[Completed] Please help, failed to flash Fe170cg... very serious... - XDA Assist

I have a serious problem: my daughter start an update on the rooted tablet (FE170CG). Ofcourse, the tablet stuck. Well, I didn't panic. I've downloaded firmware from ASUS website, and start to flash it with fastboot. But nothing worked. Tried several firmwares, also from producer site, still nothing. After lots of desperate tryies I managed to flash something, but instead of k012 I discovered it waS a k017 image. After that I couldn't use nothing. The Droidboot starts, or in normal boot it loads the ASUS logo ant then stucks there. Can I test the consistency of partitions somehow, or the consistency of the data inside those partitions? Is it possible to be something erased in one of those partitions? Can anybody point me to how to get a diagnose to be able to guess what's crushed?
I can only use the fastboot. Nothing else worked. I couldn't use ADB, for instance, in windows. Also, in Linux I cannot connect the tablet. It shows in lsusb list, but thats all. Don't shows in blkid devices (mounted or not).. How can I solve this very tricky situation?

[Completed] NuVision Android tablet stuck in boot loop

I have:
My mom's NuVision TM800A510L (similar to Acer Iconia A1-840) stuck in boot loop.
I can get it into fastboot mode, and recovery mode waiting for ADB sideload.
ADB and fastboot recognize the connected device, but commands are ignored by the tablet.
I'm a novice, having once stumbled through a cyanogenmod flash.
Working from a chromebook running Ubuntu, with Android SDK seemingly properly installed.
Goal:
To restore the factory OS, vanilla Android, or an alternate ROM. Anything to get it running.
I've tried:
Wiping cache, factory reset.
Can't find factory or custom rom anywhere. Customer service refused to provide it.
Following tutorials to bake a custom rom. They all seem to require a system for the tablet to start from.
Pulling partitions from tablet (failed command)
Pushing / flashing / SD boot of ROM for the Acer version of the tablet (format not recognized)
Does anyone happen to have the update.zip for this Nuvision device I can simply sideload? Or anything else I can try?

[Completed] android graft...

Hello,
I think I have semi hard bricked my phone, and have been surfing since then, to find a solution :
I un rooted via kingoroot in order to change the glass that was on warranty.
I decided then to execute ART instead of dalvik, and the phone won't boot till then.
It charges, the boot sequence stops at the logo.
I'm unable to use the recovery or download modes.
The phone is not recognised on windows .
--> using a FEL Mode, I guess, the device is recognised as an external SD ith 22 partitions.
I don't have the images of my phone (CAT s50), but the specs are similar to the LG G3 Vigor :
CPU/GPU etc...
I know that it is written everywhere that you can't intall a rom not suitable for your phone, because I think it leads to a bricked device.
The fact is I don't know the level of inutility of my ex-phone.
Did someone ever grafted a ROM from another brand?
Has someone an information to recover my old and functionnal cat s50 from the FEL mode?

[Completed] Tablet stuck on EFI Shell. USB ports disabled.

Hello. I'll try to explain my problem because I really need some help.
A few days ago, I was normally using my Tablet ECS TR10RS1 IntelĀ®.... I turned it off, went to sleep and the next day when I was going to use it again, the OS didn't start, so I tried and tried until I found a forum where they led me to restore a backup file because the original firmware/rom wasn't still available.... publicly. I tried that, but in the process, I accessed the EFI Shell... That wasn't trouble at all, I just plugged the keyboard and typed "exit", and then it let me to the BIOS... And that's when my real problem began: I restored the factory setting default... and it involves "disabling USB ports".... Now, AGAIN, I'm stuck on EFI Shell. But this time, I can not type "exit" since the keyboard is not recognized by the Tablet.
Then I pressed Vol UP + Power ON and I get access to another menu "DNX".... And that's what brings me here to your forum:
I was briefly reading that one of your members managed to flash the BIOS via DNX, so I was wondering if you guys could help me do that to my tablet because I'm not planning to have a really expensive paper holder.
Thanks in advance.
Jinky.

[Completed] Need helping fixing DragonTouch R10

Hey guys, as the title says, i've got a tablet DragonTouch R10 that doesn't go beyond the "dragon touch" screen. It wasnt rooted and it didnt have a custom or custom recovery. It just kind of stopped booting one day. It can go into stock recovery. Also, through ADB command i'm able to "reboot into bootloader" mode but my pc doesn't recognize it, it doesn't recognize fastboot either. the normal adb commands like "reboot recovery" work fine though. Already tried factory reset from the stock recovery too. Is there anyway i can reinstall the stock firmware from there? By the way, i also haven't been able to find it. I did find a .img file, don't know if it helps.
Hi there and welcome to assist,
Unfortunately there is nothing about your question/device on XDA forum. Try a Google search first or contact the manufacturer for stock firmware and flashing instructions.
You'll have to create an account to post in the main forums if you have any other questions.
Good luck

Greetings and welcome to assist. You should be able to sideload a new launcher through adb, this guide is for a different device but the principle is the same

@sawdoctor
Ist very kindly on you part to bother with my problem. Thank you!
As I said I can't access the recovery mod. I used to access it before but no longer now. The power and volume buttons make nothing. I can access by them only the factory phone test menu. This recovery issue is not a result of the boot loop issue I have now. In the past I tried to flash other ROMs. I was able to access recovery mod. But in some point it stopped. I suppose the bootloader is been changed not by my will though. This is the reason I tried SP flash tool but I followed diferent tuts and I installed different drivers. Now I have error message and the PC can't recognize the phone.... I think I should
