Galaxy S6 G920F "Recovery Is Not Seandroid Enforcing" Help! - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys this is my first post on here but i have gotten help from this site for years,
Basically i got my Galaxy s6 the other week and was going about rooting it, Ive done this with my previous 3 Phones (S4 mini, S2, Xperia Play)
All using the same method
My S6 is the model number SM-G920F
I used Odin3 V3.10 and C F Auto Root........tar.md5
Everything Passed all green and everything
Im on Android Version Lollypop 5.1.1 Followed instructions from a website called ibtimes.
And like i said it passed, But the phone is stuck on the Samsung screen with the words "Recovery is not seandriod enforcing" in red at the top.
And when i turn the phone off, it just boots back to that screen, I think i need some help!
If you need any more information then ask i will provide any info needed.
Thank you in advance and im sorry for maybe ****ing up a good phone

Emm sorry but cfautoroot doesnt work on 5.1.1 the last time I checked, get in to download mod and flash stock again. 5.1.1 stock.

Thanks mate, ill have it download through the night and ill try and fix my phone after work tommorow,. will putting this on the phone delete everything on it? or will my files like photos ect be saved? everything else i can get back, but my photos and stuff i cant

Here you go UK 5.1.1 BTU ROM for your use:
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/50033/G920FXXU2BOFJ_G920FBTU2BOFJ_BTU/

This might help. I had a similar issue and it fixed it. It's just stock ROM. Flash it through Odin and then your custom ROM:

Better to use SamFirm to download it as you get full speed downloads from Samsung rather than the rubbish speeds of Sammobile

When you turn the phone off, Hold The Vol down power and lock buttons as soon as the phone turns off, (Also i could only turn it off doing these three buttons stuck on the samasung screen too) then once you done that it will bring up download mode.

Never rooted and it shows "custom"?? I dunno...My device is rooted and I have used "Triangle Away" just to experiment. I don't really know what I'm doing too much, but using that app seems to fix the issue temporarily (until I reboot). Hope that gets you pointed in the right direction, but someone with more knowledge than I will have to answer your question for you.

Thanks guys, yes I never rooted my note, but I'm not sure if this is related, but one day, my note was squezed in my bag between two books, when I took it , jt was in a "download mode" , it is maybe 6 months ago. It is just yesterday I was checking for an update, my note said your note is modified you don't have access to updates...
Is there anyway to come back to this mode? Is it possible there is a link with that?

Put your tablet in the download mode to see what is going on by doing this.....
Hold down power button and the volume down button at the same time until you get the warning screen, then push volume up.
Next, write down what is on the screen and report back to us. Then to exit download mode by holding down the power button till unit reboots.

You could do what poje84 recommends in post #5 above but from experience you most likely will have to do a factory reset after Flash stock rom.
So if it was me I would just do a factory reset first and if that does not fix it flash latest factory firmware then factory reset.
If you need help with that here is a video on how to do it.
It is the same process as the video title. "How to Unroot_Unbrick Rooted Galaxy Note 10.1! [Factory Firmware]"
use my guide. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2200613
thanks guys, I'm going to check this and give it a try this week end.

Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 P5100 problem, bootloop no recovery

hello to all,
I need your help, I have a galaxy tab P5100 completely original, with stock andorid 4.0.3, yesterday after turning it off, the power back up and goes into bootloop, the screen appears only 2 SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 10.1 and restarts.
goes into download mode but does not go into recovery mode.
if I put it in recovery mode appears a few seconds the green robot and then restarts.
I attach it to the power supply and I do recharge to 100%, but nothing.
I put it in download mode and flash the stock firmware but nothing.
if I put it in recovery mode, the green robot takes a few seconds longer with a blue bar below and then restarts.
What do you think can this be? or what can I try?
look forward to your advice!
thank you very much!

Hello! thanks for the reply!
a curiosity, do you think it is not a hardware problem?
I had thought of this option, but as a last option, because if I put the custom recovery and keeps rebooting lose the warranty right? and I can not restore it right?
try, and I will keep you informed! I hope to solve!
thank you!

Galaxy S6 bootloop

Hey experts so i have the S6 gm-920F i updated OTA and now the phone doesnt recognize the fingerprint and forgot the password so i install TWRP 3 via odin booted the recovery and transferred my data successfully then I made a factory reset to delete the passcode to be able to use the phone after making the reset and pressing reboot system it gets stuck in the recovery the system doesn't reboot so i tried hard rebooting the phone is stuck on black screen that says samsung galaxy s6 and restarts restarts restarts (bootloop) i tried reflash the 6.0.1 bootloader no luck then flash 5.1 bootloader flashed philz recovery then 6.0.1 bootloader still nothing! Did i damage something serious ? does a fresh firmware install through odin bring my phone back to life ? Thanks in advance
Please try a fresh install of Firmware. Install MM bootloader and modem first with TWRP MM compatible recovery and download an extra lite MM rom to see if your phone will come back to life, (using extra lite package is less of a download than a stock 2gb download)
TWRP is what gave me the problem once i enter i can exit from there ! i got the stock firmware tried to flash using odin then get fail! please can you give a noob some simple instructions with links ?
Hi mate, Try flashing through ODIN a TAR image for your phone version. You can find a TAR on a website such as sammobile. Once you have download the tar put your phone into download mode by pressing and holding Volume Down, Home and Power keys at the same time. Start ODIN and connect the phone to your computer, click AP and browse and find the TAR file you downloaded. Then click start and it should flash back stock firmware for your phone.

I can't promise that you haven't, however it is extremely hard to hard brick a phone these days. There are many ways to try and restore it to previous condition not all of which I am familiar with, if this doesn't solve your problem keep scouring XDA for an answer, undoutably a more skilled dev will be able to help you

S7 is dead. Help Please!!!!

I have a Verizon Galaxy S7 that I rooted and have been using on T-Mobile. With the new T-Mobile nougat coming out yesterday I tried flashing the new update using Odin. When I tried to flash via Odin it showed failed and my phone was stuck on download mode. So I trying rebooting using the Power + Volume Down and that's when i realized that the phone has been hard bricked. I don't have anything but black screen. When I try to get into recovery it shows "Rebooting Recovery" and then black screen again. Can someone please help me unbrick this phone? Is there anyway to boot from sdcard? Any way to get into a safe mode or something like that?

I'm sorry. I don't think I clarified it properly. When I press the Volume Up + Power + Home I see a set of blue letters saying "Recovery Booting ..." I don't see anything after that. The phone goes back to Black screen and I don't see any of the recovery options.
What do you mean by Download mode "Does not work" ? Can you please elaborate.
Also, try to hold the download mode key combination in for like 20 seconds.

If you're just faced with a black screen when you try to access download mode, try to plug it in with odin and see if it's detecting anything?
I've been in a similar situation where you are now, and by pressing the combinations for download mode for maybe 30 sec the phone restarted itself a couple of times and evetually I got download mode.
One other time I held the combination and I thought I got into download mode but my screen was still black, and just for the fun of it I plugged it into my computer and opened odin.
Odin said "Added", I flashed stock, wiped everything, restarted and it worked! I then flashed stock rom completely again for safety reasons.

Just being curious, if one of those hard brick occur, and i take my phone to service, what would they do to fix my phone? is it even possible to fix it, and how much would they request you to pay?

You voided the warranty as you have rooted and tripped the E-fuse
Happened the same to me because of a xposed module. Black screen with a pulsing blue led. Someone sugested to wait for the battery to drain and then try to connect to Odin. I have not tested it.
At the time i panicked and sent it to Samsung immediately without thinking.
Good luck to you.

Bootloop after succesful odin flash.

Hello,
I tried flashing TWRP recovery with Odin. Everything went fine, Odin said "PASS". But when I tried to get into TWRP right after the flashing was completed, my device got stuck on the booting screen where it just says "Samsung galaxy s8 plus - powered by android"
If I hold down the power button, nothing happens. I've held it down for longer than a minute and still nothing happened.
If I hold down the power button, bixby button and volume up, nothing happens.
If I hold down the power button, bixby button and volume down, the device seems to be rebooting but still gets stuck on booting screen.
What can I do to fix this? I'm getting quite desperate..

I was asleep, sorry.
Anyways, it's the G955F, unlocked Galaxy S8+ from the Netherlands. By build number, do you mean the OS version? If so, it was the latest november security patch (I don't know the exact number). If you mean the TWRP version, that was 3.1.1-2.
