the fastest for you will be this:
Check your phone for version what you have right now.
If its : 7.0.7390.0
Then u need to downgrade. And thats where am i stuck too ))

maybe you have reached your 10 xaps limit? I have the same issue after I side loaded 10 xaps, searching for Chevron with the limitation removed.

You're not wrong, thanks That is the version I have so I guess I'll look around for downgrade options.

[Q] Need help ASAP

Hi everyone
im new to this forum and dont know much abt the rules so kindly neglect it this time
i need help on urgent basis
i have nexus s i9023 android 2.3.6 grk39f
last nite few of my friends tried to unlock it since i had applied a pattren lock code on it. They tried many times wrong code to unlock but after few tries it is locked and asking for google's account details i also tried it and enter all the correct details many times but i've got no sucess. Then i have tried to unlock it through nexus root toolkit v1.6.3 but after all procedures it is asking me for the adb files and since i cant use my cell thats why i cant make it in debugging format tye.
Kindly help me out since i cant unlock my phone to debugg it also i cant use gprs or wifi on it to enter google account details. Need your positive response on this thread which will helpfull for me to unlock my phone

Which one of the different methods is the best?

i followed this steps:

just be careful if you copy and paste FASTBOOT commands.. there is a mistake the right command is :
adb reboot-bootloader ( and not bootlader as reported.. for type mistake )
to receive your UNLOCK CODE u need your imei and serial number and input this info here:

TO GET PRODUCT ID you must download Huawei product ID generator here:
http://d-h.st/10o
everything worked just perfectly

After days of trying to root w/o unlocking boot loader that resulted to a failure cuz my device is not vulnerable. I decided to root it the old fashioned way. I'm new to rooting and didn't understand some of the instructions written on the guides. I was forced to look into every other guides on the net to make me understand. Some has Chinese some I don't know so when I got to finally root my HAM7 I was so happy. I may make a video of this and compile the files I used to make the rooting to help others who like me, doesn't want to ask around until something goes wrong.

Looking forward knowing this way..I tried everything too but still no luck rooting my international gold edition ..don't want to unlock bootloader either.

Help guys !! I can't unlock my bootloader (XT1541)

Hello guys..
I own the XT1541 model, i purchased it about a month ago from amazon.de and i've been wanting to root the phone since i laid my hands on it, after doing a lot of research on rooting, its advantages and risks, I still want to root it anyways.
The problem is that i applied all of the pre-rooting steps for bootloader unlocking such as allowing OEM unlocking and USB debugging and then I booted into recovery mode and performed the "fastboot oem get_unlock_data" command to get a serial number that i inserted into the corresponding box in the requested way and accepted all the terms and conditions but It still gives me an error telling me that my device is not eligible for bootloader unlocking even though i've lots of videos of people unlocking the same model i have and succeeding >.<
Can anyone help me with this ? I've seen a lot of people on XDA succeeding in unlocking the bootloader and rooting the exact same model i have (XT1541)

Hello there,
You have to register your phone to Motorola ID, otherwise Motorola doesn't give your unlock code. Boot to your normal rom, go to "Settings" and look for something like "Motorola Device ID". I had the exactly same problem.

1. I have checked multiple times that there are no spaces in string that I pase into motorola web page
2. I have tried using motorla Data Scrub Tool - also no success
3. I've tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge
4. I've tried subscribing & unsubscribing from Moto ID
Nothing worked
my CID is 0x0007 so according to h t t p s://forums.motorola.com/posts/35e4d3be5c?page=52 (sorry, I can't post URLs yet ) it should be unlockable
In the last post I see the motorola is moving to lenovo servers, so I hope this is temporary issue

The unlocking tool on the website is temporarily broken.

I've checked again today in the mornging and good news is that it works again!

Xperia L3 [l4312] (I'm so sorry I don't know where else to post this since my device doesn't exist and I cant find a Sony general page anywhere)

so first i want to apologize for posting in the wrong place but this phone doesn't seem to exist anywhere and I'm having trouble with getting the bootloader unlocked and installing Magisk (if someone could tell me where this should have been posted I would appreciate it allot)
I followed everything on the Sony open devices page checked if it was allowed got my unlock code for both IMEI (dual sim device) just in case that would be a problem now getting into fastboot was more difficult than I was expecting (Sony devices their screen stay black on fastboot which I haven't seen before) but I forced a driver update through device manager and now its being recognized by fastboot but it just gives me the error:
FAILED (remote: 'Command not allowed')
fastboot: error: Command failed
now after looking around online (some people suggested that it might be unlocked already but I'm not allowed to flash Magisk so I don't think so and i cant check the screen during fastboot as everyone suggests because it stays black)some more trying to find anything I found a post about allowing OEM unlocking through developer options and that's where I got stuck because my device keeps doing this
currently i rather bin it because this has already taken days from my life but I refuse to turn this into another €200 paperweight (I really hate e-waste) so i hope someone can help me get in the right direction again
sorry for my horrible posting (and grammar) I never do this and thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this
